Not bad but not great!

Location and facilities

Flies were a big issue specially in the dining area. Plates and cups were covered with flies.

The staff was extremely helpful: Aman and the Manager on duty.

Location close to airport.

No shuttle service. Hotel charges Rs. 1100 for a cab, Uber ride (large vehicle) takes Rs. 280.

Good location, poor service

The room was clean and comfortable, the hotel is conveniently located.

The service was very poor. After several reminders and a long wait, my luggage was brought to my room after check in.

I can not visit Ibis again nor i can recommend it to anyone

The breakfast was good and staff was warm and courteous

The bed was broken The linen were dirty The AC wasnt effective Room service wasnt prompt. The room change took almost an hour after informing about the broken bed Bathroom aaa too small

Bad experience considering IBIS brand

Room smelled like fungus, not cleaned. Pillow was all smelled like damp, foul smell and fungal smell.

Good to stay in a pinch.

Rooms could be connected for the family

The overall decor, smell, ambience and cleanliness of the hotel went form 5 star feel to 3 star as soon as you got to the hallyway on your floor.

Not very great.Can't believe it's a Novotel owned property. I stayed at a Novotel in Frankfurt .

We were given a very damp and moldy room on the 6th floor, this was changed into another moldy room and finally got a better room on the 3rd floor.We lost a good 15 minutes in the process and we were tired after our flight.I am a regular customer and it was very disappointing

The room facilities could've been better. There could be a little more space in the rooms as they were very claustrophobic. The bathroom no longer has dental kits etc.

Not worth the money !

First of all, the room was not great and definitely not value for money. It did not even match the photographs on booking.com. The walls had dampness and the plaster was coming out from several places. Also, in booking.com it said that my room was a pool view but again that was false information as ibis probably did not even have a pool. Please do not provide false information on OTA websites.

I would rather pay more and go to a better hotel next time.

Room is cramped and bare essentials. Breakfast is disappointing. Except for the location, the Hotel is disappointing.

One night will do

The location was fantastic.

The bathroom is like an add-on feature & feels rather cheap. During the night, it is impossible not to wake your sleeping partner when opening or closing the bathroom door. The beds were uncomfortable. They sank in the middle & felt very used.

Er was een muziekfestival georganiseerd bij het zwembad. Keiharde muziek. We gingen erheen voor rust voorafgaand aan onze vliegreis terug. Zoiets moet je toch van te voren melden als iemand boekt lijkt ons

Excellent location, good breakfast, value for money.

Location. It’s in Aerocity and close to both T3 and T2 terminals of IGI Airport. Very convenient to get to the city as well with the extension of the Airport line metro. Lots of good restaurants in its vicinity and they do a good breakfast spread.

People who suffer from back pain find the spring mattress very uncomfortable. I hope they can address the issue by having hard / orthopaedic mattresses in some rooms.

Great security, good proximity to the airport and local transport network.

This is a great hotel in a secure location, plenty of security, staff are extremely supportive and helpful where needed, easy transport network to the rest of Delhi and beyond.

Room could maybe use a deep clean once in a while but nothing to bad.
