Overall it was a very good experience with Hotel.
breakfast, room, dinner, swimming pool, ambience, spacious car parking area.
Being a 5 Star rated hotel, mosquitoes should be controlled.

Comfy room, great location near the airport, shambolic reception and check in experience
Location close to the airport, comfortable rooms.
The check in process was the most frustrating I have ever experienced in any hotel in the world. There is no conventional designated check in area or desk. Instead you have three pods located in a circle. There is no clear or delineated check in process. There were literally 50 people huddled in reception and it was utter chaos and shambolic. I walked in and was asked whether I was part of the BMW group, not sure why? Then I was told to have a seat so as not to stand and they would be with me shortly. Well, after watching the chaos unfold, then seeing probably another 8-10 people check in when the queues subsided, and knowing their customer service staff that originally greeted me had not only failed but disappeared, I walked up to a desk 25 minutes later to be told that I would have to wait another 15 minutes before a room would be ready. Whilst at the desk giving personal details, the employee was interrupted several times by other guests approaching from the side. This modular check in may work in countries like Japan, but is hopeless in cities where people are not accustomed to forming lines, queuing and waiting patiently. I would have been happy to have stored my bags and headed off to my meetings without having to waste 45 minutes at reception when I was only staying at the hotel for 7 hours before catching an international connecting flight. I know I was 1 hour early for a 2:00 PM check in! The Duty Manager in the evening was sympathetic to my morning experience, acknowledged the limitations of the check in desks, then proceeded to refund the shuttle taxi costs to the airport. As I explained to him, its about the inconvenience not the money!

Nice pool
Enjoyed breakfast, especially Japanese version, excellent service from the serving team Attention to detail and maintenance crucial for guest experience maybe my feedback on hotel's aging appearance can help prompt updates!
Lack of follow-through from reception. Attempts to remind them about promised email address unsuccessful Consider escalating the issue to a manager or higher authority, Professionalism essential in all interactions Hoping for a swift resolution and improvement in the situation

Check in efficace. Colazione con prodotti di alta qualità, curata e varia.
Spazi comuni impersonali, freddi (anche a livello di temperatura) e rumorosi. Ristorante per cena sconsigliato. Bagno a vista in camera di gusto discutibile. Mancano spazi esterno (bar, eccetera)

Horrible stay!
Nothing really
The walls are paper thin, you can hear everything what people next door are talking and which tv channel they are watching! No rest, no sleep! Hotel is old and dirty! The manager Vikas was useless and not polite.

Perfect!
Breakfast is amazing. Very close to many restaurants and bars around. It was a special BBQ night which was incredible and the please is really clean!!!
