Très belle résidence hôtelière

Tout était parfait. Propreté irréprochable, personnel au petit soin. La piscine chaude et très propre. Je conseille les appartements vu mer sans jacuzzi car ils sont en hauteur avec une belle vue dégagée sur l océan contrairement à ceux avec jacuzzi en RDC. Un centre commercial à 5 minutes à pieds. La situation géographique est parfaite pour rayonner sur l'île avec une voiture indispensable. Le wifi fonctionne parfaitement. La proximité de l aéroport ne nous a pas du tout gêné, on entend très peu les avions.

Manque peut être quelques accessoires pour cuisiner, mais c est anecdotique. Le quartier est résidentiel donc très très calme, rien à faire le soir pour ceux qui recherchent de l animation.

es gibt kaum etwas, was mir bei La Concha nicht gefällt. Die Lage, wenige Meter bis zum Strand und nicht überfüllt. Das Personal ist super nett, die Reinigungskräfte sehr gewissenhaft, sauber und ordentlich. Auch der Poolboy, der sich um die Jacuzzi kümmert. Late Check Out wird ohne Aufpreis bei Verfügbarkeit ermöglicht, sowie die Nutzung von der Waschmaschine wenn nötig. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne hierhin um abzuschalten.

Die Ausstattung der Küche anhand der Pfannen und Töpfe könnten besser sein. Sind schon deutliche Gebrauchsspuren zu verzeichnen und auch nicht von guter Qualität. Gerne hätten wir auch ein Gefrierschrank gehabt. Der Poolbereich ist an sich toll und sehr einladend, aber es gibt einige Stellen wo der Maler mit weißer Farbe ausbessern könnte (an den Stufen und die Außenfassade im unteren Bereich). Aber das sind wirklich Meckereien auf hohem Niveau.

Exactly what we needed to recharge our batteries with great weather

Spotless apartment and complex. All staff friendly and helpful. Location was perfect as straight out to beach and paved walkway which goes from Arrecife to Peurto Del Carmen

Very good

Lovely accommodation for our baby moon, it was so quiet and relaxing. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance and the staff were great.

If we were being super picky the sun loungers could do with being replaced. They weren’t uncomfortable but could tell they were old and cushions a bit grubby. Also the apartments are furnished by ikea. The kitchen could do with some extra utensils, new bowls/plates as these were chipped and a compartment for ice would have been useful. None of this made our stay any less enjoyable just some tips for the future!

Return visit and will revisit again

Loved the accommodation, great facilities, fabulous seafront apt. The beds were so comfortable, had great nights sleep, bathroom facilities were excellent. Hot tub is amazing. Reception staff were helpful and obliging, Denisa is very friendly and professional. The cleaning staff were thorough and professional. Loved the swimming pool, great amenity. Overall, it was a great accommodation.

Nothing to fault. No complaints as facilities are excellent. Suggestions: (1) facility to purchase ice or have an ice machine in reception. (2) maybe, have an air fryer in apt rather than microwave, for those who like to cook in some nights.

Superb

Location near the beach, views are amazing! Also the bathroom & shower is very pleasant.

Reception was very friendly and attentive. Although, it can have more knowledge about the area. Also, some of the finish of the room were from Ikea, and you know if they decorate the place with local items and made by local crafters would be an extra.

Great location for a quiet break.

Close to the beach and easy to access restaurants and shops. Quiet and extremely clean. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

If you don't have a car, it is not the most convenient location for accessing public transport. Most bus stops are about a 15-20minute walk. Not all tours will collect from there.

We had a really relaxing holiday and the apartment was extremely comfortable.

very quiet, just what you want for a relaxing holiday. air conditioning was excellent and very quiet. the beach apartment was excellent for walking onto beach and walking out to the restaurants. The bed was extremely comfortable the best we have had on holiday.

The only thing we would like to have had was some easier chairs to sit on in the garden, the table and chairs was a little uncomfortable.

The only thing is the kitchen area ,very slow stove ,there isn't extractor so if you cook everything is smelling like food but a lot of nice restaurants in the area

Lovely beachfront apartment, good size, well maintained and managed. Nicely presented. Very clean (daily if required), quiet and comfortable. Very good hot tub. Microwave, toaster, hob and kettle all included. Also a decent hairdryer. Nice communal pool area. Walking distance to a good variety and standard of local bars and restaurants. Also supermarket and shopping centre nearby.

