Amazing stay and well worth the price.

They were able to take my reservation in at the last minute and went the extra mile by letting me borrow their charging port. The location is really good and the property is beautiful.

I couldn’t figure out how to use the hot water.

Close to township and parks. It has shared ganden overlooking the main street., staff are very accommodating , Maricris was the one looked after us, she has excellent customer service

JCGA ticks off all the checklist on our must stay places & we give it a 5🌟. Location is perfect as it is walking distance from Burnham Park, which makes it accessible also for Public Transport, should you wish to ride the Taxi. It is also beside the must try restuarant - Canto. The Loft House is the first house that will greet you when you enter their Compound & being in close proximity to the owners makes you feel absolutely safe & secure. All that you need is all provided for in Loft House & is ideal for 2-3 persons. Overall, it's a perfect place to stay when you visit Baguio. All thanks to Ms. Cathy for accomodating us 💓

I enjoyed it!

The tiny house was cute; it’s so nice.

The tiny house we stayed was beside the very busy street; so be ready for a very noisy night coz of passing vehicles even in the middle of the night. Second thing was the bathroom; it was clogging during our stay. Hope they have fixed it, though. Otherwise, the place was perfect.

It was our second time staying at JCGA and we really love the place. The area is quiet and peaceful but at the same time, close to session road, burnham park and local food shops. Our room was clean and just the perfect space for us couple. Loved that we can cook too! Staff are very friendly and helpful! We'll definitely come back again next time!

Wifi was unstable and slow during our stay, but this could be due to the rainy weather.

The outdoor area, the rooms, over all its all good

The bathroom sink and faucet, the water was very weak and the faucet too small. I could barely manage to wash my hand as the faucet was too close to the sink wall. Also, the entrance for the property is a little hidden and was hard for drivers to find (taxi or.delivery)

Overall experience was exceptional.

Booking was smooth and the host was responsive to all our queries. They also accept drop-off baggages starting 8 AM in case you arrive in Baguio earlier than your check-in time. The host and the staffs are very nice and accommodating. The place is peaceful and refreshing because of the scenic view and the lush green plants. It's easy to hail a taxi outside of the place and it's also walkable to Burnham Park and Session Road. We also could not ask for more about our room as it's complete and comfortable. Thank you, JCGA Apartments for the experience!

Its a nice place and I would recommend it to my friends. And we will surely come back here.

I like the garden and swing. Each room has its own garden spot with chairs. Very nice! My son loved the swing and I love the feeling that my son can walk around safely. If you like a nice staycation and walks in the park this is the spot. A walk to Burnham Park and a restaurant with great reviews just behind the place.

We have to go home.

The location of the place was 10/10 being close to Burnham park and to a number of local and franchised restaurants. The unit itself was clean and kept well. All of the fixtures and appliances were functional (except for the faucet in the kitchen sink of our unit which was a little bit clogged). The staff and the manager was really nice and accommodating. Would definitely stay there again.

Just the weak water coming from our kitchen faucet, but other than that, there wasnt really anything to complain about.

This place is convenient!

The property serves well with the quantity of guest. amenities are great. fast connection on wifi, the place takes only 5 minutes going to the park. Our overall stay is remarkable

I just find it hard to flush the toilet on 1st to second day but it got fixed right away

Spacious, clean and secure, this place is highly recommended!

The apartment has everything we need. I loved to cook and it has an over, ref, and all the utensils you need to cook and dine There's even Netflix to watch and the staff are accommodating and friendly. Me and my friends will be going back soon. Great for work or vacation.

great place to call "home". The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. We love the convenience of the location.

Cozy Apartment near the City Center

Very good location. Very near the city center. Property manager and crew are very accommodating. The room setup is cool (literally and figuratively). Complete with cooking and dining wares. With fridge!

Just a small issue on the bathroom. There is a part where the water gets stuck. But aside from that, we enjoyed our stay at the property. Might consider renting again.

Great location and great staff. Great value for money :)

The location was great! Even though it’s near the city hotspots, you will still feel at peace inside the compound. I really enjoyed the mornings sipping my coffee in the veranda while having the city of Baguio as my view - like I can see SM City, the church, and of course, the Burnham park 😄

The heater in our studio was kind of broken. It’s not much of a big deal though.

It feels like staying at your own home in Baguio. It's at downtown Baguio (along Kisad) and has a very good view both in front (overlooking Kisad and SM Baguio) and at the back (Legarda). You can cook if u want (cooking and dining utensils are readily available in the unit) or dine in at Canto (you can even check from the kitchen door if there's still line at their entrance) or Good Taste (walking distance if u are into it). Ms.Cathy and the staff are accommodating. You don't even need to say a word, I don't know how they sense when you need a little help. 😁 Over-all it's an 11/10 experience

Property is amazing and liked it.Looking to come back in last week of Dec but no options available.

Initially when we checked in we were allotted an apt but we asked for a change in the apt as it 2 tiered. The management was very accommodating and shifted us to another apartment unit which met all our needs in one. The staff was very nice and did their duties on exceptional cleaning of the rooms. The property follows strict smoking guidelines so please make sure to adhere to it.

This is not a complaint but the apt that we were staying in didnt have a hook in the bathroom door from inside to hang towels. so please take care of this small requirement if possible.
