Zaskakująco dobry.

Bardzo miły personel. Widok na morze. Na dole świetna restauracja i bar. Polecam karte drinków są naprawde świetne. Bardzo dobra cena i położenie.

Good location, close to shops, beach is perfect, good host!

- Great location in front of the beach. - Amazing Beach manager, kept it quiet, safe and would not let sales people to just wonder around the beach beds! - Good food and coffee in the restaurant - Good Internet in the room, my Firestick worked perfectly :))) - Daily room cleaning, fresh towels, sheets, good Air Conditioning. - Underground Parking for the car, perfect!

- Needs a water hose to wash the sand from our feet - if not at the front of the hotel, at least by the garage, as there is no shower in the beach.

+ close to the beach, and that there were sunbeds per room. - the cleanliness

We liked that it was right by the beach and that we had permanent sunbeds and parasols during our entire stay. The receptionists Antonella and Alen were absolutely wonderful, we had nice conversations with them every day.

They were not very good at cleaning the rooms

Second time stay at hotel, great experience!

We were in Joel Residence before few years and we were very satisfied so this year we recommended Joel Residence to our parents and their siblings and made them reservation. They were amazed how beautiful it was for them. They loved their accomodation, rooms, everything. Hotel is really clean and well organized.

Before few years we had something like big barrel in front of entrance of hotel so we could wash foots from sand before we enter inside of hotel, this year our parents said there wasn't anything to wash foots from sand and they wish if they had something like that.

Family friendly hotel with good staff

The staff makes it all worth while. The food (is kind of okay). The rooms are clean.

That very few speak English. For a Touristic place I was expecting some more English talking staff. At least at the restaurant.

Very price/quality ratio. For good price you receive clean Staff is very polite and helpful, there is always someone at the desk near the entry. This hotel has policy that sunbed is sign to hotel room, at beginning I thought it was strange but after first day I’m sure that this idea is brilliant. You don’t have morning race to mark your place, no on is getting angry that towels lie down whole day on unused sunbeds. Whatever time you will go your sunbed will wait for you. There is also gentleman on the beach that watch out on everything. 1. Clean 2. Good location 3. Air conditioning 4. Batch curtain 5. Big and comfortable bed 6. Staff 7. Sign sunbed 8. Good price/quality value

1. You can hear some noise from corridor, this could be solved easily by putting some sealing on doors.

Everithing was just perfect, starting from the location, rooms, cleanliness, beach, staff...etc.
