Ku przestrodze!

Oszustwo! Pokój nie należy do Hotelu Alicante Hills. Prywatny właściciel! Otrzymany po opłaceniu kod do wejścia do apartamentu, nie otwierał skrzynki. Nie możliwość wzięcia kluczy i otworzenia. Później wyłudzenie depozytu, gdzie po tym skrzynka jakoby miała otworzyć się. Niestety nie. Kontakt z obsługą klienta to fikcja, automatyczne wiadomości, nie odbieranie połączeń. Sprawa zgłoszona na policję

Otrzymany po opłaceniu kod do wejścia do apartamentu, nie otwierał skrzynki. Nie możliwość wzięcia kluczy i otworzenia. Później wyłudzenie depozytu, gdzie po tym skrzynka jakoby miała otworzyć się. Niestety nie. Kontakt z obsługą klienta to fikcja, automatyczne wiadomości, nie odbieranie połączeń. Sprawa zgłoszona na policję.

J’ai réservé deux nuits Mais en arrivant j’ai pas pu accéder à l’appartement On m’a envoyé un lien qui fonctionne pas Je suis resté jusqu’à une heure tardive Sans repense Ni du propriétaire Ni de booking J’ai loué une chambre dans un hôtel proche Parce qu’il était 02:00 h du matin 😡😡

APARTAMENTO BIEN. COMUNICACION INEXISTENTE

El apartamento estaba muy bien, muy cómodo y muy bien ubicado.

Existe un número de teléfono al que si llamas jamás te cogen. Si envías algún mail no contestan. Nos enviaron mal el enlace para hacer el check in y no fuimos capaces de contactar con nadie y hace semanas que hemos pedido la correspondiente factura y aún no han contestado.

Dramat. Absolutnie nie polecam.

Po prostu dramat - kluczy nie odebraliśmy. Nie było kontaktu z wynajmującym - zamiast tego na czacie odpisywał mi bot który za każdym razem prosił mnie o wypełnienie jakiś dokumentów(które wypełniłem po pierwszej wiadomosci od :niego") dodatkowo pobrali z góry kaucję 100euro - zwrotu za apartament ani kaucji jeszcze nie dostałem a mamy już tydzień od wyjazdu

for ur safety and peace of mind please stay away if ur renting the apartment!!!

overcharged me firstly, was supposed to be pay at the property, reason is that I would of liked to see room before payment but they charged me a week before I arrived, they charge “100 cleaning fee” and “100 deposit which a week after my arrival back home I still haven’t received back they said it was with held but it was actually withdrawn ( another one of their lies), in my country theese type of people would of got dealt with very very differently now am having to make a formal complaint via booking.com they are in process of help as they were the only ones answering phone calls , please stay away from this joke I felt like I was imprisoned..not on holiday.

Normal variant, but there are some minuses, IMO it fit for 1-2 nights not for living

Oven works, there is AC at the living room, there is free parking and enough place for cars, we were interested in this location

The flat is normal, there are minuses from our side: there is no dishwasher, there is no restaurant only a cafe. Very weak internet signal - it's float and not enough sometimes for web surfing (lifehack is reset router), be ready that owner can rent you another flat not the same from picture but the similar one (we wanted sunside flat and paid for it we hoped, but owner change it). Will be ready that owner can stop communicate with you. In the winter it cold also with AC but it works and increase temperature a little bit in living room but not enough should use warm clothes and slippers. Will be ready have loud neighbors at night from flat border flat (Alicante Hill owner too)

Relaxing and fabulous

There was no breakfast but that’s okay. We enjoyed the morning coffee at the little café. The apartment was fabulous. It had mostly everything. Needs a few more cups and wine glasses and trays in the oven to cook pizza ect. Otherwise it is a fabulous apartment 5106 and we would love to return to that same apartment again next year. They allowed us stay until it was time to go to the airport for our late evening flight and that was excellent for a few extra euro. That fact Alicante Hills has a beautiful pool was so important as we were on what will probably be our last family holiday and having this facility for our teenagers and 8yr old was fabulous. Thank you all so much . We really had a lovely time and we are sad going home today from west was a lovely holiday

For the price excellent value, all you need, not far from city or airport.

Very clean, comfortable, and well equipped (for a change, for an apartment) everything you could want, and all working, very happy, staff I met very helpful, underground car parking excellent, as hire car, felt secure.

A little remote if no car, but main road to airport and city, a few hundred metres away,mainly business units near, no ATM or supermarket there, not a major problem for me, can get noisy if in the middle, as sounds bounce of walls of blocks facing each other, nice pool, but closed in May, which as 27c plus each day seemed odd.

Perfect size and location

Nice and cosy apartment in Alicante Hills. Had all we needed, was close to the beach and well equipped. Our favourite place was the terrace, where there is a table where we had dinner and breakfast and from where we could see the sea. The kitchen is not too big, but it is alright for what we needed it for.

We had an event in the EUIPO and the apartment was the perfect place to stay for our week event. Super close to the city, clean spacious apartment with free parking. Thanks for letting us keep the car parked for a few extra hours after check out, really appreciate it. Cheers!

automatic check in, close to city and airport! The pool!

I just stayed for a day and it was great that to have an automatic check in , the keys were left in a security code, its close to the airport and the city, very well connected, and the sea is walking distance, the beach is about 15 -20 min walk. It would be great to have a bike as there is a bike line that connects you with the city center in 10 min. I went by bus its very fast also. Thank you!

Nice size clean Apartment

Stayed here this month. Lovely sized apartment with kitchen Equipment and TV. One channel in English which was the Disney channel. Had the basics here for us, when arrrived, tea bags,bin bags,sugar, fairy, shampoo soap etc which helped along the way The swimming pool is a good size with a learners pool and 2 jacuzzi, not particular warm for April/may. But was fun.

Unfortunately when we arrived I couldn’t find the door number, due to the fact, they had stuck a big round sticker on the Door which did look like a door number. Lol . So spent a good hour getting tearful cause I tryed phone emergency contact Lola and the phone contact I couldn’t get hold off. Later discovers that it was a door to many apartments 🤦🏼‍♀️. When I arrived into the apartment , the balcony door wouldn’t shut properly meaning had to leave it open for 2 night. Which is quite scary. And was resolved. I don’t realise the town was far away, meaning had to pay quite a bit of money going backwards and forwards In a taxi. Ten minutes in a a taxi at €10 single . The restaurant on board the complex didn’t have many options available. Supermarket is 8 mins in a car.
