Ten wyzazd razem ze znajomymi oceniam na bardzo udany.

Hotel zlokalizowany jest bardo bliskostacji metra i przystanów autobusowych co jest ogromnym plusem, daje to możliwosć łatwegoplanowania zwiedzania. Centrum handlowe Mall of Emirates " przy stacji metra, daje możliwość udanych zakupów. Sam hotel zaskoczył nas pozytywnie: czystością, bardzo przestronnymi pokojami dobrze wyposażonymi we wszystko co ptrzebne, sprzątane codziennie. Zawsze uzupełniano wodę do picia i zestaw kawowy. Hotel doskonale wyciszony- żadnego hałasu zewnątrz. Personel w recepcji i sprzątający, obsługa w restauracji bardzo miła i pomocna, cierpliwie znosząca niedociągnięcia językowe. Śniadania urozmaicone, potrawy smaczne chociaż kawa nie była w moim guście.

Uczciwie rzec biorąc trudno by się do czegoś konkretnego doczepić.

Good hotel and profesional staff

Location Good housekeeping Friendly staff Special thanx to Mr. Vinoj in reception and All staff in the resturant.They are welcoming, very helpful and profesional.

It should be a door behind the hotel to reach restaurants and grocery faster. Checkout needs to be faster.

موقع ممتاز و سعر مقبول Good Location and Value for Money

- الموقع ممتاز و من الممكن الوصول لمول الإمارات مشياً على الأقدام خلال 8 دقائق تقريباً و يتوفر مواقف السيارات أسفل و أمام الفندق - يوجد مطاعم و سوبرماركت بالقربق من الفندق و من الممكن الوصول لها مشياً على الأقدام خلال دقائق - مساحة الغرفة ممتازة و النظافة جيدة - يوجد شطاف بدورة المياة - Good location (Mall of Emirates is at a walking distance) and the hotel has it's cars parking space. - There are restaurants and supermarkets at a walking distance from the hotel. - The room was spacious and clean. - The bathroom has a water bidet.

- طاقم الإستقبال متعاون و لكن يحتاج إلى تحسين التعامل مع النزلاء و الترحيب بهم - The staff were somewhat cooperative but needs to learn how to be more welcoming and nice to the hotel guests.

Хороший отель.

Отличное расположение - близко к метро и входу в торговый центр. Очень просторный номер, имеется столик для ноутбука, диванчик, одно офисное кресло, большой стол - комод вдоль стены. Сдвинуты 2 большие кровати, хорошего качества подушки и постельное белье. Розетки все подошли для обычных вилок. Есть чайник, 2 чашки, 2 стакана, бесплатно 2 бутылки воды и набор для чая, кофе 3 в 1, холодильник-минибар за дополнительную плату. В номере только 1 окно и не яркий свет, окно выходило на отель Кемпински, шумоизоляции можно сказать нет - постоянный трафик, шум от машин и днем и ночью - как будто окно открыто. Завтраки мы не брали. В номере было свежо (середина декабря), не смотря на то что включали кондиционер на тепло +25. В номере было 2 пары хороших тапочек, но гигиенический набор в санузле только для одного. Отель рекомендуем если у вас много чемоданов - очень просторный номер.

فندق مريح نفسياً الموقع رهيب مقابل مول الإمارات الافضل تدخلون المول من مدخل فندق كمبنسكي حولين الفندق فيه سوبر ماركت ومطاعم ومقاهي ومحلات مساج يوجد في الطابق الاخير المسبح والمساج والعناية بالبشرة الغرف واسعة وشرحه ومطله العاملون رائعون يوجد مسجد رجال ومسجد نساء

A fantastic location and staff.

We liked the proximity of the hotel to the Mall of the Emirates. The staff at the front desk was extremely kind and accommodating. The hotel also offers free shuttle services to the beach and Outlet mall.

We ordered room service one night. It was ok, could have been better.

テレビのリモコンの電池が無かったり、USBが繋がらなかったり、10日もいたけどロケーションが良くなかった。

Location is great whither you have a car or using public transportation. Easy access. Comfort of bed. Spacious and clean room Value for money. Upgraded Resturant.

No loyalty program. Swimming pool is small. Gym is compacted.

My room and bathroom was not cleaned properly by the cleaning staff, Gym time was from 9 onwards, it should be opened early so one can exercise in the morning before breakfast

Everything was great Special thanks to Mr. Mohammed Fuad , the manager, for his great cooperation as usual. He is a wonderful person.

The soap and shampoo are preferable in bottles (traditionally) rather to be in containers, they need to be refilled every time, and some of them are not working properly

We have enjoyed our stay so much that we've extended several times.

Overall, the hotel is very nice and the GM, Mr. Fouad, is a terrific person. The rooms are lovely and well-appointed. The beds were extremely comfortable.
