Great Location and everything you could want in a hotel

The hotel is great, we had breakfast included and were pleasantly surprised, a great choice of options and all very tasty. The rooms were spacious and Clean and the 4 bottles of water left daily were a bonus The staff were all very friendly. A great pool area as well. In a great location, with the beach 5mims away and plenty of food options all within 5-10minute walk.

My only comment would be some more shade around the pool area, the parasols are very small and don't provide much shade.

Loved how the Cleaners made animals with the towels. Staff were friendly and great facilities

Food around the pool wasn't the best so I'd recommend going out to eat

Staffs were very accommodating. Great service overall. The room was clean, AC worked well. Breakfast was excellent. I was concerned about construction noise from other reviews - there is a construction site right beside the hotel (End of June 2023) but I didn't hear any noise at night at all and most of the daytime either. Location was great, you can get to the beach in 5minutes walk, lots of good restaurants/shops in walking distance, getting Grab was fast and easy.

Location Close to restaurants and the beach

Noise from the other rooms. Rooms are not sound proof Noise from the back side due to constructions Breakfast box that i reserved for the first day was very poor......was almost nothing inside. Matress was a bit hard On top of that i asked he reception to top up My sim card and was sent to a scammers shop nearby. Had to pay 100IDR just to realize that sim is not working.....was very dissapointed to be honest. Besides the day i left even before check out time i received a phone call from the reception "to inform me that check out time is 12:00". Was quiet surprising.

Pleasant

The resort was clean and beautiful, and everyone was really organized. My bags got to my room before me, which was really nice. High tech ordering system. Beautiful room and pool area was amazing too..

This place is great if you're into hotel chains. However, it doesn't seem value for money for me as you can get villas at a lesser price with more amenities and private pools. Great food also.

Exceptional

Everyone was Friendly, helpful, and made us feel like we were part of their Family. Rooms were immaculate, Comfortable large Bed. Loved our different Towel Animals. Food was delicious, great variety, and again everyone was attentive and ready to help We will be Back.

Staff were super lovely.

Pool tiles were all falling out Construction was on both sides of the hotel (not their fault) but it was super loud and not enjoyable to be at the hotel - we only slept there

Superb

First time back in Bali in almost 3 years and was very happy to have started it off at Eastin. Staff were very accommodating and helped us with whatever we needed. Location is great and close to so many nice spots!

Funky, chill Canggu vibes

Modern, clean, fresh property on a quiet street but still easy to access plenty of restaurants and services. Pool was lovely and warm at night with long hours of use

the property simply was not at 4* level, they clearly took a hit during pandemic and it was not renovated after being em

the windows were not isolated properly so there was constant howling sound like dementors were flying around. the air in the room was moist and stuffy. all clothes and bedding was moist. when air con was switched on it would smell like mould.

Great location in Canggu - not far from awesome cafes and bars. We absolutely loved the pool area - pool restaurant was quite cheap too. There were always chairs or bean bags to relax on. Rooms were spacious with separate shower and toilet room. Excellent value for money - room cleaned each day and cleaners always left a cute note with animal folded towels!

Our room wasn’t ready until 4pm which was a bit disappointing.

for the price you can find a better place!

the location, is close to best vegan restaurants and little stores, also close to the beach. the staff is very friendly and helpful

we couldn’t connect with the energy of the place, they don’t have a space to practice yoga or meditate. for vegan people there’s almost nothing to eat at breakfast.

Amazing resort great value for money

The staff were amazing and so friendly . Very local to all amenities

There was a fair bit of construction noise in the evenings but apart from that nothing was bad.

great option for Canguu if you want to stay in a hotel instead of villas or hostels

perfect location , 3 mins to the beach, few mins walk to the well known beach clubs . great pool as well

you can hear people walk past your room, the doors are not really soundproof.
