Quiet sleep, yummy breakfast

Large selection at the breakfast buffet, staff will cook up an omelet too. Quiet and well away from the busy street. Relaxing pool and grounds.

Good but a little too expensive

Plenty of free parking on arrival. The size of the pool. Spacious modern room, bathroom and the friendly restaurant staff.

The price is a little too high for the location and the view from the room is a wall. That there are no sun beds at the pool and upon arrival the pool was full of floating leaves. Also, there are no extra towels available in the room or clearly visible in front of the pool.

Very good small but comfortable hotel close to Chang Arena

Big room , comfortable beds , good breakfast buffet , nice swimming pool & professional fitness centre , located close to Chang Arena ,FC Buriram, and racing circuit

The deckchairs at the swimmngpool were unuseable , big holes, worn out Should be renewed

Good

Everything was like it should to be (almost) In this price level hotel, but there was smell in room. They offer spare rooms for us, but all rooms in level 1 have same Sewer smell. Finally we find room with clear air from level 2. No extra charge 👍. Feeling bad to write this, but i hope there is maintenance coming fast. All else was ok 🙂

Perfect quiet hotel for staying near the track or stadium

The hotel is very close to the race track yet the hotel is off the road a bit and quiet. The breakfast is good, staff is very good, and check in/out was very fast. We really liked how quiet the rooms were.

There was a convention or some type of event on one of the days and the parking lot was full.

The breakfast was cold everyday. The food trays were always opened, so it never got warm. also if you have a lot of bags, stay on the first floor. no elevator.

Amazing staff, good pool and gym

Every year I go to this hotel and every year again I am happy to be here. The pool and the gym are really good. The staff is really amazing! Always sweet and helpful, from the restaurant to the front desk to housekeeping. Really nothing to complain there.

The hotel needs a fresh up. It begins to get old but I think the owner knows this. The rest wifi didn't work for me. I used my phone as a hotspot.

Everything you need for a visit to Buriram Castle

Excellent option for a visit to Buriram Castle for football or Moto GP. Everything you need in well-located business type hotel.

We want to say "thank you and God bless" to all of the staff at Cresco. They are great.

We love this hotel. One of the best in Buriram. This was our third time staying here. The rooms are spacious and quite comfortable. The restaurant is very good and the service staff are very accommodating. We also enjoy using the pool which is always clean and inviting. We have family in Buriram and Cresco is our first choice.

The only thing I didn't like was the shower. The bathroom is great, but the hot water for the shower doesn't work very well in any of the rooms I have stayed in. (3 rooms on 3 visits). This is a minor thing and certainly not the most important. The shower works well enough to get clean.

Unprofessional staff and mismanagement

The room was clean and things are good in general

1. Found a piece of pot scrubber in my meal.. 2. 3 times i tried to order a food service/ dine in, in which the staff told me that it isnt available coz the staffs weren’t ready. The last one was exceptionally bad, coz i already sat down with a drink and everything just to be told 10mins later that the chef isnt available..
