Villa nice and large plus late checkout. staff were friendly but not really helpful when asked about local knowledge eg. restaurants to eat at.
Locationw, this is not in the gated Nusa Dua community. Exterior of the building, driving into the villa and entrance was a major let down. I thought I was in the slums and tried to cancel immediately but fees to cancel cost me more than actually booking. Photos definitely look better and filtered than reality. Beach view isn’t great and breakfast quality want great either. We booked breakfast for 1 morning and didn’t order again. Looked great but not taste and quality. Hotel next door Grand Mirage is amazing. Outdoor pool area could do with a paint job, updated fridge and kitchen area too.

The private pool was exquisite and everything was just so clean. The staff were lovely and the entire experience was blissfully relaxing.
The jetski hire place next door meant that there was an occasional smell of fuel throughout the hotel.

keeping the price point in mind, one of the best places in tanjung area. very central location for everything you want to do in bali. staff were very helpful. good restaurant, money changer, regular shops ate all within 1-2 min of walking distant.

Accommodation was very comfortable and the staff very friendly. The beach front location is perfect and it’s a quieter area with virtually no bogans. Nearby are some of the best quality restaurants to be found.
The only downside is that it has a kids very noisy water slide and playground right alongside

The room was spacious. There was shower and bath with jacuzzi on the balcony. You have selection of very good beakfast which were very good. Towels were changed every day. There is 24h supermarket in the front of apartments.
Smell of AC was not nice but after request to clean it was much better but still not perfect.

There was no welcome to speak about, no help with luggage and no questions in relation to organizing transports was responded to- we arranged that with the hotel next door. The room was so dirty- it was gross. On ordering breakfast we were basically ignored. On ordering the eggs, the 'Chef' recommended we take something different, as eggs would take a long time. We left after one night (in fact after 15 hours), because it was gross. Paid far too much- my only big regret of an otherwise flawless Bali Stay. Took a shower first thing at the new hotel. my recommendation: STAY AWAY!
Staff was disinterested, rooms were dirty, towels and bedlinen dirty, staff totally unresponsive, breakfast low quality and overall "no can do" attitude. STAY AWAY!

very big kings bed, jacuzzi on balcony with view to the sea, for two people enough space.
road to the hotel is not in good condition, also beach in front of hotel is dirty so we have to walk a bit to another part of beach. Pool was extremly muddy so they have problem probably with Ph in pool or chlorine, anyway the water didnt looks nice for swim.

Late checkout. large room. spa on the balcony. Plenty of storage space.
Very run-down. Corrosion around all fittings, ie vanity, bath, tap ware. No restaurant. Floor boards appeared flood damaged. Fridge was old and grotty.

villa needs update painted and lawns need cutting
pool was amazing and staff were brilliant

one of the best hotels in bali u can find whatever u need inside the hotel restaurant, beach and around 4 swimming pool.
the hotel atmosphere is very nice there are many activities you can try during your stay
the room furniture is old and there was water leaking in the bathroom but once I called them they change my room immediately.

The staffs were very helpful.
The accommodation needs better maintenance. The fridges were broken in 2 out of 3 rooms. We were not allowed to use the swimming pool during our 4 nights stay as it was under maintenance (although did not see any staff checking or maintaining the pool).

We enjoy the room and the jacuzzi very much. The view also very good.
Other than the room, we got no good place to spend time. Pool under maintenance and restaurant closed. I have to walk around around 600 meters to get decent food from another restaurants which belongs to other hotels.
