- Sehr toll und stylisch eingerichtet
- Inhaber sehr freundlich

Vinnhaus was far more than expected. Facility was beyond comfortable. The personalized service was exceptional. Everyone was very friendly and homey.
Have no complaint except our stay was too short.

The rooms were gorgeous!! The staff were so friendly and the breakfast in the morning was delicious. Right in the centre of town, we wish we stayed here longer.

Vinnhaus is a new hotel with the most beautiful style.
It’s very well located, you can walk anywhere in Puerto Natales.
Nothing to not like

Very stylish & beautifully decorated with great staff. It feels like stepping into another time, almost like an oasis in what is otherwise a pretty unremarkable town. They have a bar and a restaurant and a few adorable dogs that are running around. We loved the breakfast as well - all in all, a great stay.
It didn’t bother us but it felt a little bit like preference for style over functionality - the rooms are a bit dark and there’s very little room to put your stuff on, especially in the bathroom.

Great breakfast.
Mattress should be replaced.

Beautiful rooms, bar and dining area with amazing attention to detail. We stayed here for a night before doing the W trek and on our return. The hotel let us store luggage here and gave us late dinner on our return. Dinner and breakfasts were excellent.

hotel with a small number of rooms, all decorated in a beautiful vintage style. Even the hotel staff is dressed according to the design style and you feel like you are in a movie. The rooms are pleasant ,warm ,very clean and there is great care in their design and decoration.
we had a great time, thanks 🙏🏻

The overall feel of the hotel was amazing, attention to detail was extraordinary, very nice boutique hotel experience. The service was extraordinary by all staff, it exceeded my expectations and that is not an easy thing to accomplish. Will definitely come back and recommend to others. Good job!
Even if not really used, there needs to be a TV on the rooms, not having one feels like its "missing something" even if its really not used. On the back patio there were some construction materials that could be more hidden to avoid losing the "perfect" sensation.

Fabulously decorated interior, very comfortable bed and a relaxing feel to it. Errka and David have created a luxurious place to stay here. I loved the Art Deco Bar and Lounge. We would like to thank Nelson for all his help during our stay. One of the best places we’ve stayed in.
For us there was nothing to dislike.

it’s got lots of style and great touches and details. the room was comfortable and clean. the hosts we’re friendly.
both nights of our stay there was no restaurant in the evening, the room wasn’t cleaned whilst we were there, it wasn’t dirty but would have been nice for the bin to have been emptied and the bed made.

Staff was super friendly and helpful, the location is quite central (if that matters at all in a small city like Puerto Natalaes), and as you can see from the pictures the design of the whole place is very nice. It definitel has a very elaborate boutique hotel feel.
There are unfortunately 3 things that completely ruined our stay (I have to add, that we mainly came here with the sole purpose of sleeping and resting after a long hike):
1. There is literally no sound proofing in the building. Not between the rooms nor to the outer world, the result is continuous NOISE. Not the so-so kind, but the loud kind that you can still clearly hear with earplugs in. Have to add as well that PN downtown is surprisingly noisy compared to it's size.
This also includes feeling the shaking of the floor from your neighbour walking while laying in your bed. I've been to places all over the world and trust me when I say that this is really bad.
2. There is no light blocking either. There is a big semi-blocking curtain for one side but zero blocking for the eastern side where the sun rises. And it does VERY early in summer days, think 5am or earlier in summer.
3. The twin beds are only 190cm long for whatever reason, so if you are a big taller than the average (I'm 6'4" or 192cm), you won't be able to sleep because your leg will hit the bed end and you cannot stretch them. I ended up putting the mattres on the floor. Also had to add here that we were aware of this from the very beginning and the staff tried to help but they cannot do magic obviously.
All in all we had a very bad and short night right when we need a relaxing sleep :(

location, decor, and the staff was really very nice and welcoming.
it was loud at night. you can hear the traffic and I think they may have had a party in the restaurant for New Years that went to early morning. breakfast was lovely.

Everything in the hotel is of the highest standards.
The staff is super friendly, the rooms and lobby of the hotel are beautiful, great breakfast.
We left our luggage in the hotel for five days to do the torres del paine trek and the luggage waited for us in the room when we came back after the trek (a very nice surprise).
Totally recommend.
