Overall it was a very good experience with Hotel.

breakfast, room, dinner, swimming pool, ambience, spacious car parking area.

Being a 5 Star rated hotel, mosquitoes should be controlled.

Comfy room, great location near the airport, shambolic reception and check in experience

Location close to the airport, comfortable rooms.

The check in process was the most frustrating I have ever experienced in any hotel in the world. There is no conventional designated check in area or desk. Instead you have three pods located in a circle. There is no clear or delineated check in process. There were literally 50 people huddled in reception and it was utter chaos and shambolic. I walked in and was asked whether I was part of the BMW group, not sure why? Then I was told to have a seat so as not to stand and they would be with me shortly. Well, after watching the chaos unfold, then seeing probably another 8-10 people check in when the queues subsided, and knowing their customer service staff that originally greeted me had not only failed but disappeared, I walked up to a desk 25 minutes later to be told that I would have to wait another 15 minutes before a room would be ready. Whilst at the desk giving personal details, the employee was interrupted several times by other guests approaching from the side. This modular check in may work in countries like Japan, but is hopeless in cities where people are not accustomed to forming lines, queuing and waiting patiently. I would have been happy to have stored my bags and headed off to my meetings without having to waste 45 minutes at reception when I was only staying at the hotel for 7 hours before catching an international connecting flight. I know I was 1 hour early for a 2:00 PM check in! The Duty Manager in the evening was sympathetic to my morning experience, acknowledged the limitations of the check in desks, then proceeded to refund the shuttle taxi costs to the airport. As I explained to him, its about the inconvenience not the money!

Nice pool

Enjoyed breakfast, especially Japanese version, excellent service from the serving team Attention to detail and maintenance crucial for guest experience maybe my feedback on hotel's aging appearance can help prompt updates!

Lack of follow-through from reception. Attempts to remind them about promised email address unsuccessful Consider escalating the issue to a manager or higher authority, Professionalism essential in all interactions Hoping for a swift resolution and improvement in the situation

Check in efficace. Colazione con prodotti di alta qualità, curata e varia.

Spazi comuni impersonali, freddi (anche a livello di temperatura) e rumorosi. Ristorante per cena sconsigliato. Bagno a vista in camera di gusto discutibile. Mancano spazi esterno (bar, eccetera)

Horrible stay!

Nothing really

The walls are paper thin, you can hear everything what people next door are talking and which tv channel they are watching! No rest, no sleep! Hotel is old and dirty! The manager Vikas was useless and not polite.

Perfect!

Breakfast is amazing. Very close to many restaurants and bars around. It was a special BBQ night which was incredible and the please is really clean!!!

Comfortable trendy short stay

Spacious room with green garden view, breakfast nice , staff friendly and helpful , swimming pool also neat and clean, breakfast was good, lovely contemporary interior design in lobby, complimentary tea coffee corner was user friendly.

Clean, comfortable, stylish and great breakfast - love Andaz!

This is our second Andaz stay (other was Bali). The style and the breakfast were the standouts - 10/10 for both. We stayed one night, and were able to knock out Delhi and Agra day trips.

Lots of security getting into the hotel. Not a good first impression of Delhi…but better than the alternative I guess.

Good hotel to stay when dropping in and out of Delhi. Service wasn’t great need more training to be Andaz

Size and layout of the rooms were great. Closeness to airport fantastic. Stayed in large suite and layout was great.

Overall detailing on property and build quality was very poor.

Freezing

we were able to access the room on our arrival which was early morning

The hotel was freezing - the lobby and restaurant were like a fridge - the room was a little better but even with the thermostat on its highest it was still chilly. We were going to have dinner in the restaurant but when we sat down it was just too cold and not enjoyable at all A staff member said they had turned off the aircon because it was so cold, there was even an electric heater - but this was not sufficient to change the temperature. - so we left an ate at the Marriott hotel next door which was delightful

No recommended , far better cleaner options avalaible in same location .

Corniness and hygiene is big issue . Housekeeping is bad . When I entered a fresh room it was dusty and had woman hair of old occupant . After informing the staff to clean they took 2 days to get it sorted . Heating system is not easily accessible and the system provided is not adequate for the room practically no effect on the room temperature in harsh winters

Amazing and want to come back already.

The checkin was great, the staff were excellent. The food was just amazing. The room was super comfortable and perfect. Definitely will come back to stay.

I wish the water pressure of the shower was better and hotter.

Disappointed

The facilities and the friendliness of the staff were the most prominent things which went well. apart from one instance where at the time of my breakfast i could see one of the mangers/supervisor along with couple of staff staring at me and talking about me, wish i would have asked them the topic of discussion.

discomfort caused by the loud music going on under my room for some party or something. For sure not what i wanted or needed after a long flight and the flight next morning too. Wish someone at the front desk had mentioned about this before allocating the room.

Great hotel, ideal location for airport use

The staff are friendly and helpful. Sandeev Yadav that arranged my travel to and from the airport multiple times did an amazing job.

There was not much not too like but I am not so sure about the open air bar area

We had a fabulous time. Will stay here again.

Close to the airport. Central to visiting Delhi and gurgaon. We loved the attentive staff and receptionists. The breakfast was absolutely excellent.

Good stay. Premium hotel.

Nice little touches here and there. Minibar included in room rates which is not so with hotels.

Check in counter seems make shift. Staff needs to be more professional. They are good. But laid back. No staff at pool.

Location was good staff was welcoming and ambience was good but limited space for sitting and very very conservative space to sit and do meeting .furniture we’re worst and not comfortable as off a business hotel .I strongly recommend to change them and get comfortable sofas or sittings .

Limited space for sitting , it was so called business hotel but meeting space was limited and not well planned the selection of sitting chairs was worst and not comfortable as meeting business do need to sit for long discuission and meeting space were missing in property .

All went well until at the time of check out when I was charged an extra amount of Rs. 2194...

Good room size, cleanliness and responsive staff.

The breakfast is average, expected much better. Didn't got it why I was charged extra amount of Rs. 2194 even after paying the entire amount before check in and paying whats ever we ordered for room dine in.
