The room is above the pub, is technically an inn. And it is surprisingly quiet, located in a residential area, between the centre and the airport. You can make the airport within half an hour or so, getting on bus 401 at the Philips Stadium. The room is spacius, with a small sunny balcony. The bar has a great selection of beer and the prawns were cooked to perfection. Staff is really lovely and welcoming.
The room / bathroom does need a deep clean.

The bathroom was very modern with a nice shower.

The room was clean. The location was very good, very close to the central station. You had coffee pods and tea in the room. The shower was huge and the beds were confortable.
It would have been nice to have something for breakfast, some toast and jam or croissants. It was quite pricy for a room without breakfast.

Really great place with friendly staff and great food.
The bathroom is great and renovated in a nice way, but it was not properly cleaned after the last visitor.

Close to centre, clean, cute, so Dutch, above an amazing pub
The vertical stairs are TERRIFYING

The room was a nice apartment ontop of the cafe/bar. Everything was clean and the personal was very welcoming. It is located very close to the city center, which is very nice if you travel a lot by foot. Bathroom is modern and you have a small fridge to store some food.
Still, it is more of an "adventurous" venue than a regular hotel, since you have to get in from the back/side of the building, pass the kitchen and get up some very narrow staircases. If you don't mind some bar noises and kitchen smells and can handle small corridors well, then this is a very nice place to stay in eindhoven city.
We actually liked it better than a regular hotel and enjoyed our stay very much!
Bathroom has no door which to us was a bit unusual.

The bed was very comfortable. Good shower. Coffee making facility.
The toilet didn't function correctly, twice the water would not stop. This was fixed by the water being turned off entirely, effectively making it useless.
The room is noisy.
The stairs would not be suitable for people with mobility difficulties.

the atmosphere of the pub and the hotel
there was a bit cold in the room

Location was great and was silence place . Stairs are little dangerous and small not suitable for kids or old people but was not a problem for me .
The room was so cold at nights . Also the hot water in shower was not hot to have a bath . Also the heater near the shower was not working properly . First night was very cold . The restaurant and reception was not working tuesday but wednesday morning I saw a lady and explained the problems. Next day was better but room heating is closed around 00.00 no chance to run from room .

The room was quiet and spacious and the receptionist was friendly.
1. At the top of the stairs there was a sliding door: these aren't a standard part of my life, so it confused me massively when I couldn't push it open. A sign would be useful.
2. The bathroom in room 1 was up a step, so I stubbed my toe badly when I went there in the night. Again, a sign would be great: even if you can't see it in the night, becoming aware of it earlier would help.

- easy check-in
- spacious, warm and comfortable room
- tidy
- compliments in the room - coffee and tea.
- Bathroom and toilet are divided with a door. Something i read in other reviews but our room was fully equipped with doors etc.
- staff was rude. The check-out is at 11:00am and at 11:01 they were already knocking on our door which was not really nice. We asked for a few more mintues which they agreed but not really happy with it. Anyway, we were out at 11:05am. Besides of this, the accomodation is nice.

It's near the centre, in a quiet steeet. It's spacious with a fridge, kettle and cuttlery. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean
There's no door to the bathroom and it's really uncomfortable when you want to use the loo. No person to check in and check out

I liked everything in this stay! The bar, the rooms... Everything
Not that I disliked it but I just didn't understand why the bathroom didn't had any doors hahah. It wasn't my first stay in Netherlands and before I had the same issue

the place was very quite
from 4 nights 2 times rang the fire alarm during the night and all the rest we couldn't sleep properly beccuse of mosquitos inside the room
and the hotel is only reachable by having a car or a bicycle the rest by foot since no public transport pass nearby

Very good and quiet location, less than 10 minutes walk to the city center. Apartaments are clean and cosy. There is coffee machine, microwave to make breakfast. Staff is very friendly and kind. Restaurant food is fresh and delicious. I would definitely come back again
Pretty steep stairs to the second floor, but it wasn't a problem. No doors between room and toilet, what was alright for me and my wife

Quaint but well appointed rooms with comfy bed and a good shower but you have to be aware that there are really steep stairs to get to the rooms which is not good if you can’t carry heavy bags or mobility problems.
The steep and narrow stairs.
