Plus que décevant

L'hôtel est situé proche du parc des Expositions de Villepinte.

Aucun véritable restaurant à proximité de l'hôtel sans devoir prendre la voiture. Depuis mon dernier séjour (l'an dernier), le problème du portail qui ne fonctionne pas correctement n'a pas été résolu. Résultat, durant ma dernière nuit à l'hôtel, ma voiture a été dégradée sur le parking de l'hôtel car n'importe qui peut accéder au parking à pied et comme le disent les autres commentaires, l'hôtel est situé à côté d'un restaurant désaffecté qui semble mal fréquenté au vu des rondes de police qu'on n'y a vu la jour de notre arrivée. Il serait bien pour vos clients d'investir dans la sécurisation du parking, d'autant plus que je vous l'avais déjà signalé l'an passé. En outre, les prix ont doublé par rapport à l'an dernier alors que la prestation n'est pas meilleure. De ce fait, je déconseille cet hôtel et je pense en prendre un autre à l'avenir pour mes futurs séjours dans cette zone.

L'hôtel n'est pas indiqué lorsque l'on arrive a proximité et situé en bord de route donc impossible de rester avec la fenêtre ouverte

not really what i expected

check in, though was a long line. the bed is good. enough pillows available

Breakfast is not worthy that name. the whole place smells like smokers all sitting all over. no fresh smell in hallways. around hotel is not really cleaned up.

Personnel non accueillant, borne en panne, pas de réception des codes d’ouverture des portes. Dans la chambre, espace étroit, climatisation bruyante, odeur désagréable (fumée de cigarette). Partie commune de l’hôtel dégradées, tachées … un hôtel pas accueillant, on a envie de repartir tout de suite.

We have arrived at the hotel at 23:55. There was no one at reception and we had to use our booking number to get into the room. We have been shocked by how the room looked. It had not been cleaned after the previous "guest". I tried to find someone from the hotel staff, but there was no one there. We couldn't shower and tried to sleep on a bed. It was a miserable night.

It is close to the road exit. The parking is guarded by a gate that can only ope. onde you have your room code - not really practical but it gives a hit of a feeling of safety. Breakfast is not that rich but is good quality, good coffee and food, the crew is there to help, but just a few speak English

Even though is close to the road exit, it is not so clear how to reach the entry and the streets around don’t give a good feeling. We arrived late in the evening and we thought we were lost for a moment and the neighbourhood doesn’t bring a warm feeling . The parking is shared with a abandoned bbq place so it doesn’t look clean. We have stayed in other B&B places but this was the worst of them.

Very expensive for what you get. Tiny room, even tinier bathroom.

The walls are extremely thin. You hear everyone walk past as if they are in the room. Also, if your neighbours have loud sex you won’t sleep at all :D very expensive for what you get. The bathroom is extremely small. They clean the rooms ok but it still feels dirty and old.
