Was a troublefree stay, though very short

The room was well done! Very peaceful with adequate temperature control and beddings!

Common area carpets had a rather bad smell! Staff were friendly, but lacked proactiveness in a few areas. Breakfast service was slow in spite of I being the only guest at the restaurant at that time!

Gem of a hotel nestled in lush greenery close to the airport. Excellent staff, delicious food, lovely interiors, quaint and cozy. Arun, Shiva, David, and Shibin were some of the staff who made our visit worth it. If are looking for a hotel close to the airport this should be your one stop.

This was my second stay at the property and it was like coming home when I arrived. The staff are so welcoming and remember a lot about your previous stay. Super nice staff

Amazing staff, very close to airport, small rooms but adequate for a one night stay

Staff was excellent, very helpful and super welcoming. Was mother's day and they did a beautiful decoration in the room plus a lovely desert. Dinner was included - bit over spicy for our tastes, but enough alternatives and chefs really willing to cook from fresh to accommodate.

Room/bathroom had some issues with being a bit dusty or not working properly. When brought to staff's attention, they promised to rectify asap. Was a hot & humid day and though AC in room was great, corridor had none, so was not pleasant

A short but delightful stay. Great location, stylish, comfortable plus amazing staff and food

Conveniently located to Cochin Airport. Port Muziris is a haven of calm and style in a sometimes chaotic country. We were greeted from our car and checked in efficiently, then offered complimentary refreshments in the comfortable and stylish bar. The room was a good size with good facilities and a comfortable bed. The evening buffet food selections were tasty and both beautifully cooked and presented, we could have kept going all evening! We were only sad that we couldn’t stay longer

The only possible improvement they could make would be to have some shade around the pool

Room was upgraded to a suite and everything was very very comfortable. Staff were really courteous and pleasant.

Complimentary breakfast menu was very limited. Inroom dining service was not at all good.

Beautiful rooms, very friendly staff, excellent food. Had a fantastic stay. Perfect stop for rest before our long drive up to Munnar.

Enjoyable and relaxing

A stylish and comfortable hotel with cosy atmosphere. Restaurant was particularly amazing. I really enjoyed authentic and sophisticated Kerala cuisine. Highly recommended.

staff were very nice nice pictures on the walls

small rooms 2. no alcohol served 3. no spa 4. our room mini bar was never stocked up we brought it to the attention of staff when they were going to bill us. until then no one noticed it. 5. food taste was average although plenty of variety 6. too many power cuts

Getting pampered nearby Kochi Airport

Although we stayed in the hotel for a little time, i.e., the evening before the departure of our flight back to Europe in the night, we had an incredibly positive impression. The hotel is only two floors and remarkably beautiful, with comfortable rooms, a swimming pool on the roof (which we used), and a top restaurant. The hotel staff was genuinely nice and offered us a great service.

Perfect stop before your flight

The room was clean, spacious and pleasantly decorated. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. And there was a shuttle car to take us across to the airport as soon as we needed it. My only suggestion would be not to have the aircon on in the restaurant so high that it’s freezing. Will definitely stay again
