Tous était quasi parfait .les équipements sont plus que convenable pour un court séjour.
Rien,nous en attendions pas davantage.

Access to the pistes. There were steps near to the building - on climbing up one was on the piste and so at the end of the day one could also ski down to the building. Instant hot water in the small shower room.
The electrical installation. The sockets were behind/in cupboards and worse the kitchen outlet was to one side
of the sink so the kettle cable had to pass over the sink.
Once the second single bed and bed settee were pulled out, there was very little floor space available

the location is very close to the slopes.
the lack of communication from the host
the lack of hygiene products ( toilet paper and soap)
there is no sound proofing and we could hear everything from outside and very noisy neighbours;
the kitchen ventilation system is common with the other apartment and even though smoking mg is not allowed we had cigarette scent all the time the neighbours smoked

perfect location, ski out, ski in, on slope.
small but practical, clean, comfortable bed, pillow,
Horrible story about getting into rented apartment.
I arrived late after a long drive (1.100 km), trying first to find a parking spot (not easy), to find the building (also not easy) and finally get into the apartment (the worst nightmare). Instructions provided the code of a key box but it did not work. I called the owner but she never replied but provided the link to the instructions (in french). I objected my french is not good enough to fully understand (it was dark, I was tired, temperature was touching -20C). The answer shocked me:
If you can write iMessages, it means that you have Internet.
So translate the instructions and read it please
This is copy/paste without any adjustment.

We were unable to access the property! given a key code that wasn’t functional the booking contact details only lead to a voicemail - we had to leave and seek alternative accommodation - worst case scenario when booking online.
To be left on a mountain with an elderly relative without an option to stay. it was incredibly embarrassing for me.

Good location, great equipment, good views, fair price.
They said they will send the safe code for the keys 24 hours before but they didnt do so. Also there is no place to keep our luggage while we wait for check in. The bed is not comfortable.

Ski in, ski out. Convenient for shop/ski hire. Good hot shower
Lack of sockets, most visible one over sink (and loose in wall. Surely there's some safety requirements?). some bulbs not working. Apartment has dishwasher but no oven. No way can this place sleep 4, 3 max. No toilet paper, washing up liquid.(we left stuff but judging from reviews these must be removed after each stay as it's been mentioned before) Broken mugs and badly chipped bowls. Crazy small toilet space.

The place was not like the photos show, and it was way smaller. The check-in process was very bad: it took us (with calling) 30' to find the place, then the entry code was changed so we had to call again, but this time the owner didn't pick up, after 10 more minutes, they finally texted the new code. After that, the place was not very clean and it lacked basic utilities such as a trash bin and toilet papers. We ended up leaving the place after one night and booked another place nearby, although this place was non-refundable.
I'm not sure if this is because we went there in the off-season, but nevertheless, this was unacceptable. I even texted the owners and informed them of the situation, but they did not bother to even text me back.
