Excellent accueil de Pierrette et Marc. avec leurs bons conseils pour se restaurer à Jaco. Les bungalows au centre de la végétation et L'appartement super agréables et bien équipés. Petit déjeuner préparé par Marc délicieux et copieux . Le séjour très court était parfait

I did enjoy may stay, the place is very nice and clean. all the staff is very nice

I did like that there was a pool. That it was well located and that at night it was fresh.

I didn’t like the hot temperature in the room during the day. May room neighbors arrived at three in the morning and I could hear them as if they were in my room.

The Best Thing About Jaco is La Perlita

Loved the friendly owners, the beautiful clean pool, the $7 breakfasts with all manner of tea choices. Pierrette is an amazing host and took care of everything we needed with kindness and a big smile. :-) The place has a beautiful mini rainforest and excellent flora and fauna around it. Such a peaceful setting to work remotely all day.

The wifi was weak and unavailable in my corner of the room where my bed was. Wifi also would cut out for a few hours each day (not Perlita's fault - it's the telecom company). AC had to be turned off when you left, which made for a pretty hot room when you got back. Would be great if that could be left on instead.

Family-run small hotel tucked away from the buzzing Main Street of Jaco. it’s just a 5-10 minute walk to the beach with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Very friendly and welcoming hosts - who also make delicious breakfast on request.

There was construction noise nearby (Jan 2023) but that wasn’t the owners fault at all - of course.

We went to Costa Rica to visit the pacific this hotel was a 1 day stay on the way to Oda Peninsula

It was a big apartment two bedrooms Great accommodations beautiful location with vegetation’s and you could hear the animals outside

Exceptional

Everything was great, the hosts were very friendly and helpful with everything we needed, very nice atmosphere, the appartment was clean and nice, beds comfortable and kitchen fully equipped. Every few days they cleaned a room for us, changed the towels and bed sheets, so we felt really comfortable there and enjoyed our stay :) Thank you :)

Everything was great, just the wi-fi sometimes wasn't working properly so we needed to restart it.

Run by very friendly people. Great breakfast by the pool. Fine for one night.

Hard to figure out how to get in the place. Locked gates, including to parking, and a for sale sign on the gate. Had to call to get let in. Also, we could hear thumping night club music from downtown Jaco until almost 6 am.

I truly enjoyed my stay: it was a perfect place to relax at the beginning and end of my days!

I liked that it was a nature oasis in the middle of busy downtown Jaco: i.e., it was quiet and peaceful, yet also a mere minutes away from the main street and beach. I liked that my room had its own private porch area (which afforded me great privacy) with comfy rocking chairs . I also liked that my room had an 'open feel' to it, and it was wonderful to wake up to the sound of the birds/etc. in the morning. There was plenty of hot water for my shower. Pierrette and Marc were very welcoming and helpful with recommendations/useful advice.

The room is perfect for solo travellers since it might be on the 'small' side and/or does not offer much privacy for the washroom (there is no door but a curtain for the washroom).

Lovely place, great host!

The host at this property was fantastic, very responsive & friendly. Loved the pool. And the room was clean and spacious.

The only thing might be to provide instructions on how to access the property before check in. All the gates were locked and the signage wasn’t clear, so I walked up and down the street for a while until someone saw me!

Excellent location in a quiet street but in a 3 minutes walking distance from the busy main street and 5 minutes from the beach. Very clean and a great breakfast with a bonus: the tasty homemade jam.

Good centralized location in Jaco, but down a small dead-end street so no through traffic and a quiet oasis. Lots of Iguanas!

Total relaxation

The owner is a beautiful person, she greeted us and made sure every day we felt comfortable. The bedroom was a bungalow no AC but it is so cool at night you don't need it, with the fan is perfect. I highly recommend it if relaxation is what you are looking for and the spot is perfect, walking distance from the restaurants, stores and beaches 😍

Wonderful hosts!

We loved the quiet location and our room was very clean. The hosts were wonderful and accommodating and made the stay very personal and special. Our breakfast was sooooo goood!!!! 😍😍😍

I loved it all- if I HAD to pick a complaint, we are used to memory foam beds- so the beds were a little less comfortable than home, but overall it was wonderful!
