Tutto ottimo, appartamento molto grande a due passi dal lago, facilmente raggiungibile dalla strada ma allo stesso tempo riparato dai rumori. Host gentile e disponibile.

كل شي جميل الإطلالة ع الجبل والمكان نظيف جدآ ومرتب كل شي موجود في الشقة متل الملح والسكر وبريق الشاي والقهوة وفتحين القهوة وكاسات ومعالق وسكاكين وصحون وغاز كهربائي ومكرويف ويوجد كل شي تحتاجتو في المطبخ من منظفات وأكياس وأدوات طبية ومناشف بكثرة والبيت دافئ جدآ والموقف مجاناً ويفتح ع الجهاز والباب الرائيسي لهو قفل أمان بصراحة جيد جدآ وهو في قرية هدائة فيها مول أبريل يغلق الساعة 8 مساء فيه كل ملتزماتكم/ واخيرآ السندرو شخص رائع جدا ويوجد محطة قطار في المكان قريبآ جدآ Everything is beautiful, the view of the mountain, and the place is very clean and tidy. Everything is in the apartment, such as salt, sugar, tea and coffee pots, coffee openers, cups, spoons, knives, plates, electric gas, and a microwave. There is everything you need in the kitchen, including detergents, bags, medical tools, and towels in abundance. The house is very warm, and the parking is free and open to the public. The device and the main door have a safety lock. Frankly, it is very good. It is in a quiet village where the April Mall closes at 8 pm. It has all your obligations. Finally, Alessandro is a very wonderful person and there is a train station in the place very soon.

Superb

Great property with everything you could need for a short stay. It was lovely to have 2 balconies and access to the garden at the back. The apartment was only a 5-7 minutes walk to the ferry where we could access the other villages on the lake. Although after visiting the very busy and very touristy towns like Bellagio we were glad to come home to calmness of Colico.

the most amazing stay with the most amazing owner. he helped me with everything. I was in my worst situation possible and he helped me like his own daughter. It really gave me a lot of happiness staying in one of the most beautiful property available. it’s close to everywhere. don’t think twice for booking this place. go for it . I’m so glad I chose it and I’ll be going there again

The apartment is so beautiful, spacious and comfortable. It has a wonderful views of the mountains. The bed is confy. Alessandro was very attentive and kind with us. Thank you! My husband and I had a good time in Colico.

Exceptional stay with a beautiful mountain view ❤️❤️

We have stayed here in the month of December,we found this in booking.com and booked in the very last minute. This appartment is very near to lake como. It has 2 balconies with amazing mountain views.there were all necessity households in side . A free car park is available. A small kitchen with all facilities(fridge, utensils) we have got. We would love to come here again.Alessandro hosted us so well, gave some nice suggestions to visit the nearest places which was very useful. We would like to thank Alessandro to make our stay so wonderful.

Nice and quite place on Como lake

The location is superb: it's about 10 minute from the train station, 3-5 minutes to the nearest supermarket and restaurants, as well as to the lake shore. There isn't much to see in Colico itself, except for the great mountain views and natural scenery, but you can easily get to more known places on Como, like Bellagio, Varenna or Bellano. Alessandro provided some helpful instruction within the property, please pay attention to them. Overall, we've really enjoyed our stay and would love to return to Colico the other day.

Apartment for you to have a good time in peace and quiet

the apartment is quiet, with two balconies, one in the bedroom and a big one in the living room. there is also a huge garden that you can use. definitely a very cozy place Alessandro is a great host. He invited us for a day of sailing on the lake as it was an incredible experience. He also gives you tips on where to go and where to eat.

Perfect place for a relaxing holiday

Wonderful flat in a perfect location in Colico. The bed is very big and comfortable. The views from the balconies are epic, it is a wonderful place to spend a relaxing time. The kitchen is well enough equipped for you to make simple meals. It is easy to walk to all the facilities of Colico: supermarkets, bakeries, train station, boat quay, restaurants. It was a really wonderful place for a holiday and I hope we can come back one day. Alessandro the host is also very accommodating, friendly and approachable.

Home away from home

I stayed here for 11 nights to work and explore the surrounding areas and it was the most relaxing and homely space to stay and work in. Alessandro was always helpful and made me feel very at home. In fact I was quite sad when it came time to leave! The property is a good size and is conveniently located close to shops, bars, restaurants and less than a 10 minute walk to the train station. The surrounding area is very beautiful and it's quick and easy to get to the train station and take day trips to other areas around the lake. Plenty of places to get coffee as well. Thank you to Alessandro and Il Giardino 😊😊😊

Very enjoyable stay in a very convenient location

Location was great for what we needed - within easy walking distance of the lake and of the town. The main bedroom and, especially, the bathroom were really good. The main balcony was large and comfortably furnished with great views of the mountain. Catering facilities were as advertised, and appropriate for a short stay.

The living area/second bed was a little cramped. Unfortunately the weather wasn't great for our week, so we spent more time inside the apartment than we would normally. If we had been a couple, i.e. only using one bed, I'm sure it wouldn't have been an issue.

Beautiful apartment close to center

Wonderful views from every room and balcony (there are 2), super clean, comfy bed, less than 5 min walk to supermarkets, restaurants... and a super friendly host. Already the second visit, could not wish for more on a holiday!

Perfect stay with amazing view !

We loved absolutely everything! The apartment is close to the station and Como lake. The view from the terras was amazing! The kitchen / bathroom were well equipped! Thank you Alessandro for your warm welcome and we absolutely want to come back !
