Excellent location, facility, and especially staff

Meget behagelig betjening. Hjælpsomhed og fokus på at man som gæst havde det godt. Ligesom et hjem væk fra hjemmet. Man har nemt ved at falde til og det er nemt at komme i kontakt med personalet.

Felt like a member of the family rather than a guest! Very welcoming. Wonderful staff.
WiFi in the room.

The room, the food, the friendly staff, the location
Needs a gym - or even just a treadmill. The price could be reduced a bit for what it is

The premises is well situated and beautiful.
Unfortunately the rooms feel unfinished and rough especially bathrooms with open tiles , holes in shower tiles etc.

We were asked the prior evening what time we would like breakfast, which was made to order by the wonderful staff. The grounds are beautiful; we enjoyed relaxing outside whenever we could.
The bed was really hard, but the nice pillows helped.

Excellent location, very good breakfast, and amazing staff. A lovely garden, where you can fall asleep to the sounds of the African night.
The second room we stayed in was a little noisy.

After a warm welcome, the team did everything to
make my stay as comfy as possible. Friendly and flexible!
I loved the garden where birds and tree hyrax came to visit.
The breakfast was a feast, with the pancakes as a highlight.
If you look for a home away from home, and a perfect
location for visiting Nairobi and surroundings this is the place!
All good!

The service was outstanding, and it is a truly beautiful and lovely place to stay with access to pretty gardens. It is within walking distance to The Hub for shopping, and we felt incredibly safe at all times.
The gardens have a pond, and at night there was a lot of noise. Lots of strange nature callings and little creatures that disturbed our sleep. There were also a number of mosquitoes - although we did have a mosquito net.

Excellent service and great location for The Hub - literally walking distance. Wonderful accommodation and breakfast! Would definitely go again.
There was a noisy cockerel that woke us up each morning way too early

I liked their warm hospitality and their eagerness to make us feel comfortable.
I was charged an extra day's charge despite having revised my booking dates with booking.com. My date change was denied by the hotel saying that booking.com did not acknowledge it while booking.com put the blame squarely on the hotel.

The owner Susan was super responsive before I left for Kenya and answered questions and made arrangements for transportation to various places as well as an airport pick up. The guys who worked there were also very sweet and kind. I loved them all! The room was clean and quiet. I didn't eat much there but breakfast was included, and what I had was fine. I will stay there again if I'm ever back in Nairobi on my own. I like small guesthouses and this was perfect for me.
The only tiny negative is that you need to take a taxi everywhere.

Dinner (fish filet, French fries, vegetables) was excellent. Impressive choice of food for breakfast too. Supportive and friendly staff. I'd recommend a stay in this guesthouse.
The only negative note was the very cold weather in Nairobi, which affected also the temperature inside the accommodation, particularly in the dining room. The night has been ok with the provided hot water bottle.

Excellent breakfast, comfortable rooms, friendly helpful staff. No complaints at all .
Nothing

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was large and the location was quiet and very close to shopping, restaurants and my office in Karen.
Simple things that can easily be improved: the bed was quite hard, showerhead produced an uneven stream, screens had large holes in them and the wifi was too weak for Zoom.

Easy to find, super well located. Has an amazing garden and lovely rooms. Susan was so welcoming and prepared a delicious and generous breakfast for us. We will definitely return when passing by Nairobi
