En jättefin lägenhet med ett läge som inte kunde bli bättre.
Det var väldigt bullrigt utanför del av natten och från kl 6 på morgonen.
4.3
The location is great, appartment was clean, we were able to check in early and Neri was very helpful in what we needed.
The apartment is noisy. On the ground floor each time the door to the complex was opened you heard it with a slam to close. In the morning you hear all the noise from the street ie cars, rubbish truck, busses etc.
4.3
Good property, very well located. Thanks for the beach towels. Great support from the administrator.
It was not easy to set up the water temperature in the shower. At some point the conditioner started to leak, so had to be watchful.
4.3
Location. Size of the room
I’m a returning customer. We stayed twice at the property during our recent vacation to Tel Aviv. Unfortunately the rooms have deteriorated significantly. The apartments were not clean, trash from previous customers was left in the rooms (in both stays). And the sheets were far from clean.
The hotel manager was very accessible and tried to solve the issues. But overall the stay was disappointment.
4.3
Large apartment, in great location.
The apartment garden was open for all, and it has some chance of privacy issues (we didn’t faced any problems)
4.3
The location is good, close to shops, restaurants, beach, etc. The rooms are a nice size, with AC in every room. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare simple meals.
The property is quite noisy. There is a lot of street traffic which continues into the night. If you are a light sleeper, this is not the place for you. The shower was not clean, especially in between the tiles and corners there was a lot of mold. We had a huge leakage in the kitchen in the middle of the night, which floated the whole apartment and the apartment underneath us. The manager did come to help clean and offered us to stay in a smaller apartment for the night until the problem was fixed. But we were not compensated financially.
4.3
The apartment was very clean and spatious. The location was amazing - cose enough to transport, food eateries and the beach.
The advertisement for the laudry was misleading as it is a common laundry located outside, next to the garbage bins.
4.3
Great location, spacious comfortable apartment and very attentive host who was available for every request or question we had.
everything was excellent

A lot of coackroaches

Neri met us and provided us with information. He answered a few questions, and we got settled quickly. A few random things came up, and Neri took care of them. Honestly, we would have been fine checking in since Neri had already provided door codes, but it was nice to be welcomed.
I appreciate that the tv had English language Netflix.
This is a very minor point: The kitchen was pretty bare...no salt, oil, etc. There is a grocery right downstairs, so it wasn't a problem, but just so future visitors are aware.

convenient and relaxing
huge area and clean

Clean room. Great location. And communication with Manager on duty Neri was polite, helpful and responsive.
This could be me, but I think the instructions - digital CODE lock is ON* the door handle. Its very small and hard to see especially for older guests. A picture of the handle will be better or a sign on the door, "CODE is on the door handle" / arrow pointing to door handle.

Good location, easy Check in, good communication with Yaron. Washing machine and dryer.
Maybe more plates, cups, pans in the kitchen.
4.3
the location is great- right in the heart of it all but tucked away enough to be quiet.
the layout was very good for our group
the beds were comfortable and showers were excellent
there wasn’t really enough space to use the fold away bed anywhere.
we ended up putting it right up again one of the other beds for 3 kids to sleep together in one room but weren’t able to close the door that way.
also, there is very little natural light

The appt. is centrally located, close to the beach 10min; coffee and great variety of dining places/ shopping: 3-10min. It has a nice entrance area and the locker to keep your luggage. The appt. 12 is nice and clean, ideal for 3-4 people. Kitchen area has all you might need. The host is very friendly and ready to assist. Self check-in is extremely helpful.
Windows have the back yard view, but that was not critical for us.
4.3
Bathroom needs urgent renovation
4.3
The location was excelent and warm.
If you have a car, you need to have a parking or you will have to pay a LOT of money!! Be aware. Is not related to the apartment, but is something you need to know.
There is a lot of noise in one of the rooms, because of all the noises from the street.
4.3
perfect location and the apartment was great. we stayed for our anniversary and asked for some extra service excellently full filled. I am surely gonna visit against
4.3
Location, very helpful (!!!) and friendly staff, put extra bed, blankets, clean towels, comfortable facilities, good size of rooms
It’s very loud location, you hear everything from the street: bus, garbage truck at 5:40 a.m, neighbors talk, road construction. Literally I had to buy earplugs to sleep at night
4.3
Friendly staff, clean room and well equipped and maintained
4.3
The location is excellent. The apartment was beautifully decorated, mostly clean, had comfortable beds, and had overall good facilities.
The bathroom had mould on the ceiling, and the shower/sink could have done with some extra cleaning. The apartment was noisy, mostly from the road with bin people emptying the bins at 5 am and some noise within the building itself.
4.3
close to beach and city center.
the facility is old, could be updated.
4.3
Clean
A bit of noise from the surrounding but not much of a big deal. Also wifi signal in the second bedroom is weak
