If you are traveling to Durres, pick this place!

Everything was near by. Rooms are big, host is very friendly.

Very good

Host is very friendly and almost every day asked whether we need some help or something. Apartment quite huge, comfortable for family. Location right on the beach but be aware that night live may be quite loud until midnight. Sufficient equipment including washmashine, fridge, cutlery etc. Fully recomended especially because of host.

Not meeting expectations at all. Not a 9.6 property.

Apartment is really big and can accommodate up to 8 people. Located in the middle of everything. Has a lot of markets and food points and even a bus stop near. Host is very responsive and tries to help. There was no washing machine at the property (but it was listed), after our complain he brought washing machine to the property. Actually that is the only reason why we are giving rate of 5 not 2.

I took this property because of a lot of excellent reviews. There were plenty of cheaper options with bad reviews, that I tried to avoid. But here everything was exactly as it was mentioned in other bad reviews of other properties. I tried to write accurate review that may help others. This property is far far away from 9.6 (at the moment of writing this review). Apartment was not clean: dust on the tables and surfaces, dust and sand on the floor, some hairs after previous guests. Fridge not clean with reminders after previous guests as well. Very dirty oven and kitchen in overall. Only one set of towels and towels were gray. They used to be white before. Better for us not to see these towels at all. Obviously we bough new towels. There were no washing machine, but it was on the pictures and specified in description. After several days of our complaints host bough washing machine but it has water leak, so bath floor was always wet. Also technicians left house very dirty after installation. It was strong smell from air conditioner during functioning. Apartment is looking good on pictures, but in reality everything has low quality and is either broken either will broke soon. Like entrance door is very hard to close and open. My wife was unable to manage it herself. Apartment is "empty" like you are renting apartment for long term. There was no toiletries and even toilet paper. We bough everything. Very little amount of dishware and tableware and was looking really bad, so we bought disposable tableware. Nothing in kitchen, even no salt. I'm not talking about oil, there was even no dish cleaning fluid and sponge. So we bough these as well. We bough everything like we entered a new apt for a long stay. Spent a lot of money. During checkin location was wrong on google maps (like 1km away), so it was needed to call the host and understand where to go.

Fine place for trips around Albania.

Owner is very helpfull and communicative host. He is able to solve every imperfections very friendly.

Very busy place , all beach is overcrowded in season.

Good place on the beach

Superb location at the main beach street. There's a bit of traffic but it's not disturbing when you close the outside blinds and windows. Plenty of bars, places to eat and supermarkets. The host is wonderful and kept in touch. He replied fast and accurate. The bed was comfortable and the AC working great.

If one wants to be picky it would have been nice to have a waterboiler and bigger cups for coffee.

Good value for the money. Good location, very close to the beach, partial seaview.

The only problem was the lack of pressure of the water which made showering take longer.
