The kindest staff in the most beautiful setting

All of the staff at the hotel made my friend's birthday the best she's ever had. The attention to detail was insane and everyone was so kind! It was the best Marriott I've been to! Beautiful, clean and a great breakfast. Definitely worth the visit! We will be back :)

Hotel fairly new but needs a lot of refreshing. Pool with broken tiles, no umbrellas , surrounding floorboards cracked Staff very friendly and helpful which does not mean professional, specially in the restaurant

Exceeded our expectations

We stayed at the Marriott for one night after staying at the desert tent before we caught the overnight train to Jaipur. The hotel lobby was grand and provided a lot of recreational facilities to the guests. The breakfast was one of the best during our trip. They allowed us to stay in the hotel and used the facility after check out as our night train was at 11pm. The complimentary tea time with snacks and cultural performances were a very nice touch also

Good relaxing stay along with family..

One of the best breakfast spread I have seen and must visit if you are making to Jaiselmer.

Facilities could have been better. The entire fountain area between the rooms is completely un-used and could have been more useful.

Disappointing

Good clean property

Staff is not good and trained. 1. While having dinner we were talking to the chef and the waiters kept interfering while we were talking. 2. While we were asleep a member of the housekeeping staff just barged into the room.

Excellent stay at the Jaisalmer Marriot Resort

Very large and comfortable room. Excellent service from all the staff members including sorting out a taxi pick-up from Jaisalmer train station for a delayed train which was really appreciated. The most delicious food in the restaurant. Thank you, a really enjoyable stay.

Best stay in Jaisalmer.

Hospitality of the staff names are: Mr. Ketan Mr. Abhinandan Mr. Vineet Mr. Hamir Mr. Minsher Mr. Alam Ms/Mrs. Farida. They provided excellent hospitality, wonderful regards to them. Indoor game facilities, pool.

Our stay was beyond our expectation, with full of dose of Rajasthani hospitality

We stayed in this hotel for two nights. It was customers delight. Excellent ambience, vast space, superb cleanliness, and warmth on part of the staff; The breakfast was lavish. The whole team, Jagrati, Manasi, Ketan and others made our stay memorable. They welcomed us in traditional royal style, kept on checking our comfort, and gave farewell in a befitting manner with fruits and a packed mini tiffin taking some snaps with us. They also showcased some cultural event, mainly Rajasthani dance, appreciate the artists who were down to earth.

Cant' think of any deficiency, except they can think of creating some minimum facility for the drivers who accompany the guests. We believe in "Love All, Serve All"!

the service was impeccable. the property manager keshar took good care of us and even upgraded our rooms as we were not satisfied when we checked in . loved their evening high tea and staff was courteous.

the breakfast was cold but the staff provided us with hot food when requested. overall breakfast service can improve.

Experiential, interesting and Amazing

The property was huge, as we stayed there with our 5 year old son, we found that the hotel had many facilities to keep him engaged and we were tended really well. I was really impressed with the cultural programs and food was really good as well

not worth spending so much on

a hotel with great exteriors. breakfast was good.

very poor maintenance inside the rooms and the managerial staff and the supporting staff were not helpful at all. giving fake excuses. the ac in one of our rooms was malfunctioning and making the room extremely cold. but no one did anything. for one entire night we had to be troubled without any resolution. the lifts were also malfunctioning. the a la crate menu was very expensive as in any five star which isn’t an issue. but the quality of the food on all parameters was very poor.

Best hotel to stay in Jaisalmer..close to the sights and great hospitality!

The staff was exceptional , the breakfast buffet was outstanding and the property was beautiful! we had a great 2 night stay. highly recommended!
