The host was very cordial and open. The place was very clean and organized. Close to tram station, market, pharmacy and restaurants, and only 20 min by tram from Amsterdam Centraal.
The price, but whole Amsterdam is very expensive. So for the quiet nice place was worth it.

This is a lovely apartment (clean and quiet) for 4 adults (two couples): two equally good bedrooms, comfortable beds. In the kitchen - everything you need if staying for several days. Location is outside the city centre, but with very good connection to Central station by Tram (every 10 minutes). House is situated on the bank of canal; apartment have exit to the terrace with small garden. And last but not least - I would like to note very pleasant communication with host - quick answers, help with information etc. Thank you, Mavis! :)

This is easily one of the best places we've ever stayed at. Mavis is very kind and has a really good taste, everything in the house is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The view of the canal is a big plus!
Before booking we were unsure about the location but as it turns out its very easy and quick to get to the city center by tram, the nearest stop is 2 minutes away from the house and within 15 minutes you can get to Amsterdam Centraal. The neighborhood is also very lively and on a saturday there were plenty of delicious food stalls at a park nearby.
We had an amazing experience and wished we could stay more, but we'll certainly be back!
Everything was perfect.

Accomodation is in a quiet location right on the bank of the canal with a magnificent view. Comfortable beds, furnisched kitchen, fast and reliable internet. It is about 4 minutes to the supermarket, the tram and bus stop. Very good public transport service with direct connection to Amsterdam Ceentral Station. The journey takes only 15 minutes. Mavis is taking care and is interesting in your needs. All was kept in accordance with agreements. We were very satisfied. Mavis, thank you very much.
Nothing significiant occured during our 4 day stay.

Great basement flat which is easily accessed close to a tram stop (direct from Centraal) it's right on the sea(?) front so you get a lovely view and water birds outside your window.
Facilities were good, WiFi, free coffee (Nespresso with frother!) and tea, basic cooking ingredients (olive oil, salt, spices and soy sauce). Little tubs of margarine/butter for sandwiches would have been amazing (I very rarely find these but they make me happy)
Beds comfy (I'm not keen on the memory foam personally as I get hot but pillows were great)
Communication with the owner via Booking.com app worked fine.
Bathroom clean and water hot for showers!
The bathroom sink is really weird design! Often messy.

a little bit too small for 4 adults

This apartment is perfectly located if you want to be close to the center but still away of all the noise. (direct tram line 26 to center).
We went for a walk near the 'Ijmeer' in the morning, perfect for some fresh air.
Many shops in the area, a bakery, small 'market' on Saturday morning behind the shops.
The kitchen had all what we needed. We request a ironing table to Mavis because we had a wedding in the evening, it was present when we arrived. She even offered us a bottle of champagne, but when I told her that we don't drink, she nicely came back with some chocolates.
The beds were very comfortable, and the view from the room is so calm and relaxing. Even if there was some heavy wind & rain outside, we didn't feel anything from the inside.
I would definitely recommend this location, probably coming back during a warmer period to enjoy the terrace a bit more!
Thank you Mavis !
The breakfast/dining table was high, so not that comfortable if you're not use to it. (For me it was fine, for my parents a bit less. As a alternative, I would suggest a bit larger table in the living room.

This modern accommodation is located right on the water.
The area is also very interesting and modern. Nearby is the coastline along which you can make pleasant and healthy walks. Walk to the sea harbor. Go to one of the pleasant restaurants. Albert Hein Supermarket is located very close to the house. There is also a tram no 26 stop, that goes to the Central Station, and the bike rental.
The apartment is clean and design beautifully left. Loved the bathroom. The both beds are very comfortable. A welcome bottle of champagne is waiting in the fridge. It's bad there is no stove in the kitchen. But there is a microwave that switches to grill or oven modes.
I highly recommend this place in a warm period. There is even a beach not far. But in the cool time the house is very warm and comfortable.
Little bit far from the center, each trip by tram will cost 3.20 euros. It is better to purchase a single ticket for several days. But the trams go often and the trip to the CS Amsterdam will not be longer than 20 minutes.
It's a pity no stove in the kitchen.
