We had a wonderful stay in Paris. The location of the apartment is superb. And it was clean, well- equipped and as depicted on the internet. Also, James was very easy to deal with and responded quickly to communications. I recommend the apartment and would happily stay in it again.

I travelled with my children for a week’s stay in Paris, and I could not imagine a better place to have stayed! Clean and spacious. We felt comfortable and safe the whole time. Highly recommend!
4.8
If you are ok with a 4th floor walk up, this is the property for you. Walking distance to the louvre. Nicely kept. Was an easy process.
4.8
The apartment was just as advertised and, while tight for our group of 7, worked out well. Fabulous location surrounded by good restaurants, shops and bars.
4.8
The apartment was cozy and we felt like at home. The location: incredible. A really nice area with plenty things to do and see. We felt completely in love!!! Our stay was excellent don't hesitate to stay here. James and the rest of Pad A Terre were really helpful too

Wonderful trip in what for us was the perfect apartment to celebrate our first family get together since 2015 Thank you so much to James and his team of friendly helpful folk at Pad A Terre in Paris. Take care.
4.8
Great location steps from the Louvre. Every you need 1-2 mins walk from the apartment: supermarket, cafés, restaurants, boulangerie, pâtisserie, pharmacy, bio supermarket, James was great, professional, very helpful and seriously knowledgeable about paris. Apartment clean, comfortable and stylish. I definitely recommend this place, and the great services of James and Pad-à-Terre.

Great quietlocation, lots of cafés and restaurants nearby. Clean and comfortable beds.

Had a great stay at this Paris vacation rental at Pad a Terre. Clean and big flat by Paris standards at least. were good and the showers were good. Small gallery kitchen but very well equipped. Exactly what you need. Tips in the guide were very good andnote Yam 'Tcha, featured in Netflix's The Chef's Table is next door. Brilliant! Great local grocer and all the sites including the Louvre on the doorstep. You can’t really go very wrong!

Pad A Terre delivered on every front. Thanks

Pad A Terre most certainly gave us what they offered. Check-in was a breeze, the apartment was next to the Louvre (what a neighbour!) with shops and restaurants on the doorstep. As a party of 8 we were comfortable, the sofa bed was good. Of course 4 bedrooms would have been better but we all enjoyed it. We finally cracked the washer dryer with James help. Really enjoyable stay. Thank you.
4.8
Great location. Great communication. Enjoyed our stay in the apartment - a lot!
4.8
Just what we expected it to be from the photos. We all had a ball!
4.8
Great stay. We will definitely be back!
4.8
The apartment is very comfortable for 6. The location is unbelievable steps from the louvre, river and well, the shops. We were exhausted at the end of the stay we did so much and the apartment was a gem. James and other Pad A Terre staff were easy and pleasant to deal with us. Very much appreciated directions to a doctor when my sister slipped in a museum and twisted her ankle...that was very reassuring.
4.8
Very good place in center of Paris. Worth to be recommended
4.8
Great location. Big, nice bathrooms. Easy check in and check out!

We had a great stay! Very comfortable apartment and great location for a family of four to hang out and enjoy Paris!
4.8
Great place near the Louvre for 7. Perfect holiday. Thanks
4.8
Stayed in the apartment for a week and enjoyed our stay immensely! A very comfortable flat on a relatively quiet street (for downtown Paris it is very quiet) that allowed us to walk everywhere we wanted to go! If you don't mind a couple flights of stairs this apartment is fantastic!! Would definitely consider staying here again if I ever make it back to Paris!
4.8
We were a 3 generation family of 7 and the Pad A Terre apartment was just right for our party. . Location literally next to the Louvre was so good. The apartment was very clean and ready when we arrived. The bottle of wine and other provision was a welcome touch. We have used Pad A Terre before. James and the team were faultless
4.8
Our family (two adults and three teens) spent a wonderful week at St. Honoré. Contact with James before our stay was always quick and helpful. Check-in with Nicolas once we arrived in Paris was easy and efficient. (We booked our cars to and from the airport through the Duve app and that worked seamlessly.) The apartment itself suited our needs perfectly. The bedrooms and living spaces were comfortable and well-appointed and there was very little street noise that could be heard at night. The washer/dryer in the kitchen was particularly helpful. The location is, simply put, unbeatable. Everything you need is within a block and many major sights are an easy walk away. The apartment is up a few flights of spiral stairs so it wouldn't be suitable for those with mobility challenges, but for anyone else, I can't recommend it highly enough. A perfect home base for a Parisian vacation.
4.8
We stayed at this lovely apartment on St. Honore for the past week and can't wait to come back. It was the perfect size for the four of us -- two women and our teenage daughters. As you can imagine having two bathrooms was critical and these were much larger than we had expected. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of space to relax before and after our long days.
I can't say enough about how convenient the location is. We walked to most of our delicious meals, walked to the Louvre, L'Orangie and D'Orsay, and took the Metro most everywhere else. We only had to rely on an Uber a couple of times due to rain. There are 2 delicious patisseries steps away from the apartment (we particularly enjoyed the one that was to the right as you exit), a fruit stand around the corner and a market just a couple of blocks away.
Communication with James was a breeze and he was super helpful.
We would stay here again without hesitation and hope to do so when our daughters are in their study abroad year.

