Spacious and well-equipped apartment

Very spacious apartment, possibly the largest one-bedroom apartment we've ever stayed in. All the rooms were well-equipped, with the kitchen especially well-appointed. We particularly appreciated having an orange juicer.

The balcony was right over the car parking area, so we got more exhaust fumes than we would have liked. And it would have been nice to have a walk-in rather then an over-bath shower.

Schöne zentrale Unterkunft

Tolle Unterkunft mit zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern. Es ist alles da was man brauchte inkl. Spülmaschine und Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine (inkl. Kapseln). Betten waren bequem. Die Lage ist hervorragend und ruhig. Der Parkplatz in der Unterkunft ist Gold wert.

Nachts die Junkies in den Hauseingängen des Platzes. Preis am oberen Ende.

Perfect apartment in the centre of Funchal

This apartment is just perfect! Very spacious, clean, and equipped with everything you may need during holidays! The location is also excellent - just a few minutes from shops, restaurants, the city center, and the marina. The parking space is available, and the staff communication was flawless. I totally recommend this place, it much exceeded our expectations!

overall great with a few caveats

Amazing building, amazing staff, very spacious, well equipped, everything worked as advertised. Isabel is a great property manager

The location is very central, all sights in walking distance but the square is very sketchy. strange people hanging out during the day and even more so at night and particularly on weekends when many of the businesses on the square are closed. No direct threat, just uncomfortable as previously mentioned by another review. Also, if you plan on using the on-site parking, get a small car!

Probably one of the very best places to stay as family in Funchal

The location is amazing, right near the center, with shops, bakery etc around. Very comfortable apartment, with all kitchen etc equipment, 2 bathrooms, ideal for longer stays, with parking lot for the car. Simply perfect. Best thanks, Isabel for your caring attitude.

Nice modern spacious apartment in a great central location

Very spacious and modern apartment in a very central location. You can walk to all the points of interest from here, and the apartment had everything to cover your basic needs. Also had private parking, which is great in the centre. Host was nice and responsive.

There was a bit of confusion with the parking space. People kept parking in our space and we kept having to park in other people's spaces, and there seemed to be no way to make it clear who each parking spot belonged to. This should be clearly indicated in the future so there's no confusion.

Fantasric location in Funchal!

This property is so close to everything. it was amazing how quite and secluded it felt but it was easy to park a car and drive anywhere or walk on foot to all locations!

A choice apartment to visit Funchal. Comfortable beds and central location to take tours.

Quiet neighborhood of the city, which is very central for shopping, buses, attractions and restaurants. We liked the cleanliness of the apartment and the comfortable beds and pillows. Isabel the hostess was friendly and helpful.

Super comfortable and beautiful apartment in the middle of town!

The apartment was amazing, super comfortable and spacious, central and had absolutely everything you need for a vacation - from a washing machine, to coffee capsules to parking. They even gave us a lovak treat to try! The apartment was super clean and location was great! Communication with host was easy, and they answered out every request and question.

Lovely, clean, spacious apartment in the heart of Funchal.

Very spacious,clean well kitted out apartment in a great location.

The air conditioning units could have been better. It doesn’t seem to get cold enough in the lounge and is a bit too cold in the bedroom. We tried to adjust the temperature but couldn’t get it quite right. Saying that nothing spoilt our stay. We loved our apartment and would highly recommend.

The apartment was very comfortable for us, a family of four - very spacious. Excellent location in Funchal old town - a few steps away from the nearest cafes and supermarkets and a couple of minutes away from the main tourist areas. Peaceful at night, we slept very well. Great and safe car park for such a central location. Very well equipped kitchen with, dishwasher and washing machine included. Excellent communication from hosts and convenient entry with a PIN code.

Very well equipped (sandwich maker, juicer, cutlery for baby...almost everything you may need), fantastic location - centrally located but still quiet and walking distance to main attractions, accommodating responsive and helpful host.

The view from the apartment overlooking the internal courtyard is nothing fantastic, but that is a minor issue.
