Posizione fantastica, Ci siamo trovati bene , eravamo di passaggio ed è ideale per noi . A me è piaciuta molto , anche perché hai tutto a portata di mano in pochi minuti e questo è fondamentale, ci torneremo di nuovo .

Ovvio si può migliorare sulla cura dei dettagli, o sulla cura del cliente ma credo che sappiano già dove investire.

La posizione è davvero eccellente. A due passi da Piazza del Plesbiscito.

LA tv non funzionava benissimo.

Napoli ci é piaciuta tanto

Posizione eccellente in via Chia, a cinque minuti dalla fermata della metropolitana e a pochi minuti da via Toledo. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Consiglio all' host un sopralluogo prima di consegnare la camera. Nella.ns la TV non era funzionante per una banalità. Ammetto che per noi non era un dramma in quanto della TV poco ci importava

Very poor facility

Nice location

This facility should be removed from Bookings.com because of absolute false advertising. We arrived early before check-in- time on the Sunday, paid in full, and where kindly allowed to deposit our luggage in the room whilst it was being cleaned. After occupation on Sunday afternoon I went to the office to report all the missing items as well as the fridge and aircon that was not working. The following items whete advertised, but not available. Tea/ coffee maker, electric kettle, coffee machine, bottle of water, bidet and clothes rack. I was told that these items where removed after Covid and no longer available. I explained that I booked very recently long after covid and these items were still currently listed. My booking was done based on the facilities advertised and the least I expect was some part- refund or discount. This was totally denied and the staff just kept explaining that the facilities had changed and these items were subsequently removed (including the bidet that is a fixture) and that any form of compensation was out of the question. Eventually I got them to agree a replacement fan fridge that was changed on the Monday whilst we were out on excursions, but at least we could use it for the last night of our stay. We really had very litle sleep at night because of the fact that the aircon did not blow cold air. The wifi did not work, exept for a very bad connection for a few minutes initially even though the staff provided us with multiple router options. We could therefore not use the wifi. Altogether this was the worst accomodation experience ever.

mold in bathroom loud noise from residents slamming the steel door room was not what except no heat no WiFi love to have my 85.00 euros back and no receipt given to us never stay there again or recommend to any Americans coming to Naples Even my Italian relatives were ashamed of the property they suggested

It’s a cheap stay for such a great location but don’t expect much else than a bed.

Great location of the property. Good for shorter city breaks.

The location of the property is great. There are lots of cafes, bars, restaurants and shops nearby. The hop on hop off bus station was only 5 minutes walking. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are basic, but spacious.

The property doesn’t have an elevator. It was not the easiest task to get up and down the stairs with the pushchair and with an older mother. The rooms are also not the most toddler friendly. we had two rooms: one had stairs to bathroom, the other one furniture with sharp corners. There is a fridge and hair dryer in the room, but no kettle. Luckily I could get hot water from a bar near the property to mix my baby’s formula.

Comfortable, good value for central location.

Excellent location, friendly staff.

Room decor could use freshening, breakfast was croissant, juice and coffee and nothing more. Communication regarding check in was a bit confusing…reception is in a luggage store down the street.

Basic but worked out

A basic room well located on a pedestrian street. Our room had a window to the street and the beds were comfortable and well sized.

VERY strong smell of perfume in the room. The door of the cupboard was broken and nearly fell on one of us. There are no drinking cups in the room (and no kettle - but they did have a small fridge, not plugged in). The breakfast is apparently served at a restaurant on a nearby street. We only stayed one night and missed breakfast - as the person who gave us the keys insisted a taxi ride to the airport would take one hour (on a Sunday morning), so in spite of other information we decided to listen to her and leave before 8 AM, which is the time this restaurant opens. The taxi ride actually took 10 minutes ;D

Not what we expected

Convenient

Breakfast was a random flavour croissant delivered to room. No black tea. No milk. Window was tiny and had no view. Pedestrian only road in day so taxi couldn't stop outside. No lift.

Superb

The location was excellent, the room was spotless and cleaned daily. Maria and Suzy were extremely friendly and accommodating, especially helping with laundry.

The air conditioning did not work well and didn’t cool the entire room. One night seemed hotter in the room than outside.
