Estadía en Ksamil

Nos encantó el alojamiento. El departamento era grande y se encontraba impecable. La señora que nos recibió fue muy amable, e incluso nos acompañó al paradero del bus para continuar con nuestro viaje. Además, el host respondió todas nuestras consultas al instante.

Exceptional

Very nice and comfortable villa. Very nice garden, very clean, spacious rooms and nice balconies. The owners were very friendly and gave us good recommendations.

Very clean place, the washing machine was really useful. Good quality according to the price.

There was no AC in the living room, the AC in one of the bedroom was really noisy, so it was difficult to sleep when it was on.

the hostess allowed herself to enter our room without our presence and turned off the air conditioners at a time when it was hot outside and we were with the children

Superb

Great place for a long stay with family. Everything is very clean, the owners are incredibly attentive to your needs, the villa is located in a quiet place, 10 minutes walk from the sea. Highly recommended.

The biggest issue for me was the inability to pay by card, the place only accept cash. It is very inconvenient, especially when on booking it is written that the place accept any types of payment including Visa and Mastercard.

Perfect location and very kind host

The location was great since we were not to far away from the center. The apartment was clean and spacious. The property owner was delightful and helpful lady.

The place where you take bath shower in toilet is small.

Very pleasant stay. Great hosts.

The Vila Genci is a very comfortable and quiet place, very easy to be found. It's close enough to the center (you can reach the center in 5 minutes walking), main restaurants and markets and at the same time, far enough from the noise. The place is very clean and is equipped with all the amenities and the hosts are great people and very helpful. You have a free parking and there's no need to use the car unless necessary. The view from the balcony is very nice.

Amazing stay in Ksamil

Everything was great, the owners are kind and willing to answer all the questions, even though we had a language barrier. It is a bit away from the center, but we find it a plus, since there wasn't any crowd. Would really recommend the place for your stay.

The only thing, but it wasn't really a problem, is the bathroom. The concept is a wet room, and we were not used to it. But we got used to it in the end. 😀

Exceptional

Very kind hosts, they really care about your comfort and cleanliness. They offered a coffee when we arrived. We had a studio with sea view, really big terrace just for us, with beautiful flower. Everything is as on photos, new, clean, comfortable. We didn't use the air conditioning, it was good and fresh without it (we were on the first floor). Easy to find the house, good parking. We only went once to the nearest beach Paradise, it is not so good (water is not clear, a lot of algae). We went to beaches Mirror and Spella e Pellumbave, away from the city. Ksamil beaches are crowded in July, you must go early in the morning, before 9.

More than expected

Exceptional

The house is located 50m from the main road through Ksamil at the very end of the city in a quiet area. Close to restaurants, shops, bakery, gas station and 500m to the nearest beach. House clean, quiet, tidy and comfortable. The ground floor is occupied by the hosts, two floors for tourists with about 8 families coming in the season. Direct hosts, polite, nice, hospitable, caring for tourists and cleanliness.

On some days in the morning the tap water was cool, which is good for health. It would be a good idea to supply the apartments with microwaves.

Best of all

Excellent place. All on plus and all new. Large room, comfortable bed, balcony with beautiful views of the Islands of Ksamil, large private parking, washing machine, good air conditioning, reliable internet. And very welcoming owners. We stayed here 2 weeks and everything was fine. I highly recommend and Thank you for your hospitality!
