Just for survival. I don't even want to take photos of it as I want to forget my experience.

The location. That's it. Sorry, I cannot think of anything else. It is just the location as it is near SM Baguio. Nothing else.

Take note that this review comes from the person who stayed in the hotel. I just made the booking for them but it would be best to inform the general public in order for them to make wise decisions. The staff wass indifferent, The beddings were old and even if you wash them, the color makes it look dirty. The curtains look like they haven't been washed for a long time. It was disappointing.

I won't recommend this to my friends as the hotel is old already and needs renovation.

The staffs were nice. Also has a free breakfast.

The linens and towels were all dirty white. Should be change to a newer one. Heater was also defective. Overall the hotel is obsolete.

Need some improvement on cleanliness specially the bathroom.

Good

Location was good. They cleaned my room daily everytime I requested. I also felt safe. And most importantly, they let me check in so early. I was able to rest and see more of Baguio because of this.

Not all front desk staff are friendly.

Staff were very helpful and breakfast served was good.

Room could've been more cleaner esp the bathroom. Towels need to be replaced already.

overall we didn’t enjoy our stay.

i just like the location apart from that there’s nothing likeable except for the staff that are attentive..

the facilities are old, the smell in the room are vintage, the bedsheet has a blood stain, you can feel itchiness when you lay down in bed i think there some bugs. Limited outlet.

My stay was overall good.

I like the free breakfast. Fast serving. Good choices of food.

I just found the room quite constrained and the sound of others' aircon too bothering.

Good Location

Good location, at the busy center, very near Session Rd and SM Baguio; breakfast selection is limited but tastes good; strong WiFi (if you're doing remote work)

Can't think of any, maybe more tables for those rooms for 2 or more guests

Great value for money

I chose this hotel again mainly for its location, and as usual, it didn't disappoint. It was easy to get a cab from here, plus it was walking distance to a lot of places I'd been planning to go to. My room was clean and cozy, so I had a great sleep each night. Pillows were perfect for me, and the blanket was thick enough to keep me warm. I also liked the TV, which looked new and had cable. And, the hotel granted my wish to have a table where I could write. Breakfast was also included, which I really appreciate. Great value for money, overall! I will definitely come back.

Towels are kind of old, but I really don't mind because they were clean and smelled good. But if they could get new ones, then it would be even better.

we arrived at 12 nn and we got the room at around 3 pm because of no availability of pillow case. the shower head is broken.

I really hope that you guys fix the WiFi issue. Because it is really frustrating.

I like the value and of course the location. The staffs are accommodating. They allow to check in earlier. Safe as there is guard and all areas are with CCTV to see what happens.

I don’t like that there is WiFi but I cannot connect to it. they said that they will try to fix it but from the first day until I checked out, I was not able to use the internet connect.
