Facilities
Breakfast was supposed to be served until 10AM but finished 20 minutes earlier. POOR SERIVICE, POOR HOSPITALITY, poor selection. Really disappointed with staffs in the breakfast restaurant. Never recommend staying there if you expect relaxing morning time.
4.3

The treehouse doesnt seem like it has been well-taken care of. There were leaves along the way to our house. The cleaning should have been better. The space in the treehouse was narrower than we thought. There were a lot of electricties input in the room, but some of them is out of service because it’s blocked from using somehow. And there’s no private pool for the treehouse, you need to only use the pool at common area.
There were bikes for wandering around the hotel area but the space in the hotel was actually small and no place to bike actually. For a morning drink, we’re 4 but we need to choose only 2 types of drink. Quite confused why the choice is limited considering this high price of the room. For dinner, it’s not possible to do bbq grill at the treehouse. We can only get a cooked food to deliver to the treehouse and the hotel will apply additional charge for delivery to the room.
If you plan to spend an evening at the resto inside the hotel, please rethink. The food is poor and we can smell the food from the glasses we drink, smells like they havent been washed well.
What we like about is how they provide the minibar in the house for free and there were sodas, cookies, etc. The breakfast buffet was also good. We also like how they decorate the room with cute little animal dolls.

Staff is friendly and approachable.
They provide buggy to transport our luggage since tent is quite a distance away from main entrance.
Cleaning at our request done everyday.
Quiet and seems family friendly.
Amper parking, if you drive.
Tent uses a small lock which does not seems secure. Although they provide a small safe inside the tent.
At night, if you walk out of campus, no street light.
We were given card access, which will open the gate. However, the gate is only about 2 feet tall, which anyone could easily jump over.

Quiet and peaceful place to stay.
Some mosquitoes

The lack of transportation

Wonderful, beautiful tents, lovely nature, so many activities and amenities for children (bikes, fish feed, smores and camp fires); such comfortable beds! Would highly recommend.

Superb breakfast
night party noise

Close to nature
There’s a live band performing nearby until 2230H, and it is quite noisy. Not sure where the band is from though.
4.3
Unique and pleasant experiential stay
A bit of a walk to our tent. Perhaps could have assigned a buggy for such tents.
4.3
L’emplacement est magnifique
Les chambres très belles
Le lit très confortable
Belle piscine
Pas d’alternative au lait de vache
Pas de service de lingerie
Le ménage n’a pas été fait de la journée quand nous étions en excursion
Le restaurant n’est pas top et ils ne comprennent pas très bien l’anglais
4.3
Loved everything about it
The lock in the tent was a bit difficult.

Near Kai Yai national park , beautiful surroundings , great swimmingpool . Everything to relax .
4.3
Hidden in between preserved forest with lakes and trees around, very calming if someone is looking to run away from busy city life..
inside the tent it was a well arranged, comfortable place to stay especially the bathtub and all was very nice..
The staffs were very helpful, whenever we needed their buggy service they immediately attended us..
There is no internet at all, better dont mention “wifi provided” cause if people have work stuff then it’s going to be hard.. Good that at least there is mobile network coverage..
The toilet had very bad smell the moment when we entered the bathing area, and the smell was there every time.. I think some maintenance work should be done..
Breakfast provided had very limited variety, for main dishes it was only spaghetti.. The rest were some cupcakes, pastries, bread etc.. And the place we have breakfast is full if annoying insects that are keep coming near us especially some bees.. They should keep the door closed all the time and must do something to control the insects..
4.3
Setting and surroundings were just as advertised. The house was very well equipped and furnished.
Perhaps a privacy screen / curtain can be installed for the bathtub.

Scenery and staff
4.3
The staff were incredibly friendly. We took two young children, and they couldn't have been more helpful.
The setting is idyllic, and the pool was beautiful.
We were happy with the restaurant, and used the resort as a base to explore the surrounding area and national park.
4.3
Environmental, friendly and helpful staff, polite staff and service was great.
The aircon in our stay was so loud, the machine was noisy
4.3
The tents themselves were amazing. Great location to go national park and great staff.
Be aware this is also a hot spot for people to shoot “professional” videos e.g. music videos. Because of this, this made our stay less enjoyable.
Very rude of camera people to ask hotel stayers to move out of the way for their “professional” videos, when everyone has fairly paid to use the facilities, such as the swimming pool, especially when there are groups 15-20+ people making a video, overcrowding the facilities with very loud music.
In such cases, the hotel supports you to use the facilities still but was annoyed by camera teams of 15+ people, constantly asking us to move away for 30 minutes.

more English speaking staff would be appreciated. would be great if there was a spa

Everything about this place was perfect. I loved it. The tented accommodation was different, characterful and very comfortable. From our tent, we had a gorgeous view right up the lake. The sunrise was in front of us, and the sunset was behind. Our tent was next to the beautiful infinity swimming pool with the mountain backdrop, and it was a short walk to the restaurant. All our meals including breakfast with fresh coffee was superb. We were a short 5 minute walk from the main road with a market and a 7-11 shop which was handy.
In a nutshell, the whole campsite setting and location was just practically perfect in every way.
This is more of a compliment than a complaint. I explained to the young waitress how to make a proper margarita and, she came back with a margarita that was pretty damned close. I loved that she was open to learning and wasn't offended by my comment about the original cocktail. She was professional and lovely to talk to.
