A quiet part of a hectic side of town. Nice restaurants within a 5-minute walk.
No hot water in showers, had to pay extra to use the airconditioner. The step down into the bathroom is dangerous as one might easily fall when in unfamiliar surroundings at night. Staff were quite distant with few smiles going around. The main photo used to advertise the rooms is of ONE room at the front of the property, where one lives alongside the family running the property - with them on your shared balcony all day. All other rooms are stacked closely together in the back around a wee garden.

Nothing much simple basics
Mosquito infested.

very nice staff, polite and helpful, we definitely prefer small bungalows to hotels,
access to the kitchen is good, coffee, tea and water are available, small terraces with furniture, so you can sit outside,
there is no airconditione, but there is a fan
for little money, for those who don't expect much, overall a nice place,
stairs to the beach, so with children, or elderly people may cause a problem, musty smell and damp smell in the houses, very difficult to get there from the main road because it is a very bad access road

I like the place as its authentic with good quality, good value for money, staff is nice, very near to Alona beach where the sea activities and the nightlife.

The room is 50m from the beach, air conditioned, comfy bed, away from the center of night life in Alona beach. Allowed me to early check in with no extra fee. I got the room rate(P698-24hrs), good for its comfort and value. There is a small store near that serve cheap simple food and sell other necessities.

I liked my room and the price I paid for it. On my budget. Safe. And locals were nice. Quiet. I'm 50-50 on location. It's beach front. But away from lively, more to see and restaurants side of beach front area.
Far location to the lively part of the beach front.
Some insects but it's normal because the property has garden.

1 minute walk to the beach via some steps, very clean, quiet place, chairs to sit outside the room
Room curtain seemed to not give privacy, thin walls

I never stayed here. I left the place after I saw it and booked elsewhere. I'm giving it a neutral rating, not positive not negative as my perception of it is subjective. It was a rainy day, the place Google maps location was wrong so we ended up in a maddy field with nothing around. Thank god a local friend of mine contacted them and then she took me there otherwise I would still be looking for it. Location is good if you wanna be right on Alona beach but getting there is dodgy. No asphalt road, quite isolated and felt neglected.
Very poor conditions. Shower was right above the toilet seat. Sink was stained and the room of the view was the laundry of the landlords. Quite depressing but it was a rainy and gloomy day. Maybe I would have felt differently if the sun was shining. But it was certainly not a place to spend your days especially in bad weather where you have to stay in for a long time.

The accommodation was close to the beach (within walking distance). Going home at night you will pass by the business area of Alona Beach. The employees were also very responsive to questions and very accommodating.
You need to bring bottled water as hard water comes out of the tap, but still good for taking a bath.

it was near the beach and away from the busy side so it’s quiet and relaxing.

close to the beach and quiet

Great place to stay at in Alona Beach. The guest house is ideally located! Just a few meters away from the beach itself but still in a quiet area. The staff was very sweet and helpful! WiFi worked perfectly in the lobby and the room. Great stay overall!!
Domos did not appear on our map and it took us a little time to get to the place.
The room also had a slight smell of humidity but it is quite logical given the weather. Nothing you can't remedy to thanks to the well functioning fan that clears well the air.

1min to the beach. clean room.
good price for the service
3.8
To get there the easiest is to walk down the beach to the south until the end and you will see some steps, just walk up and it's there..

1min walking to the beach, kitchen facility and good beds! 😃

Near the beach and great location
Room and bathroom were very low quality

Everything was great except the water.. The water in the bathroom is salty😫

helpful flexible staff, location right behind Alona beach, accessible via short stairways, good WiFi, family rooms are fine!
bathroom requires modernization!
