Enjoyed our stay at Nikko, overall would rate as a 4 star vs 5 star hotel. On the same trip we stayed in another 5 star

Loved the pool side and beach area (pool maintenance is schedule to take place winter ‘24/spring 25, which no doubt will enhance the area further) and the beautiful garden landscaping is excellent! Food & service in paid restaurants was excellent. Catered breakfast buffet was good but not 5 star quality. Lovely staff and great customer service.

Rooms (bathrooms) are in need of a facelift, but no complaints regarding cleanliness.

Nice for a relaxing holiday

Location on the beach. Good sized room. Friendly staff. Excellent pool. Great views.

Although great, the pool needed lots of maintenance work to tiling. Tiny balcony off our room.

Very inviting and an amazing start to our holiday

The staff were so lovely and helped accommodate to my daughter’s gluten intolerance. The breakfast was unreal! But maybe more gf options The pool was stunning Seating area around the pool was plentiful never struggled to get a seat by the pool. Cocktails and mocktails were delicious!! Family room was very kid friendly! Very excited kids entering the room and each day after cleaning they would leave a little towel person which my girls loved! Having stayed with other family members they made our rooms close together which was very considerate

The bar staff didn’t accept a happy hour order right on 5 which I think was pretty slack. Mossies kept coming into our room even keeping it shut, so maybe more protection with that - fly screens.

Bénoa et ses plages presque sales semble à éviter. Nusa Dua est probablement le quartier a privilégier aujourd’hui.

Une déception comme je n’en ai pas eu depuis des années. Hotel non seulement vieillot mais aussi délabré dont le lustre semble avoir disparu avec le siècle dernier.

Chambre vétuste au parquet gondolé, fourmis dans les chambres, bar fermant à 22.00. Seule la piscine était belle.

充分満足、コスパ良し

現地で友人にマンゴーをいただき、どうしょうか？と思っていましたが　朝食の際、スタッフに切ってくれるか聞いたら快くカットしてくれて　毎朝フレッシュマンゴーを味わうことができました。ソフトドリンクの部屋へのテイクアウトもOK。バリの人はとてもフレンドリーでおおらかですね。杓子定規にマニュアル化されていなくてありがたかったです。

最終日18時まで延長依頼して支払い済み、到着時にも確認済みにもかかわらず　当日お昼を過ぎた頃フロントからチェックアウトタイムとの連絡。支払ってるでしょ❗️に「確認します。あ、ごめんなさい　延長でした」って。確認してから連絡してよ。

La vue depuis la chambre (on était côté mer). La situation très calme sauf quand un car des touristes chinois déboule (dans le vrai sens du terme...), Le petit déjeuner varié mais là aussi il faudrait faire un petit effort pour le ravitaillement, selon le timing, il peut manquer beaucoup de choses.

La plage pas terrible ! Beaucoup d'algues et l'eau faisait un peu bouillon. La piscine mérite une bonne rénovation. Peu de vie dans l'hôtel à partir de 21h, le bar ferme très tôt...

Convenient and relaxing

The location was absolutely amazing, the pool was always nice and clean, the staff always greeted you with a smile and the breakfast selection every morning was so good and delicious

The rooms and property overall could use an update. The room was nice and big but a little outdated with some cracks in the grout. The bed was also not the most comfortable (I like a hard bed) although it was nice and big

Schönes Hotel mit zwei tollen Restaurants etwas abseits des Haupttouristenstroms

Unsere Meerblick-Suite war geräumig und verfügte über einen grossen Balkon. Die Einrichtung war funktional, aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Frühstücksbuffet bat eine riesige Auswahl an asiatischen und europäischen Speisen und war grundsätzlich reichhaltig und gut. Die beiden Spezialitätenrestaurants, Italienisch und Japanisch, waren von der Qualität der Speisen her absolut erstklassig. Auch der Service war makellos. Schade nur, dass wir immer die einzigen Gäste waren. Gartenanlage, Poolbereich und der private Strandabschnitt waren sehr hübsch und auch sehr gepflegt.

Das Badezimmer müsste dringend renoviert werden. Die Armaturen waren allesamt wackelig und keinesfalls mehr eines Erstklasshotels entsprechend. Sauber, aber eben recht abgenutzt das Ganze. Die äusserst knapp bemessene Zone für Schwimmer war nur bei Flut zu benutzen - bei Ebbe war das Wasser nur mal gerade Knöcheltief. Nachmittags konnte man daher nur im Pool baden. Die Lage ist nicht ideal, da am äussersten Zipfel Nusa Duas gelegen. Die neueren Top-Hotels liegen alle zentral in der Gegend der sog. Bali Collection.

It was my fourth time to Bali, and we enjoyed ourselves

We enjoyed the pool very much and the room was overlooking the sea. Such a beautiful view. Breakfast was good as well and, the variety of choices was amazing. Loved it .

There wasn't much choice of cafeteria in the hotel. We had to go out most of the time. One of your staff gave us the wrong direction on the second day when we had to change rooms. So with our luggage, it was frustrating to end up at the wrong floor

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena y con la playa al frente es una dicha pues pasa uno de la playa a la piscina fácilmente. El desayuno es muy completo y muy variado y las personas que atienden son muy amables

Amazing 5 star resort! Steps away from the beach and awesome restaurants

What a fantastic resort to stay in. We booked the family suite, which had a Queen bed, a bunk bed and a trundle. It was so spacious with a lounge and living area too. The bathroom was so big, everything was clean and the facilities were incredible. The staff was always helpful and attentive. The pool was lovely and backed onto the beach which was gorgeous. Loved the location of the resort, so close to all the shops, local eateries and massage places so we could also experience local restaurants and weren't limited to only the restaurants inside the hotel. Could not fault anything, it was amazing and I can't wait to come back one day again soon!

Lovely facilities with great service.

The family suite was amazing. Very spacious and comfortable for a family of four. Fantastic Lagoon pool with swim-up bar. Good quality buffet breakfasts, with two very good separate restaurants on site. All staff were extremely friendly and professional. Lovely spa and gym facilities. Great central location on the Nusa Dua peninsula.

The beach in front of the resort was a bit dirty. Large tide differences limited the watersport activities to certain times.

We had a wonderful stay! We loved the pool and gardens around the resort, so relaxing.

The rooms were huge and bed really comfy. The rooms are a little dark but with the weather so nice we didn’t spend much time there. The pool is incredible and so relaxing. Buffet breakfast excellent

We tried to order milk in the rooms for our coffee but it wasn’t available. There wasn’t a mini bar. Buffet breakfast was amazing but being coeliac it was disappointing to not be able to eat some of the foods as there is soy sauce in so many of the dishes like on the fish & chicken in the Japanese section. It doesn’t need it & just makes it harder for people that can’t eat gluten.

Comfortable accommodation with attentive staff

The breakfast is delicious with good variety of local delicacy. Room is super spacious and very clean. We are happy with our room with beach view. Staff is very attentive.

Overall was another great stay. Your breakfast is always fantastic.

Everything except check in experience not as efficient & helpful. receptionist should give me right direction to my room /which was on the right side of your desk. I did not ask for staff to escort me since I stayed there once with my best friend, stayed in 4th floor. Since I love your hotel I returned with my mom. But my check out experience was soo smooth and the gentleman at your reception is so polite and friendly🙏 Thank you 👍👍👍👍👍
