Our condo just received some beautiful renovations in 2023 that include all new flooring throughout, a remodeled fireplace and matching backsplash and beverage fridge in the kitchen and 4 new smart TVs were in the living room and all 3 bedrooms. The unit also has also been updated with all new ceiling fans, new Sleeper Sectional with a Queen sized sofa bed, large stainless steel fridge, new dishwasher and coastal inspired lighting.
Coral Seas is a spacious 1850 square foot luxury condo that is beautifully decorated. It features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and sleeps 8 people comfortably (3 beds, 1 sleeper sofa). There are 2 large primary bedrooms (1 King/1 Queen) with over sized master baths. The 1st primary bedroom has private french doors so you can close them and have a private getaway. Sliding doors also take you to the wrap around balcony. The 2nd primary bedroom has sliding doors that open up to your own private balcony. The 3rd bedroom (1 Queen) features a pocket door to the full hallway bathroom that can also be accessed through the hallway. Each bedroom has a flat screen smart TV. There are also two roll up memory foam loungers that when unrolled are a twin size mat as well as one twin memory foam cot. Perfect for little ones to sleep on for extra space (please bring additional linens if using loungers/cot). The primary baths include walk-in showers, double vanities and jetted soaker tubs.
This amazing getaway has all the extras to make your stay special and memorable. Some of the amenities include a NEWLY REMODELED roof top pool in the summer of 2021 with large sun deck, fitness room that just received all NEW EQUIPMENT in August 2022, covered parking, secured elevators and a 550 square foot wrap around balcony. The balcony has seating that includes a love seat, 2 comfortable side chairs, coffee table and 4 stackable chairs. There are 5 double sliding doors to the balconies that allow for great air flow and tons of natural light. The dining room includes a large dining table that accommodates 8 hungry guests with an additional 3 bar chairs at the breakfast bar. The inside of the condo features a gorgeous kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, beverage fridge and a breakfast bar. The kitchen comes fully stocked with all of the necessities and extras. There is also a full sized washer and dryer with a drying rack, laundry baskets, ironing table and an iron. Tray ceilings and beautiful crown molding add more beautiful touches to this gorgeous condo. This amazing getaway is 1.5 short blocks to the beach (5 minute walk). Plenty of parking, however, trailers and flatbeds are not permitted in the lot/garage and will be towed. A short walk will have you at a dozen fabulous restaurants, boutiques, bars, parks and rides. Owner provides a binder of favorite restaurant menus and activities. The hallway closet has also been stocked with tons of books, cards, puzzles, games, and an umbrella stroller and travel booster seat. There is also a large bin of sand toys for you little ones to use that include buckets, sand shovels, sifters, sand molds, butterfly nets, frisbees and balls.
The sunsets each evening are breathtaking from the sun deck. Perfect for watching the air show in spring, fireworks in the summer or Cruiser Week in the fall. The wrap around balcony is perfect for morning coffee, people watching or enjoying apps and drinks while you enjoy a cold beer and people watching.
This condo has everything you could ask for. Perfect spot for families! Park your car, drop your bags and begin exploring. There are numerous restaurants, ice cream shops and boutiques that are a short walk from the condo.The bus picks up right outside the condo and you can ride the entire strip for just $4 a day. Or take the short drive to the outlets or Assateague Island for something different.

Three generations of my family stayed at Sarah's place for the second time and enjoyed every moment! You can't beat the size and functionality of the condo. We personally love how each couple had their own full bathroom. Perfect location, close to the beach but also has it's own pool, and amazing sunsets from the rooftop. We will always book this place when we vacation in OCMD!

We really enjoyed our three-night stay at this location. Great access by bike to all of the spots we wanted to visit. Nice layout. Seems huge!!! Love have two "primary" bedrooms. Communication was wonderful with the owner.

This property does not disappoint in any way at all. Spectacular views from any window or balcony. It was close to all the places we like to go to, and having the parking right under the building was great. Everything you could have needed, was in the condo, the kitchen was stocked with items that you could use.. We plan to come back again, and again....Plenty of room for us all...

This was a great place for our group. Owner was very responsive and nice. It was great that each couple had their own full bath. The place was very clean and well stocked. The check-in/out was very easy and convenient (all keypad). 3 stars for the location, but we are all over 40 and looking for food and drinks. Not much around this area to access on foot, but would be PERFECT for a family vacation. We all wished we could move the property down a few blocks, closer to 60th. Regardless, would book again in the future!

We had a great time in Ocean City! The condo is in a great location - away from the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk, a block and a half to the beach, and surrounded by great restaurants and experiences for the kids. Loved the convenience of the rooftop pool and deck. Definitely will consider staying here again as the kitchen comes fully stocked, there’s onsite laundry, and the host supplies all your beach needs! The two master suites are awesome for couples and the extra bedroom was great for the kids. The condo is in great condition and clearly well taken care of. Hopefully will be back!

Property was as nice as expected. Sarah was very easy to communicate with. Size of condo was exactly right for our group. So great we could all have our own private space and bathroom! Easy walk to beach, wish groceries, putt-putt etc were closer but not a problem to drive. Pool was always quiet which was nice but COLD!! Roof sunsets amazing. The breeze sitting on balcony was fantastic. Great spot to have coffee or a drink and people watch!

The balcony had plenty of seating as did the living room and dining table. Sarah was always quick to respond to questions and the communication was great! I would definitely recommend staying here.

This was a perfect place for our long weekend to Ocean City! There were 3 couples total so we each had our own bedroom and bathroom which was great! The balcony had plenty of seating as did the living room and dining table. Sarah was always quick to respond to questions and the communication was great! I would definitely recommend staying here.

From the beds to the outdoor furniture, kitchen, and bathrooms, everything was selected and presented beautifully. We visited for Sunfest and when our days were done we were looking forward to returning and enjoying ourselves at the condo which isn't a feeling I'm familiar with.
This unit was spacious enough for everyone to have space to spread out and do our own thing separately or collectively which is a rarity in our OCMD experiences. Our only regret is that we were not down in time for the pool but relaxing on the rooftop and enjoying the bay side sunsets was still amazing.
We'll definitely be returning again next year mid summer!

The impression walking in the door was the smell that it was freshly cleaned. The property is well maintained and worked great with our young family. The balcony having glass panels made us feel safe letting the kids play outside while we relaxed out there with them. We booked to condo for a weekend away with friends to celebrate my husbands birthday. Communication with the owner was great and she was extremely helpful. We all loved the condo and the location was great for us. The weekend was a little crazy due to an event going on in town, so we spent more time at the condo than anticipated, but had a great time. I would definitely book it again and recommend booking if you are interested.

Birthday Weekend
We booked to condo for a weekend away with friends to celebrate my husbands birthday. Communication with the owner was great and she was extremely helpful. We all loved the condo and the location was great for us. The weekend was a little crazy due to an event going on in town, so we spent more time at the condo than anticipated, but had a great time. I would definitely book it again and recommend booking if you are interested.