My family and I stayed at this property for about a week and had an excellent experience. James was very responsive if we had any questions and the location is perfect for visiting Paris.
4.8
Fantastic location that is a 10 minute walk to Louvre, 5 minutes to Seine an Les Halles Metro station. The apartment easily accommodated 6 adults with nice common area for gathering. It was very clean with hotel quality linens. Spiral stairs to 3rd floor will be challenging for anyone with a disability.
4.8
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return again. Will recommend accommodation to our friends. Appreciated advice on restaurants and things to do. Really memorable trip.
4.8
This apartment really made our stay in Paris even more perfect. Everything you needed was there the beds were comfortable, the bathroom, spotlessly, clean and the kitchen amazing. We love the location. Everything was at your fingertips and thank you to James for being such a wonderful host. We are a family of six that were travelling from Australia and it accommodated us perfectly.
4.8
We are a family of four with older teenage children who need their space and privacy. We were hopeful that this flat would be in a great location to explore Paris while allowing the family members their own space to adjust to the time zone. We are clean and our standards for cleanliness are quite high. Therefore, our expectations were high. After a one week stay in this flat, I can say that our high expectations were met. The team were communicative, professional, courteous and timely. The flat was clean and large. There were three flights of spiral staircase (luggage accessibility not great) and we felt the flat was safe, private, and in the heart of Paris action. The guidebook in the flat had nice suggestions for grocery and services. We would recommend this place and would stay again.
4.8
Our family of six, stayed in this surprisingly spacious 3 bedroom apartment right in the centre of Paris, but away from the tourist hustle and bustle. Very easy to get anywhere by walking or metro. Very much enjoyed the local patisserie/boulangeries, restaurants and the close by supermarket. 2 large modern bathrooms were well designed for travellers with plenty of shelving. Washing machine was broken when we arrived, but there was a laundromat across the street. Arranging a car service during checkin process was a bonus. Would definitely stay again.
4.8
Centrally located, easy walking to sights, shops and Metro. Beautiful apartment, great bedding, comfortable beds and furnishings. Very nice list of recommended restaurants and shops, James was a lovely host.
4.8
We enjoyed five fabulous nights in this apartment, and it was perfect in every way for our family of five, including three teenage boys, to explore Paris. The apartment is well.equipped, well designed to feel spacious and peaceful. Then you walk down the stairs and open the door to a wonderful local street on the edge of so many attractions, restaurants, takeaway food options and the metro. James was responsive when we asked for local advice and helpful every way. Big thumbs up from us!
4.8
You can’t beat the location. Walking distance to the Louvre Museum, Les Halles, with shops, restaurants & bakeries on the street. Enjoy a stroll along the river at night, it’s nice!
4.8
Wonderful location. Staff was helpful and always responded quickly. Book the transportation- it made it all seamless- this is the perfect location to use as a base camp for exploring Paris!!
4.8
Thanks James and all the Pad A Terre staff for having us to stay at this Pad A Terre. Excellent place - great location and welcome from Nicolas who was knowledgeable and so friendly. He even helped us with our bags. Large bathrooms and really comfortable beds. This was the perfect stay for us and the organisation with James was a breeze. We strongly recommend this company and this unit.
4.8
Haul your luggage up a narrow steep staircase, the beds are cheap, 1 bar of soap for two bathrooms, and when you are done, empty the 5 trash cans yourself and do the dishes (or pay a penalty), then carry your bags down the stairs with the dirty garbage bags (or pay a penalty)... and no, there is nowhere to stash your bags if you have a few hours to kill in Paris.
Rented this place so my family of 5 could be together in one place... next time I will get a couple of hotel rooms for the same price just to reduce the hassles and increase the comfort.
4.8
Location is perfect. Apartment is beautiful!
Had a wonderful time and enjoyed being able to sit together in the evening reliving our day. Used their car ride service. Highly recommend. It was a bit confusing at the airport, but that was our fault. Not the drivers. He was patient and very prompt to send and receive texts. Driver this morning was at the apartment promptly at 4:30am.
The stairs to the apartment were daunting at first but we survived and our hearts thank us! Thank you James!
