A wonderful entry point to begin exploring Italy

Great location with comfortable furnishings.

Location across from the train station was very convenient. Very close walking distance to the Florence Cathedral/Duomo.

Be sure to look at the floor plan before booking because the “third bedroom” is more of an antechamber to the second bedroom. There was an issue with the water heater that required us to restart it every day. The host arranged for a plumber to come after our stay so as not to disturb us but both parties agreed at the end of the stay that it should have been dealt with immediately rather than waiting.

The location was more than excellent. It was perfect. The apartment is spacious, clean, well equipped. Emanuela was very helpful and gave lots of good suggestions. The wifi was extremely fast, and there is practically nothing to complain about. Highly recommended

We enjoyed what Florence had to offer, worth visiting again.

Location was good, close to main train station and tourist attractions. Supermarket was also just around the corner.

The internet was very poor and kept dropping out. In addition the connection was not secure. I was unable to work remotely as i had intended and could not have Zoom meetings. As far as the kitchen is concerned, leaving used, unhygienic and smelly sponges from previous tenants is unacceptable. The utensils and pots provided could have been cleaner. A bar fridge is also not big enough for a family of five.

Great location, great host & beautiful and large apartment! Loved it.

This apartment was extremely spacious and clean! It was in a great location, steps away from the train station which was very convenient for us. There was a grocery store and lots of shops steps away from the apartment too which was great! Would definitely come back here next time we’re in Florence.

Superb

Great apartment for my family of 5! Very convenient by train station and close to everything! Groceries 2 min walk. Hosts was very kind and helpful. Laundry was very useful with 3 kids! Wifi was a little weak. All in all I’d stay here again, great place!!

Le Stanza di Catia has wonderful hosts, in a great location with lots of charm.

The location is great for day trips via train from Florence as well as close to all the beautiful sights in the city. It is bright, sunny, and very comfortable. It is also on the inside of the property which allows for the benefits of being close to the train station without the noise.

Exceptional space and location in Florence!

The apartment was perfect! The location, across from the train station, was very convenient, and it was walking distance to museums, activities, and restaurants. The space was beautiful, kitchen well stocked (with snacks for purchase - very helpful!), the rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. There was a binder with recommendations for food and drink and the host provided helpful tips. We would highly recommend these accommodations, and we look forward to returning for another visit!

Florence has to be seen by walking around and the apartment is well-placed in that context.

Located at the edge of the historic area of Florence, and next to the train station and underground shops. The apartment is in a magnificent looking building, has a lift and is on the 4th floor. Supermarket, pharmacy and loads of eateries are right outside.

No English-language news on the tv so is best to bring a streaming stick if you want to not quite switch off from the larger world.

An amazing apartment; great value for money

WOW, WOW and WOW. Great location, opposite railway station and still very quiet, endless of shops, restaurants, city attractions and amazing sites in walking distance, often basically around the corner. Great value for money, super and well organized welcome meeting. We will use it again when returning to amazing Florence.

Our host was super kind and helpful, communication was really easy and smooth and everything was prepared in advance. The apartment was clean and comfortable as well. I would definitively recommend staying here.

The price shown in Booking did not reflect the city tax while it did for other apartments, so it felt unequal when comparing the different properties. Our host explained that it was not their fault, but rather a policy adopted by Booking, so I highly encourage other travelers to double check price before booking to make sure you know the final amount including city tax.

Right across from train station. Clean and has all the essentials. Very good hostess easy to communicate with. Will stay there again. Walking distance to many things but then florence is very small.
