Perfekter Aufenthalt

Die wohl beste Unterkunft auf unserer Reise. Eine beeindruckende Villa in einer Gated Community, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Man ist ungestört für sich alleine, hat aber im Clubhaus an der Rezeption immer einen Ansprechpartner. Das Personal ist extrem freundlich, gibt einem Voucher für die umliegenden Restaurants und ist stets per WhatsApp für alle Fragen erreichbar. Auch eine Essensbestellung beim Italiener übernehmen sie. Gym ist ok, Tischtennisplatte gibt es im Clubhaus und Fahrräder kann man kostenlos mieten. Der Außenbereich der Villa mit dem Pool ist super und auch das Badezimmer mit der Regendusche draußen. Nur beim Sonnenuntergang ist Mückenspray Pflicht, davor und danach kein Problem draußen zu sitzen. Aber selbst dafür gibt es solche Geruchsspiralen, die man anzünden kann draußen. Alles tipptopp sauber und gefiltertes Wasser kommt direkt aus dem Kühlschrank. Direkt neben der Anlage ist eine kleine Shopping Mall und ein paar Restaurants sowie eine Bäckerei mit guten Baguettes und Bagels, die wir uns dann immer mit auf die Terrasse unserer Villa genommen haben. Zum Strand 10 Minuten zu Fuß (allerdings keiner der "Traumstrände" der Insel). Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und können diese Unterkunft nur jedem empfehlen.

Die laute Sprinkleranlage, die mitten in der Nacht lautstark los geht und wo man erstmal erschreckt was jetzt los ist. Und die automatische Mail nach Buchung ist etwas irreführend, dass man per Link zahlen soll. Wenn aber über Booking gebucht wird, wird die Zahlung auch über Booking abgewickelt.

Bad stay ever !

The greeting and The good furniture and machines,they prepared everything well when you come but not then unfortunately!!

1-I took this villa to swim in a private pool but I can't because it wasn't clean and also there is a died mouse in ieven when I told them , they didn't clean it !! I lost two days in it without interesting . 2-there is no air conditioning in living room , it's only in bedroom and it's not good some cold some hot ! 3-Also They are lying because they said it's the only copy of keys will be with you and when I went out and back it was opened ! 4-The quality of tissue was sooooo bad and there's no water in toilet, they just put for showering 5-The machine of coffee is not working ! Any thing you want when you ask them , they ask you to come to reception to take it and it's so far from the villa ! 6-when I checked out I waited them for one hour to come to check the villa and take the keys ! It was so bad I hoped I didn't check out from the hotel to come this villa !

Amazing villa for couples / family

Very spacious for us, well equipped and clean. We love the pool and have a great view of the mountain. Had a great bbq day! not far from a big supermarket and beach

excellent property to stay close to black river area.

very well built and finished property which is having all facilities and private pool. very spacious too which makes it easier with children.

property was right off the main road making it noisy at night times which was a little irritating. staff especially front desk person not very helpful with organising any activities. we did everything ourself which was ok but anyone coming here should be prepared to handle things themself. definitely would recommend to get rental car as everything little far away.

Pleasant stay.

Superb

The villa is located in a complex of villas where you feel secure and safe. The entire complex looks amazing and the villa itself is like in the pictures. Spectacular pool and courtyard, all facilities are working, cleaning is done daily. The staff is very friendly and read to help. We've had a little issue with the pool because of the cyclone and they responded and solved it very promptly. The location is close to almost all popular beaches of the island and other attractions that are mostly concentrated in the SW part. The only exception is Cerfs Island which is located in the East side and in my opinion is the best place to go if want to feel the exotic island beach experience.

The breakfast needs a major improvement. You need to take the car for a short ride to go to a good beach.

Absolutely amazing. The staff was very friendly, certainly our concierge Nawaz who made sure the property was very neat each single day and who gave us some surprises (see photo's) The villa was very luxurious and spacious and the environment gave a peaceful and relaxing vibe. No remarks about the villa. Having a private swimming pool is certainly a bonus.

There was a noise standard that they used which is postive as you could enjoy the silence but also a bit negative as we were always afraid that we would talk too loud as a certain amount of Db was allowed.

Amazing!

I loved everything about this villa, from the beautiful surroundings, amazing interior to the extremely helpful staff who don't know what the word "no" means. A special mention to Oli & Nawaz who made me & my partner feel at ease & always on hand.

Nice stay

Staff were very friendly and professional. The villa was very spacious, modern and private. Special thanks to Nawaz who decorated our room beautifully and also really went the extra mile by ensuring all our laundry was dried while we were out as our dryer had broken. There is a nice shopping center right across the street with cafes and shops and a bank which is very convenient.

Top quality villas

If anything pictures undersell quality of accommodation - big villas, high quality furnishings, lovely private pool areas (yes a bit cold in Winter but very usable!). Need a car, but if you have one you can use this as a base to explore west coast, including beautiful Tamarin Bay at sunset

All over Mauritius there are stray dogs - they never bother you on the street M but those near the villa seemed prone to loud frequent barking at night.
