Perfect hotel voor je reis naar Dubai

Heel schoon hotel, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. De meiden Say en Zee van het restaurant waren uiterste vriendelijk en geïnteresseerd, gingen graag een gesprekje aan. Je voelt je echt een gewaardeerde gast in dit hotel. Alles super goed geregeld. Bij het zwembad krijg je badlakens dus je hoeft zelf niet mee te nemen en van de housekeeping krijg je extra water als je er even om vraagt. Kamers uiterst schoon en een prachtig uitzicht, wij zaten op de 10e verdieping. We hadden geen diner geboekt maar voor €17 (3 pers) konden we gebruikt maken van het uitgebreide buffet. Het eten werd iedere dag vers gemaakt en was echt heerlijk. Een hotel waar we zeker vaker gaan terugkomen!

De reistijd met de metro is wel wat lang (bijv. een uur van het hotel naar de Burj Kalifa). Je zit met dit hotel wel wat ver van het Centrepoint maar daarentegen zit je wel dicht bij de Palm Jumeira en een taxi is zo geregeld met de Careem app.

Konum, hizmet ve fiyat oldukça iyi

Otelin konumu oldukça iyi. Otelin içinden direk Ibn Battuta alışveriş merkezine geçiş yapabiliyorsunuz. Ayrıca rahatlıkla bir çok yere gidebileceginiz metro duragı da burada. Odalar temiz, personeller oldukça kibar ve güleryüzlü. Son iki kalışımızda odalarımızı yükselterek bize oldukça güzel bir oda tahsis ettiler. Çok memnun kaldık.

Kahvaltı güzel ve lezzetli fakat daha farklı menülerle destekleyebilirler. Odalarda ki tv lerde yerel bir kaç kanal dışında youtube vs giriş sağlanamıyor ve telefonla ekran yansıtma da yapılmasına müsade etmiyor. Odalardaki televizyonları yenilerseler sorun kalacagını düsünmüyorum.

السعر ممتاز جدا، والموقع كذلك، والطاقم، والخدمات، والنظافة. يستحق الثلاثة نجوم حسب تصنيفه. وتوجد مواقف مجانية، وملاصق للمول، وتوجد جميع الخدمات في الفندق وفي المول. حتى خدمة غسيل السيارات موجودة في مواقف المول.

احتياج الفندق لصيانات متعددة، ومزعج أن تسكن في مكان يحتاج صيانة. وجدتهم يحاولون مكافحة الرطوبة وتكثف الماء في كل مكان في الفندق تقريبا. واجهنا مشكلة مع سنترال الهاتف، نحاول الاتصال بالاستقبال ولا أحد يرد، وأحيانا يتعطل عندنا الهاتف.وانقطع الماء لفترة وجيزة.

Awesome place to stay. Close to the mall, bus station to go to Abu Dhabi and best of all close to Ibn Battuta Metro Station. I ended up doing an extension booking at this place.

Everything is fine just the speed of service and answering the calls needs to improve

I like the staff who welcomed me. I forgot his name; I think it was Rojan. Madeline was also considerate and helpful. I appreciate the room they gave me. It was quiet and comfortable. The internet is very accessible and stress-free to connect. It is also near to ibn Battuta mall and bus station and metro which makes me chose to stay here.

When I arrived, there were many amenities available, but the kettle was not working, and the slippers were chargeable. It took a long time for someone to pick up the phone when I called the department, and the room service was not available 24 hours. When I requested something, it took a lot of time and patience to receive it.

Staff aren't flexible even 30 minutes for check out, they were like no.... hotel is fully booked. Requested many times but no luck got to hear same buzz. No bath supplies, slippers.

It exceeded my expectations

This hotel was the main reason for making my trip to Dubai the easiest and most beautiful way possible, it was very well served in terms of transportation and ease of movement, it reached from Abu Dhabi very easily through the bus that ends right at the hotel, in addition to its location very close to Ibn Battuta Mall and the metro which makes you feel like they are part of the hotel. The location of the hotel was close to all the activities we planned, here do not hesitate to book especially if you have children, just book and then write your nice review with happiness like me.

All the beautiful things make us blind to the things we may not like, but there is something you should know, if your program includes visiting places near Dubai Airport, you should be prepared to enjoy the beautiful scenery for an hour until you reach it.

Enjoyed my stay so much that I extended my booking :). The room is nice and clean. There's a connecting bridge that allows you to go to Ibn Battuta Mall without going outside in the heat and entering the mall.

My stay at the hotel was good.

The room was very good in every respect. The breakfast was excellent. The location of the hotel was excellent close the mall.

Being in Dubai for the first time, the heat outside. I did like the smoking floor because I am a non-smoker.

Absolutely love this Hotel. My third visit !!!

The pool area was filthy. I stayed previously three times it was the same then. The pool attendants are very lazy. The furniture hadn’t been cleaned for years. Ashtrays over flowing. I complained twice

Wonderful location

Stuff are very friendly specially Yousif I had some issue but he straight helped us thank u so much my friend.

It would be better if there was no banyo in the toilet and instead of it a standing shower and class would be better. There ws some spot on the carpet and it looks hard to go and it can always catch dirt for that I suggest to change the carpet to parquet wood floors easy to clean and never catch dirt.

Замечательный отель. Останавливаюсь здесь уже второй раз. Чистые номера, дополнительные кровати для детей. Вкусные и недорогие завтраки/обеды/ужины. Приветливый и отзывчивый персонал. Очень удачное расположение рядом с моллом, станцией метро и автобусной остановкой, откуда можно уехать напрямую в аэропорт Абу-Даби

I like the location so close with the metro and also the bed is comfortable

I do not like the Filipina receptionists. it seems they are not enjoying their job. You asked them something and they will meet you with grumpy face which is a big NO for hospitality workers. Also, the wifi connection is not dependable if you are going to stay here for business trip.
