Beautiful hotel

The hotel is great! Beautiful pool on the rooftop with views on the sea, great location close to the beach, outstanding breakfast and supernice staff. Comfortable and spacious rooms, nice gym. We recommend!

There is some street noise at night, from music and scooters. Nothing horrible but if you're sensitive to noise, bring earplugs and ask the staff to give you a room away from the noise.

In the hustle and bustle of Canggu

Good breakfast, big sortiment. Very helpful and friendly staff. Comfortable bed.

Our first room was extremely mouldy, so we asked for a change, and the second room was extremely noisy but at least the air felt clean. It was difficult to sleep at night as this hotel is in the middle of the happenings, which is great, but also calculate with the noise and get ready with some good quality earplugs.

Well worth the price we paid

The location was vibrant, very near Bato Balong Beach. The pool as excellent to wait for the sunset,breakfast have a lot variety.

Loved the hotel, staff were great and pool area was worth staying here!

The pool area was incredible! Massive areas with lots of deck chairs and lounges plus 360 degree views. I loved that you could see the ocean and had 180 degrees of the ocean across the whole pool area! The room was bigger than expected and great facilities

The noice was a bit much at night as it was right on the Main Street with come of the busiest bars across the road. I had earplugs in and could still hear noise unfortunately. I would have requested a room further back in the hotel if I had known

Spacious room, central location, overly attentive staff.

Room - Very noisy if room faces street, hotel provides ear plugs but they didn’t help much. Super king mattress was very lumpy and not that comfortable Pool - warm water, not enough shaded day beds. Food - average Spa - outdoor massage beds needs a deep clean, massage bed was smelly and dusty. Therapist was average.

Expectations weren’t met

The location of the hotel was good, close to the beach and restaurants. The room was big and beds were comfy.

Disappointed with the hotel, looks a lot nicer in the photos. There is a smell in the bedroom. The breakfast was only alright. A lot of maintenance being done and more needs to be done. Quite run down for only been open a few years. I was looking forward to my stay here and felt let down.

Good location.

The pool area was very disappointing as it didn’t look anything like the photos. Rusty handrails, old furniture and messy looking railing covered in weeds.

Enjoyed Canggu

The location was close to the beach, just across from Old Man’s and around the corner from The Lawn. We had views of the ocean which was very nice. The room was nice had a small balcony was good. The breakfast was beautiful.

The bed was very hard for me. The loud bass from the music at the Sandbar, just minor things.

lovely stay checking out Canguu area for the first time!

close proximity to the beach and restaurants! easy check in process and check out was easy. friendly staff!!! breakfast was really good 😊

not much to dislike, if I could suggest anything it would be to possibly improve the waiting time, especially when ordering drinks. even when it wasn’t overly busy up at the pool, we waiting for at least 20mins to get our drinks.. which was a little annoying because there was hardly any people there yet we had to wait. but other than that, nothing to not like, staff were all super friendly and very polite. lovely 😊

Exceptional

Best stay! Prime position! Roof top pool restaurant and bar place to be! Breakfast amazing buffet, different each day and 7-10 so can swim chill and return when hungry. Kids absolutely loved as did we as parents. Staff were beyond kind, helpful. We had 4 families and nothing but good things to say. Will definitely return 🙏

Wonderful stay at aston Canngu

Excellent location, great pool and facilities, staff were extremely friendly and helpful. This hotel is definitely good value for money and well suited for couples traveling.

I personally had issues connecting to the WiFi, though it may have been a localized problem and not an overall issue in the hotel.

Horrible and I was double charges. I have already been advised there will be no refund.

The noise from across the street went on till 5am.

I got food poisoning at thier upzscale retaurant.

we had a fantastic stay!

The staff! they were amazing from front desk through to restaurant and house keeping. so friendly and warm. Gede the manager assisted us without an issue after we made an error with our booking and was very accommodating. the location is so close to the beach.