More cutlery (better chopping knife) and glasses would have helped but nothing major.

Beautiful property, very clean when we arrived and the staff cleaned every day when we were there. It is very quiet and peaceful. Right on the beachfront. Beautiful promenade to walk on. Super markets nearby and plenty of restaurants to dine. Bed so comfortable and very airy plenty of light and windows to open for fresh air, also air con in hall and bedroom. Good kitchen facilities fridge and hob so you can cook own meals. Will definitely go back there it's a real gem

The only thing I would recommend is maybe to put a hand rail in shower as quite slippy other than that it is 100%

great location and excellent facilities spotless and cleaning staff very friendly this is our 2nd stay here and really enjoyed it.

Check to see room before handing over the payment.

Big space appartment, cleaning was very good , very quiet area , 10 min walk to restaurants and shopping centre .

Hot tub in didn't work for 2 days , workmen mess left in garden so didn't use garden , offered 5% off bill but never got anything back , 2nd bedroom there is no heating , TV stopped working , reception doesn't open till 10am .

had a lovely stay for a week at La concha in 4 person apartment

comfortable beds. comfortable sitting area. loved the shared pool; plenty of room to swim. hot pool was an added bonus. kitchen area is adequate for making light meals. very peaceful. lovely to sit on balcony for breakfast. staff very helpful. good location. 5-10 minute walk to Deilan centre for supermarket. plenty of restaurants within 10 minute walk. great fish restaurant just off the beach. Only about a minute walk to beach front. we walked to Arrecife and Carmen. great place to stay

maybe more kitchen utensils like a cheese grater or an extra pot and frying pan but staff very helpful if you need anything.

Second stay this year and was even better than the first. We will be back in 2023.

It was our second stay at La Concha Boutique in 2022, this time in apartment 6 which was a 1 bedroom sea view apartment. It overlooked the pool and had a fantastic sea/beach view. Very private, very comfortable, a fantastic terrace that is sheltered from the Lanzarote winds leaving a sun trap all year round. The staff were excellent. Lovely beach walks straight out of the resort either to Arrecife or Play Honda and beyond. Lovely bars and restaurants a short walk away as well as a great shopping centre. Estrella del Charco in Arrecife is a lovely restaurant/bar. December weather was perfect, exactly what we needed as a short break away from UK winter weather. Highly recommended.

We would definitely stay here again, I think it's probably one of the best places on the island. The out door area is really nice especially if you have a glimpse of the Sea View. Everything seems pretty new, and the design means that people are trying. Check-in was pretty fast. You just pull up outside their office, and go and check in in their office and they give you the key. We didn't have this information when we arrived so we were a little nervous, but the entire process is pretty organized.

The air conditioning went out our last night so it was super hot. We had asked for our unit not to be cleaned, because we never want a housekeeper in with our belongings without us present because of our work equipment. Someone had come in to change a trash bag, not clean anything, just come in to change a trash bag without our knowledge, and somehow knocked off an air conditioning sensor, and it meant that we really couldn't sleep our last night before our flight. They were very responsive and trying to correct the issue though. Just know that you're going to be right next door to other people on their balconies, we had really loud Italians talking all night, but for the value, it's really great.

Fantastic place to stay

Our 4th visit. We love it here so much. Great place to get away for a relaxing chilled break. Hired ebikes. Great cycle route along the coast

Fridge would be better having an ice compartment.

Amazing stay, excellent location and lovely staff

The apartment is just amazing. There's everything you need. Best position for visiting the island and also very nice restaurants at just few mins by walk. We didn't really live the beach at front but definitely gives you an amazing view from the garden.

Jacuzzi may need some extra cleaning more often

Great location, quiet, but also right beside the beach at La Concha and within 10 minutes walk of shopping centre and beach-front bars and restaurants in Playa Honda. The apartment complex was exceptionally well looked after by the friendly staff. Good sea views from apartments listed as having sea views. Highly recommended!

The only minor issue was that the arranging of taxi pick ups from the apartments was a bit chaotic. The front desk was also unable to book taxis for any future date (e.g., the following morning!) The taxi service from the rank at the shopping centre (10 mins walk) was good however, and taxi costs were inexpensive.
