Kvalita NH

NH Hotel kvalita, terasa s bazénem, fitness, vířivka, terase s restaurací, výborná snídaně, parkování v objektu, možnost ubytování s pejskem za 25Eur/pobyt. Hotel u dálnice, pěšky do centra cca 30 min.

Para viaje de trabajo, vale, para vacaciones no.

La ubicación estaba relativamente bien, junto a la linea especial de autobuses de San Juan

Inseguridad en la zona, me dañaron el coche. Pedí cama de matrimonio y nos dieron dos camas. Personal poco atento. Llegamos antes de tiempo y poca proactividad por su parte para guardarnos el equipaje. Bajamos a desayunar justo cuando cerraban la cafetería. Entiendo que no son horas, pero las cosas se pueden decir de otra manera, y siemrpe se puede atender a un cliente cuando aún no se ha retirado la comida. La foto de la piscina, es un engaño. Balsita de agua y gracias. No creo que repita.

Perfect getaway!

This hotel was perfect in every way, the room far exceeded expectations, staff were fantastic and the location was perfect, nice walk into Alicante centre but enough facilities around the hotel.

There was nothing to be improved on 😁

Comfortable hotel about 12 minute car drive from the center of Alicante

We traveled with our dog and they provided a very nice dog bed for our dog. The bathroom was extremely well organized. Very good breakfast with very good coffee. There was on the street parking which was free.

We could not get the thermostat lower than 19.5 C. We did open the window to cool down the room.

The room was quite big and it was quiet.

Ordered queen size bed, in reality in was two shifted to each other. I understand that it is a subject of availability, but nobody at the reception noticed us. Far away from the city center.

Very nice staff,good service,room is well equiped,really good food.

Wide variety of really fresh ingredients and all sort available for breakfast. Extra attention and options for kids and for allergy/intolerance issues. Staff is very helpful. I dont remember to see such a variety and quality offered for long time. Coffee from machine was ok but the best,but thats really the only thing.

Terrace door was not 100% closing well,and the close motorway noise is very strong also during the night if doors are not closing perfectly. Needs watch out,but once is fixed,the noise is minimal.

Absolutely nothing

I highly do not recommend this hotel . They are not responsible . They stole a Dyson hair dryer from me , they didn 't even look at the cameras . I turned , hoping for their decency . But no , they protect their employees . They decided to keep a hair dryer with a cost of 600 euros . It's a disgusting feeling.

Third time here, and not the last

We had a superior room that was upgraded to a suite for free at the check in. The staff made sure we had a pleasant stay :) We ordered meals from room service when we didn't want to go out. Also it was easy to order with Glovo as many restaurants are nearby. At breakfast there's a good selection of fresh produce and you can ask them to make omelettes by your choice. Really friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are big and clean, there's a minibar and coffee/tea. It's easy to arrive with a car and also ordering a taxi to the city or airport is convenient.

A possibility to connect your phone to the tv for watching Netflix etc would be a big improvement and would make the rooms more modern.

The reception and restaurant staff of this hotel is very antipatic, agresive and full to serve customers. The rooms dont have anything like free water, bathroom amenities, table in the room, even if the price is very high. The beds have wheel and move everywhere when you sleep.
