No more fighting for that king bed. We have upgraded to 3 King sized beds for your comfort! This stylish modern smart home has been completely updated to include new flooring, granite and quartz countertops. Relax on the outdoor patio with Gazebo & Weber grill. The main floor features a new King bed master suite on main floor with ensuite bathroom including large soaking tub, dual vanities, separate shower and lots ample natural light! Great spot for those looking for longer term stays, working vacations with a workspace area and technology upgrades including blazing fast internet speeds, Smart TVs with Sound bar for streaming movies and music. Upstairs are 4 bedrooms.
Our home is minutes away from the Charlotte Motor Speedway, PNC Music Pavilion, UNCC, Concord Mills Mall, Lake Norman, and Uptown Charlotte. Cleaning service available for longer stays. **THERE IS A 2 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY. We cannot honor 1 night stays. This was the cleanest most cozy VRBO we have ever been in. Property Manager Tammy was amazing, she responded quickly and was super friendly. The area is beautiful and is in a centralized location near downtown Charlotte, the airport and surrounding areas. Definitely recommend this propert and property management.

Our stay at this property was wonderful - this listing is extremely accurate. It was perfectly located near the airport, Lake Norman and downtown Charlotte, which was ideal for my bachelorette weekend itinerary. The only area it could be improved a bit is the backyard - we didn't end up spending much time out there but the cushions on the seats were a bit worn, one was even full of water when we got there. Thank you very much for having us!

Well appointed kitchen, great fenced in yard with furnished patio and grill, very comfortable bed in master. Nicely decorated and very spacious. The water pressure in the master shower is not great - our only complaint. Overall a very good stay!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful well appointed home. Spacious open living areas on both levels. Nice outdoor patio space with large gas grill. All amenities were as described. Contactless check in and out. Centrally located to restaurants and shopping. Easy drive to High Point U. Owner was very accommodating to extend our stay when our flight was cancelled due to storm in NY. This is the cleanest house I have ever rented anywhere in the world. Literally. I appreciate a clean house. We’ll be back. Thank you!

We had a family gathering and the home was perfect. The house is nicer in person than in the descriptions and even the surrounding neighbors were friendly. We had several questions for the owner and they were answered immediately. I can’t say enough good things about the experience. We would stay there again in a heartbeat. And I cannot say enough good things about the owner. Thanks for a special week.

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend in Charlotte. This home provides all the essentials and more. Perfect fit for families and friend gatherings, even for little ones under 2. The home is tastefully decorated, immaculately cleaned, and extremely inviting for family events. Tammy is extremely responsive and accommodating - she gives a 5 star service! We hit a home run with this property. It was clean, large in size to accommodate my family and had all the things need to cook, clean and just enjoy. Tammy was amazing big responses were great and she was more then willing to share recommendations if need. We will definitely stay here again!

This property is a MUST STAY! The property is in a very nice neighborhood. The home is absolutely beautiful, spacious, clean, thoughtful extras like a game room area, great fenced private back yard with grill....etc.... I am a real estate broker in NC and FL, so I always hesitate when I rent homes that I am unfamiliar with area, but this one is a WINNER! The management is amazing, responsive, and makes check-in and check-out very simple. If you are looking to stay in the Charlotte area, look no farther---This is IT---AMAZING!
