The location is great, within walking distance to parks and restaurants.

The furniture and facilities are old, and there is no salt or seasoning available. If you want to cook a meal, it's better to bring your own. We stayed for three days, but my phone only connected to the internet on the first day. The owner didn’t reply to me, and I don't know why. One day, others went skiing while I stayed in the apartment to watch our dogs. There was no internet, but fortunately, the nearby parks are nice.

Great location, walking distance to everything.

Very tired and run down, not particularly clean or well maintained. The outside chairs provided were all torn, empty toilet paper rolls behind door into ensuite obviously hadn't been cleaned out

Comfortable and great position

The location was great. Old fashioned furnishings which added to the charm of the apartment. Very comfortable.

Trying to find the entrance because of the big tree. A quick phone call fixed this problem. Owner guided us in.

We really enjoyed our stay and would certainly use this property again.

Great location. We walked around town and along the river.

The room is a little dated but good value. I really couldn't ask for more considering the price we paid and the close to town location.

It was ok for one night but I wouldn't stay more than that.

Could of had better tea and coffee (not powdered milk) Blinds were hard to adjust. Everything was a bit behind my previous stay in bright at a different location.

Great location but facilities need a lot of attention.

Location was great,and easy access to cafe and restaurants

Quite old facilities. Showers needed attention. Tv not compatible to HD tv stations. Mattresses on beds were old and lacked support. blinds in the bedroom were frayed and let lots of light in. Mirror on bedroom wall was behind the double bunks Stairs were very steep and carpeted steps quite narrow so great care was needed when carrying bags up the 14 steps to gate at top of stairs

Old school accommodation, clean neat, spacious with a superb location in centre of Bright and fronting river. Exceptional value for money and undercover parking in a leafy location. Would recommend to anyone that is not expecting 5 star, that needs comfortable, spacious accommodation with a simple retro feel

Perfect location, great price, picture perfect view!

Location is spectacular! view of the river and lush gardens is wonderful and relaxing. It’s it’s walking distance to town center and easy to get to.

Units are quite dated but very comfortable and clean. No complaints or dislikes. we are return customers and will definitely be staying here again.

Fantastic location. Apartment was clean, neat and tidy. Excellent value for families on a budget.

Location was excellent. We could walk everywhere we wanted to go. Restaurants, cafes and supermarkets very close.Very clean rooms. Nice shaded garden with chairs and tables to relax. Excellent value for money

Although clean, the rooms were aged and where light fittings etc were updated, not repainted. Some furniture very old and ripped. A bit of a cleanup outside to get rid of cobwebs would improve the outside appeal.

Very basic but comfortable if you're not spending a lot of time there.

Location was great, everything although dated was clean. Bed was comfy, air cons worked well.

The accom was very dated and daggy. Although the important parts (shower, toilet, sheets) were clean, there were marks all over the walls, the mirror had been wiped with a dirty cloth.

Clean, comfortable and exceptional value, even if quite dated

The value provided by the location and the price of the room is extraordinary. While the room and the furniture is quite dated, everything was comfortable and clean and worked as it was expected to. The bed was one of the more comfortable beds we've had in a hotel. Can't fault the cleanliness of the room or the linen.

The room is very dated. If my grandparents had a holiday home in the 1980s, this would be what it's like. Mobile reception is there but is not good, but this is obviously not something that the operators can control.
