The house was the perfect spot for a family weekend celebrating my daughter’s graduation. The well stocked kitchen allowed for preparation of great meals, and the many rooms and spaces in the house allowed us to spread out and enjoy.

The home was unique and quite comfortable. We had plenty of room to hang out. Ogunquit, York, and Cape Neddick, were just a short drive away. It was a memorable vacation!

We are a three generation family consisting of 8 adults and 2 teens. We all loved this property! The house is sparkling clean and not only spacious, but configured so that there are places to congregate and places if you want some quiet time to yourself. We enjoyed playing pool, congregating around the dining room table to play games after dinner, and socializing in the living room with the TV. The location is quiet but very near Route 1 and we all had things to do from touring Portsmouth, to biking, hiking and shopping. All in all, I could not recommend this property more highly.

We greatly enjoyed staying at this property. Nine family and wonderful friends from around the US stayed for 4 days. This property was big enough for all of us to come together, yet have space when needed. The host accommodated a specific request that we had, which was greatly appreciated. House was very clean and had everything we needed. We would stay again if ever in the area.

Great location
Great location! The house is large enough to accommodate the family. House is older, so not everything is in good repair.

We came here to celebrate a friends engagement and could not have picked a more perfect spot. The house and location are top notch. We were so close to both Portsmouth NH and some excellent local spots in Kittery. The house was gorgeous both inside and out. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Amazing property
Our stay in Kittery was nothing short of amazing. We had a relaxing weekend, there was plenty of space in the house for everyone. The location was perfect close by grocery stores, outlets, restaurants, etc. We would highly recommend this property to others and would even stay here again in the future.

Great!
Awesome house. Owner was there to greet us and show us around. Great communication and easy to get in touch. Only negative thing to say was one bedroom wasn’t clean (had a weird smell) but they sent someone same day. Highly recommend!!

Disappointing stay
Ooor ventilation and insufficient air conditioning in 3 of 5 bedrooms. Insufferably hot in 3 bedrooms. Moldy smell in house. Locks in poor working condition

The home has the most amazing view. We stayed here with my family for my 60th birthday and it was perfect in every way. Lots of room for all of us. Location was great, just about 10 minutes to Portsmouth and a few minutes from downtown Kittery. Would highly recommend!

Perfect family weekend
The house was awesome and worked perfectly for 8 of us. It had everything we could possibly need. Z's communication was great. The only challenge was the driveway and parking our 3 cars. We would definitely stay there again if ever in the area!

Kittery Point
The house was great. Well stocked and easy to spread out in and relax. The pool table and piano were an added bonus for us and so welcome. The decks were our favorite place to look at the water. Z was super friendly, responsive, and made everything simple and easy.

Spring Weekend
Our family gathered at this seaside house for a weekend. There were seven of us. The house was spacious and kitchen was a great place for family meals. We enjoyed the pool table and had a wonderful time just relaxing. There is a lovely atrium room with plants that is very pleasant to sit in.The steep driveway provided some Parking challenges.

Great place for gathering and privacy
Eight of us gathered here for our belated Christmas visit: 3 brothers, their sister and spouses, from near (Durham and Loudon, NH) and far (Durham, NC and Newberg, OR). We enjoyed this amazing place with lots of space to gather for meals, a variety of entertainment and simply enjoying each other; also enough area that solitude and privacy are available. Always a nice sunny area for those of us who cherish this. The views of Spruce Creek are wonderful and provided a great backdrop to our meals.
Z and James were prompt, responsive and helpful, and their son's interesting artwork decorates the place. Incredible master bedroom for a special couple, esp if celebrating someone/thing. Other bedrooms also very comfortable: one with private bath, 3 others share one off common room. Winter held on so no big gatherings on the deck - sad but the sun was a daily presence - lucked out! Bring smaller vehicles, as the driveway is challenging with more than 3 but a (narrow) exit drive will help after snow is gone. Kittery Foreside is close and a great short trip for restaurant/pubs (Anneke Jans is an annual fave); York Beach and Portsmouth are also short trips by car. Just a mile off Route 1 for those who like shopping or other eateries, etc. We found doing loops best for walking or jogging as Haley Rd is well traveled - but several private roads off Haley for easier walking. Made day trips to Saco and Portland, easy to get to I-95. A great week for all!

Wonderful setting, lovely house.
Six of us had a wonderful off-seaon (winter) long weekend here. Even though it was cold outside and we had an overnight snowstorm, this property provided a great home for a few days. We had lots of space to go off by ourselves, and then come together to cook and eat and watch football. Enjoyed forays to Kittery Foreside and Portsmouth NH market square, both minutes away. Z and James were both very accommodating hosts. We can only imagine how even more enjoyable this home would be in the warmer seasons.

It is a beautiful house with a water view from the dining room, living room and master suite.
I highly recommend this house since it very comfortably handled six adult members of my extended family. Everyone had their own bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms. There was perfect space for family meals but plenty of space for privacy and quiet reading rooms. The full size pool table was a plus for fun and games. The kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms in this house were perfectly clean. Everyone in my family was very impressed! I will plan to stay again in the future. Overall, it is an excellent choice for a coastal Maine oceanfront vacation rental ! Thanks, Brian

Gorgeous home!
A group of us just returned from 3 nights at this gorgeous property. The home is unique and beautiful with great artwork, nice furnishings and awesome views. There are so many rooms and spaces to sit in and entertain, including a grand piano and a pool table. It is really a special property. The location is great - close to York and Portsmouth yet very private and secluded. Thank you for making our trip so special!

Great views, great location, & very comfortable
Communication: Z's communication from the very beginning was extraordinary. They provided check-in information that was clear and concise with a great looking map of the property.
Accommodation: This house is a large, spacious home that has a spectacular view on all floors. The property both inside and outside is clean and well-kept. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils and amenities for preparing meals for a large family or group. The beds were comfortable with clean linens and rooms contained fresh towels. The patio provided a great place to hangout and enjoy the water views. A big bonus was the billiards table and assortment of board games that provided fun entertainment throughout our stay.
Location: This place is located near many great destinations.

Wonderful property and host.
Large home in a peaceful quiet setting with a view, but only a few minutes from several restaurants and shopping. Numerous attractions and things to do in less than an hours drive. Z was a great host. She greeted us at the house when we arrived, showed us around and answered questions. Communicating with her both before and during our stay was excellent in that we always got a quick response. House was spotless and very well equipped and there was plenty of room to accommodate 8 adults comfortably. I highly recommend this property. I would definitely stay here on a return visit to the area.

Perfect home with epic view
Z's property was a wonderfully located home nestled in the woods of Kittery ME just under 20 minutes from Portsmouth NH. A group of 7 of us wanted a home nearby and this property provided the perfect stay. A large charming home with unique design. The beds we're super comfortable. All amenities listed in listing we're available and up to date. The view overlooking the water from the master bedroom was amazing. Similar view from dining room provided a nice place to convene and enjoy our dinners. This place is highly recommended and we would absolutely stay at Z's again if up in this area.
