Per qualche giorno ok

La struttura è in una zona tranquilla, si raggiungono facilmente sia il centro che le spiagge. Lo staff è molto gentile e disponibile, e immediatamente reperibile. Le dimensioni della camera sono ok per una coppia e c'è l'aria condizionata.

Gli armadietti della cucina e le stoviglie all'interno (e di conseguenza anche la stanza) odorano molto di muffa (stanza al piano terra). Il lenzuolo non era pulito e abbiamo chiesto di sostituirlo, comunque lo staff ha provveduto prontamente. Facendo la doccia il bagno si allaga perché non c'è né una tenda né altra barriera. Per ultimo si può pagare solo in contanti!

A cozy stay)

Another wonderful chance to stay with this fantastic family .Very welcoming ,friendly ,extremely helpful and really happy to see their visitors .We came early ,they found the chance to provide us with a room immediately despite the fact that it was 8 am and check-in time is after midday .The room is clean ,light and has a little kitchenette with a fridge.There is a big terrace overlooking Ksamil and a table with chairs to enjoy your coffee or meals .Parking is available inside the yard or outside the gate.It takes just a few minutes to walk to the nearest supermarket and the centre with all infrastructure.There is a grill restaurant and a coffee place at your door .Beaches are within 10 min reach .Highly recommended)Thank you for hospitality)))

Rent This If You Value Your Money.

Rent this if you value your money. The property was sparkling clean, modern, and only 300 m from the beach. There is a supermarket 150 m from the apartment. The hosts are kind and generous. The beds were super-comfortable, and there was not one but two balconies. One was private, the other was separate (perfect for dreamy breakfasts).

I loved everything about the property. Everything is even better than described.

Location in Ksamil was perfect. It is near supermarket and beach. The sofa was great. Table at the garden.

The mattress was not comfortable. The light outside was still on and it goes through window in the door, so there was not dark during night.

Just perfect location ,next to the city centre,still a very quiet place to be ,a private safe parking in the yard,a paved road to reach the apartment ,lovely ,friendly and very helpful hosts,stable WI-FI,well equipped for a comfortable stay,everything is clean,lovely seat on a terrace ,lots of space.Thank you for your hospitality )))

Everyone was kind. The accommodation is clean and nicely decorated. The bedding was changed every few days. The accommodation is in a good location, close to restaurants and markets. We will definitely be back.
