In spite of the rude manager I would say this place is very comfortable and the location is very good

The location - close to the Palace & Museum & all the shopping The water pressure & temperature in the bathroom shower was amazing!

There is no parking at the property itself and you have to leave your car at a public parking which is away from the hotel. Plus what is not informed is that the street the hotel is located on is a one-way street and most of the times we saw cars coming in From the wrong direction because nothing is mentioned anywhere. As a result of this, our car got damaged by an auto rickshaw, which was extremely irritating. When I mentioned to the person who I called to ask for directions about the one-way situation, he said “it is not his problem if the GPS brings me that way!” but the fact of the matter was that was the only way the GPS was bringing everybody and I think it befalls on the hotel stuff to inform about the one-way situation and guide the people coming to stay in the hotel the correct way to get to the parking.

BANJARA HERITAGE Fabulous HOTEL

I like the hotel location, rooms and amazing wonderful courtesy staff and all the front office team is very kind with good nature, I would like to describe the guy name Ankit Nagori, thanks to him and kindly appreciate him and as I like everything was amazing, and one more big surprise they have for you that they have roof top sun moon Restaurant and for the Room stay guest they give 15% discount and amazing view from the roof top restaurant.

Nice and cozy stay 😄 with delicious food 😇

Rooftop view is really amazing, near to city palace

Car parking is really challenging there you didnt get a spot nearby on a busy weekend

Just okay!

The rooms are super clean, great location, staff's friendly, and quite flexible.

Most of the appliances in the room do not work unless you call the staff to fix them. They probably do not even check if the room appliances work before they allow guests to check-in. The wifi is pathetic; not sure if the hotel was responsible for that

Great location, value for money, super views from terrace

The location is fantastic and staff was very polite and helpful. The terrace has a great view of the lake and food at restaurant is good.

Wifi could be better especially if one is planning to work from there.

Check 12hrs before to make sure your room is still available!

Nothing as the room was booked but when arriving it turned out the room was booked by a wedding party. Alternative accommodation was recommended.

We had no choice to accept the recommended hotel as my in laws were tired and didn't want the faff. This is terrible as they couldn't even be bothered to let us know in advance.

Great place to stay

The location was great, very central. All amenities were present (shampoo, toilet paper, kettle). Very clean.

The bedsheets seemed a bit stained but nothing major.

the restaurant that hotel has a tie up with- Sun and Moon restaurant. View from the restaurant is super but food is very okay and quite expensive. Also, they can work better on breakfast items and also taste.

View and the location is perfect.

The stay area have some peoples there upstairs. They were sleeping in open without cloths. Moreover they were the staff of property. It creates hesitation and embarassment specially when you are with your partner
