Very poor

I felt it was dirty. The shower did not drain, so floated the bathroom. the room is very small and has a bad smell. I only stayed here as I could not find last minute accomodation. I would not stay here again

Reception very helpful with regards to extending our checkout and organising taxi to airport. Complementary fruit and drink in room appreciated.

We thought the restaurant was poor, offering a very limited choice on the menu. Lack of alcoholic drinks in the restaurant was a major disappointment.

Service was excellent and staff were friendly. Room was in very good condition, clean and super spacious. Breakfast was ok altho no milk available and toaster was slow

practically nothing

from staff to room everything was zero room has swollen floor you can’t walk make quicking noice …pics attached at receptionist asked for taxi for half day they started negotiating and told 500000 for half day and when we agreed they say pay cash only .. we agreed to it and asked receipt they refused and told no taxi available the girl on recieption said when we went for breakfast at 9:15 there was no food when asked for food and requested if they can make without egg as I am allergic they say chef busy have many for lunch you need to wait 30 mn .. we fail to understand guest on breakfast table is to be served first or lunch ? and time for breakfast is till 10

Good for a quick stay or business trip.

This hotel is literally a cube. The lobby had no natural lights and it was hard to navigate at first. The window in the first room we received, to our surprise, opened to the hotel lobby. But we were quickly changed to a room with nicer view after asking the receptionist.

Very friendly and helpful staff in all hotel. Air conditioned and quiet room Very good coffee.

Bathroom needs refurbishment. No carpeting, rug or carpet. SPA is just a hotel room turned into a makeshift massage room. Bali massage Was not really a proper massage. Even though the masseur Was super friendly.

When I used grab services, the driver is using google map. But the pinpoint is not accurate. We need to move 3 km turn around and find the right place.

Comfortable for a good rest.

Efficient check-in and check-out, good communication from staff.

Desk space in room could be bigger, it's only big enough for a laptop. Hotel wifi was mediocre (ping 44/download<1/upload<1), so I used my personal mifi which was much better.

Superb

Location is very strategic, in the centre of Renon area with its lush tress. Perfect if you have some business errands in Denpasar area. Room was comfort enough, AC worked well, Wi-fi was alright, breakfast was quite tasty.

The rooms located at the basement (1st floor) are quite ‘uncommon’ (we asked the staff to move us to the 3rd floor). The swimming pool is literally a swimming pool for swimming, as the size of the area is limited, so no poolside bed. But if you are after for just swimming then it will be alright.
