All the while, you'll be enjoying your own private screening from the large wrap around balcony as you enjoy an evening cocktail.
You'll enjoy relaxing in this extremely well-maintained unit. Besides the fabulous view, it features a beautiful kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless-steel appliances. There are TVs in every room and each bedroom has its own bathroom. Sleeping accommodations include a King, a Queen, a Double/twin combo along with a sleeper sofa. There is also a washer and dryer.
Conveniently located on 76th street, you will be close to everything that Ocean City has to offer including many great restaurants/bars, mini golf, the boardwalk, mini golf, go carts, movies, parks and fireworks to name a few. The building is located only 1.5 blocks to the beach and has a workout center along with a rooftop pool!

THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* Linen & Towel Rental available upon request or guests can bring their own.
* This condo is on the 2nd floor. Coral Seas is an elevator building.
* Two parking spots are provided; parking is in a covered garage.
* The outdoor rooftop pool opens the Saturday before Memorial Day Weekend and closes approx. the 3rd week of September.
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 8 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.

My only complaint was with the dirty tile shower stalls. There was mold and orange stains in the grout. I did not complain to management, I found cleanser in the laundry room and did it myself. For as much money as I paid I shouldn’t have had to but everything else was so great , I was willing to.
