We stayed 4 nights at Le Satnze sul Mare. We really enjoyed our stay at Silvia’s place as it was close to the city cente

Silvia take excellent care of Le Stanze sul Mare and have put a lot of love into decorating the rooms and making her guests feel welcome. We loved our room with the view of the old harbor. The hotel have perfect location, the roomed were clean and the communication was great.

Amazing view and location

Stunning location just in front of the seaside, the view from the window is just amazing. Our host has been very kind and helpful at anytime of the stay. The room is pretty and has a unique style.

The room was a little small for two persons and we could not turn on/off the air conditioning when we preferred.

Lovely views and easy to find off the ferry.

Great views of the marina and close to all amenities. Easy parking a 10 min walk away.

Very strict check in times of 16:30-18:00 with a €20 penalty if you arrive after that. Towels and linens are only changed every 4 days and it costs €20/ time to get fresh towels more often than this. The cleaning staff kept moving our stuff around. The property was vey hot and quite noisy due to the bars and restaurants outside. No breakfast included, and no fridge or facilities to prepare your own. Limited breakfast options in local restaurants as well, so we went to the Coop which was about 1.6km away.

A great surprise ! Would recommand.

The view is beautiful, better than we expected ! The room is very clean. We appreciated the coffee machine on the room.

The air conditioning was too cold. We couldn’t say if we wanted a housekeeper to clean our room or not. And the sink was a bit clogged. Also, it can be noisy in the evening because of concerts but this comes with the location of the apartment and it stops at midnight.

Perfect pied a terre for visiting the island. Bang in the centre of everything, free evening parking very nearby. Highly recommended.

Great room, location and, above all, host

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The room was light, clean, well-equipped and beautifully decorated, with a lovely view of the harbour from the window. Sylvia was a superb host: always free to respond to questions via text and she took care of every detail. We hope to come back again in the future

Wonderful view on the port of Porteferraio!

View from the window!!! Very welcoming and friendly host Spacious room Nice lights in the corridor by night Good location

No possibility to turn on/ tune the airconditioning… it was very warm in our room in summer There was a lot of noise (music/chattering/singing) going on outside which you can hear very well even with the windows closed… it kept us from sleeping sometimes

Lovely room in Porto Ferraio

Silvia personalised with such a good taste her b&b making it cosy and pleasant. The rooms are finely decorated and she has so many little attentions, like candles in the evening. The B&b is really well located, in the nicest area of the marina where you can find many little restaurants and bars. Close to the B&b there are some paying parking areas, otherwise there is a free parking 10 min walk. Silvia has been a really kind host, we will come back with pleasure!

There is not an elevator, which has been not a problem for us, but could be for people with limited mobility.

Perfectly located in the center of Portoferraio. Oir room was personally decorated. Silvia (the owner) is very kind.

Everything was fine for us but there 3 floors and no elevator (good legs required! 😉)

Amazing views!

The views were amazing! The hostess was very attentive and helpful. The room is well decorated and was cleaned up each day. We were comfortable.

We had no idea our room would be four flights of stairs up (the last one was very difficult). I went back to look at photos, to see if I should have anticipated this, and I didn't see our exact view in the photos (there were other rooms on the third floor). The room was very tight for 4 nights. I recommend this particular room to only the youngest of travelers with not much luggage.
