Subpar except for the gym.

They have a great gym. That's the only reason I stayed at this hotel. If they didn't have a the gym, I wouldn't have stayed at this hotel. Has cable TV.

Wifi sometimes worked and sometimes it didn't work. Terrible location if you're a tourist. They charge you extra if you want to use the stove...crazy! Bed was old and lumpy. Staff not friendly. Never said hi or greet you or anything. If it didn't have the gym, I would had stayed some place else!

Only thing good about this hotel was the gym, otherwise I wouldn't recommend it.

The gym was the only thing I liked about this hotel! If they didn't have the gym, I wouldn't have stayed there. Had cable TV with some English channels. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The staff were not friendly. How hard is it to say hello when you walk in! The staff only care about their phones. Bed was saggy...old or cheap quality? Wifi was good sometimes, and sometimes it sucked! They made you pay extra to use the stove, even though it's included the price of the room. Bathroom looked liked it hadn't been really scrub in over a year. Location kinda sucked.

Go here if you want a hotel gym. If you're not going to use the gym, book elsewhere.

The gym! Great hotel gym. If you're not staying here for the gym, I would go elsewhere. Has car security guard on staff which is nice...maybe they had problems in the past.

Most all of the Staff were not friendly!!!! The bed was old and lumpy, and the wifi would sometimes not work, then other times it was fine. The bathroom looked liked it hasn't really been cleaned in a long time. The hotel charged you extra to use the stove, even though it doesn't mention that on Booking or Agoda. I NEVER had a hotel charge extra to use a stove! No kettle. Terrible location, but it was quite during my stay.

Mice in the ceiling, insects and other animals in the room. The location is really bad.

The gym was amazing and the central location of Denpasar West.

Very slow Wifi, drunken loud and smoking neighbours in the night 2am, poor outdated bathroom facilities, loud music coming every weekend over from the night market very close to it until the very night, poor “kitchen facilities”, dusty scooter parking

It is a little bit out of the way and with bali traffic can take a while to get to places. The room was clean, the pool is a little small but over all very pleasent

Cheap and convenient but wouldn't recommend for more than an airport stay

We stayed here as it was convenient and close to the airport (20 minute taxi) as our flight was due to get in late. It ended up being significantly delayed and we got in at 4am, so it was brilliant that there was still a member of staff at the check in desk and we were able to get to our room easily even at that time. Staff were also friendly and helpful and as we had such a late night were kind enough to not kick us out our room until a couple of hours after check out time had passed.

However the rooms weren't great - very basic, sink barely worked and the room was a bit depressing. Unfortunately because we got in so late we weren't able to try the breakfast which we did buy included or the pool. I'd recommend this as a convenient and cheap place to stay near to the airport, but considering there is a lot nearby for a similar price or lovely stays for not much more I wouldn't recommend this place for anyone wanting a longer visit.

Dirty hole in a terrible location; waste of money

Literally nothing

Room stank of stale cigarette smoke. Lighting was very dim and dingy. I paid for a double room and they gave me a twin saying that all the doubles had been booked out, without any offer of a price reduction. The sheets felt manky, dirty and old. There was a scribbled phone number on the wall (???). The kitchen had no utensils, no gas so it was unusable. Weird brown stains and peeled cracked paint on the walls. Kitchen counter had a missing tile, obviously a hazard. Bathroom was absolutely disgusting - I've seen better public toilets. The walls were brown/yellow stained. Everything from the showerhead to the door was covered in a thick layer of limescale. And this was after I had asked them to clean it!! I left after 2 days. Easily the most horrific "hotel" I've ever stayed in, if you can even call it that. Don't waste your money here!! The rating must be faked, management deserves a 2 at best.

Poor

The staff were not friendly. Bad wifi. Bathroom hasn't had a good cleaning in months! No kettle. They wanted extra for gas for the stove, even though it was part of booking.com price. Bed was lumpy andold.
