Ótimo custo-benefício!

Ótimo hotel! Bem localizado, principalmente para quem está de carro. São 10 a 15 minutos caminhando até a rua principal de El Calafate. Todos os funcionários nos atenderam muito bem! Os lunch-box são ótimos!

Somente a pia do banheiro era muito ruim. Pequena e a torneira dificultava o uso da pia, molhando o piso do banheiro. O box do banheiro não era todo fechado, molhando o piso sempre que alguém tomava banho.

EXCELENTE HOTEL, SUPERÓ MIS ESPECTATIVAS. VOLERÍA A ELEGIRLO

Nuestra estadía en el Hotel fue inmejorable. Nos alojamos en la habitación triple deluxe y es realmente espaciosa, con mobiliario nuevo y una vista al lago argentino que hacía la diferencia. Las camas eran cómodas, la habitación estaba muy limpia y nos habían dejado lo necesario para poder hacernos un te o café, también contaba con heladera, jarra eléctrica, tostadora y microondas, como todos los utensilios de cocina necesarios. La atención del personal es de destacar, tanto de recepcionistas como del personal del restaurante, siempre predispuestos a resolver nuestros pedidos y con excelentes sugerencias sobre actividades y/o excursiones. El desayuno del hotel es bueno y cuentan con un restaurante con platos ricos, abundantes y a buen precio tomando en cuenta los precios que por el mismo plato se pagaría en un restaurante del centro de la ciudad. La ubicación es buena, relativamente cerca del centro de la ciudad, nosotros nos movíamos en auto pero bien podríamos llegar al centro caminando.

Price too high for a suite that needs attention.

Newer property, spacious with equipped kitchenette.

Property was cheaply furnished and is not being kept up. Window blinds need attention. Hot water tank needed adjustment before it worked properly and internet was off constantly.

Très bel appartement moderne et confortable Possibilité de garer la voiture à côté

Bruit infernal au dessus tout le temps. Une pompe fonctionne en permanence et fait vibrer les murs. L'internet ne fonctionnait plus le soir. Situé un peu loin du centre. Il faut une voiture.

Good apartment type room, with all cutlery needed, etc. Not very far from center (about 1km).

Very basic breakfast. Extremely hard mattress and pillow. A bit expensive (for what it offers).

A very nice stay in El Calafate, with the hotel being close to the bus station as well as town.

The hotel was very cozy, with a nice breakfast and great staff. They even accommodated gluten free preferences by providing some crackers with breakfast, which was very appreciated for my partner (and provided great information for dinner reservations down the street). Would definitely stay again!

Everything was great - no complaints from our side.

Functional but with an impressive view.

Great location, nice view over Lago Argentino and nice outside table to eat from (wind permitting).

Front cooker burner didn’t stay lit but we weren’t affected too much by changing over the pans. Everything else was fine.

Good

The staff were beautiful. You can walk into the town in 10 minutes. Stunning views of the lake. Nice outdoor picnic bench for enjoying an afternoon wine.

The accommodation smelled bad, like gas. We were so worried we had the doors open for ages and turned all the heating off.
