Great central location

The off-street parking available nearby was great. The proximity to restaurants, shops and wineries was excellent. The apartment has excellent facilities and very clean. The host provided clear instructions.

There was road noise compounded by roadworks that detoured cars past the property.

Comfortable apartment only a short walk from the centre of Epernay

Our host was very helpful contacting us via Whatsapp on arrival day giving us information about key pick up and parking. The apartment is a 7 minute walk from the centre of Epernay on one of the main roads so the upper bedroom can be noisy when the window is open, the bedroom in the back is quiet and looks onto a little enclosed yard. We had a welcome bottle of bubbles waiting for us in the fridge so that was a lovely surprise. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Our host was checking up the following day that all was good and when I sent a question the folllowing day, I was answered promptly. The kitchen area was great for picnic preparations but you could easily cook some simple meals there. Good wifi. Very family friendly with games and children's accessories as well present ( we definitely had a child free trip!) The parking was a little further down behind another building but it was secure with a remote controlled gate - ideal as we had motorcycles and wanted secure parking. I enjoyed having a bit of freedom of not being in a hotel room whilst being so close to the centre of town. Nearby were patisseries and smaller supermarkets in town as well as the recommended food market on Saturday morning. I would definitely consider staying here again.

perfect pad for Champagne tasting

Cute apartment very close to Avenue de Champagne. Modern decoration. Clean. 2 double beds, well equipped kitchen, plenty of towels. Host provided very clear instructions regarding check in and parking.

Very central location to town. perfectly adequate facilites and great communication with the host.

Christelle sent fantastic information about the keys and parking. It all went very well. after a long (ish) journey this was perfect.. I loved the excellent bottle of cooled champagne upon arrival. The location was very central. explanations about how everything worked were available and accurate. The coffee machine took a little time and there were no instructions but we are just not used to this particular machine! :-). everything worked, hob, microwave, freezer, fridge, etc.

The toilet seat needed to be screwed on a bit better, it moved around. The location is right next to q2uite a busy road and this was probably easy for us to deduce from the map, but it wasn't mentioned. the shower head was broken but Christelle was open to all this feedback so I assume it will be fixed soon.

Super Comfy and Cozy Stay!

We stayed in Apt 1 and it was fantastic! The owner was incredibly helpful and accommodating allowing us an early check in and she was available to answer any questions throughout our 3 day stay. we did not encounter any noise issues at all, so I’m not sure why anyone complained about that. The apartment had its own regulated heating and was extremely comfortable with lots of light during the day and located just a few minutes walk from the train and about 8 minutes walk to center of town with all the lovely champagne! Two flat screen tvs, lots of room, a washer. I highly recommend and would love to return here!

Exceptional

This was very close to the train station as well as the champagne houses. Very walkable to everything. Host was easy to connect with and responded quickly. For the value this was excellent, clean, and as described and met our needs well.

Amazing stay close to main sights and train station with a private parking spot

Located near the Avenue de Champagne and also close to the train station (we didn't take the train) with a parking space close to the apartment, it was a great stay with all the amenities we needed, including a washing machine and a dryer! There were even toiletries that went above and beyond. The kids also loved the toys and the stay was so great that they did not want to leave the apartment...

The steps are a bit steep so one needs to be careful going up and down the stairs, just need to be careful when carrying luggage.

Brilliant short stay in Epernay

Very spacious extremely clean and well appointed apartment in a very good area 2 minutes walk to the Avenue de Champagne and good restaurants Christelle was very attentive but not intrusive ensuring are stay was good

Top maison in Epernay

The house is very comfortable. The host is taking care of her guest, like a family friends, looking into every small details to make your stay more comfortable There is everything what you need for a stay, included extra bed for child, toys and all toiletteries necessaries Location of the house, right in the center of Epernay. Few minutes away from the shops. The flat has also a very nice parking where you can place your car.

Comfortable and well-located in Epernay

Well equipped (especially for baby), good location in Epernay (close to the avenue de Champagne). No noise from the street.

Very good value for money, very clean.

Very comfortable house, with all the thing necessary inside (from the coffee machine to the phone). Large rooms and a complete kitchen. Very clean and there is the presence of cleaner (gel or clean wipes in every room).

There is too much noise early in the morning due to the train station and the car passing by in the street. Nothing too much disturbing, but tedious. If there was not this was absolutely perfect for the many asked.

A gem in Champagne!

The location was fantastic- within walking distance to all we wanted to see! The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was spacious and there was champagne chilling in the fridge for us to enjoy at a fair price per bottle… perfect start to our epic weekend! Parking was easy and secure. I would highly recommend staying here!

There was some construction noise above the twin bedroom but the owner provided ear plugs which was nice.

Fabulous

The location is fantastic close to train station and a stones throw from the Avenue de Champagne. An extremely very well equipped apartment which could comfortably fit 4-6 people and convenient parking & grocery store close by. Very good communication also from host.

Not very appealing street frontage but pleasant surprise when you get in. Traffic & train noise can be disturbing but ear plugs provided by host. We would definitely stay there again.
