Great option in Puerto Natales with the best view !!

Amazing location in the center of the town Great hotel design that matches with the nearby nature Helpful and friendly staff Wow view from the rooftop

The room was a bit too small when you travel with two suitcases but this was not a huge problem

Muy recomendable

Es un hotel con mucho encanto. Tienen la amabilidad de ofrecerte una copa de bienvenida en la terraza y de ayudarte con la maleta, tanto para subirla como para bajarla. No sabía que no había ascensor y no soy muy fuerte, así que lo agradecí de verdad. La cama muy cómoda y el desayuno correcto.

Geweldig verblijf!

Zeer vriendelijk personeel die met alles willen helpen. Heel fijn ook dat we onze bagage een paar dagen konden stallen terwijl wij op een hike waren. De kamers zijn ook mooi en ruim en het ontbijt was goed.

Nicely designed hotel in good location, but bad breakfast and smelly bathroom

Good location. Friendly reception staff. Nice design in the building. Comfortable rooms and beds.

Bathroom smelt like drains. The breakfast was quite poor. Lost water one morning (though to be fair they did fix it quite quickly).

Hotel muito bem localizado, novo, possui um rooftop lindo e ganhamos um drink de boas vindas. Instalações ótimas, chuveiro com box de vidro e sem banheira. Cama boa. Café da manhã bom

Super freundliches Personal! Bravo! Macht weiter so! Das Hotel ist modern gebaut. Hat uns sehr gefallen. Auch die Dachterrasse ist cool mit der schönen Aussicht. Die Lage ist perfekt im Zentrum.

Excelente relación costo-beneficio. Muy buena arquitectura. Me dieron la mejor habitación (me sentí como en mi casa). Ubicado en el centro.

Si bien es un hotel 3 estrellas, el desayuno podría mejorar un poco, sobre todo el fiambre.

Great treat and stay after hiking

Perfect location, right at the city center. They had a welcome drink at the rooftop bar with nice city and lake views. The reception staff, Fernandez, was above and beyond. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. The breakfast was great with the perfect scrambled egg.

Shower box had water leaks and created some mess after that

Clean, simple hotel with comfy beds and lovely staff

Simple, clean hotel in a great location. Staff were really nice and accommodating and were able to store our bags while we did the W trek (at no additional cost - other hotels had a charge for this). Very comfy big beds. There is a nice roof terrace.

Breakfast was nothing special and the rooms are small but that didn’t bother us too much for a 1 night stay. There is quite a bit of road noise at night.

Place with great customer service

Perfect customer service. Clean and cozy rooms. New facilities with nice shampoo and shower gels.

Had to pay in cash in usd to avoid tax. Foreign debit cards were cards not accepted for tax exemption

Great one night stay, the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating.

Property was in a great location and central to puerto natales.

Didn't find anything that we didn't like, we were only there for one night.

Popular hotel with everything

Great value and popular hotel, great services, rooftop bar, great breakfast included, also provide tour booking on its website. Bus station is about 2 usd Uber or 1.7 km walk. Room and shower is small, no elevator. Very friendly, Recommend.

great location, lovely staff (especially the woman at reception who’s name we unfortunately didn’t get. she was really helpful when we were planning our visits to Torres del Paine). the rooftop was really nice to go and enjoy the view from.

the breakfasts weren’t great. we only ate on the days we left really early for the national park.

Friendly staff and clean room.

The person at the reception was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is nicely decorated and clean. Close to everywhere.

The shower is small and water can easily leack.
