Het was omdat ik moest werken en alleen sliep anders had ik direct geklaagd en een upgrade gevraagd

Oude kamer geen uitzicht vieze badkamer oud ook en kleine 1 persoonsbedden lawaai uit de airco was niet normaal kamer was als je hem uit deed muffig

Ligging was prima.

Kamer had tapijt, ramen konden niet open of op kip. Badkamer verouderd, lamp stuk in badkamer en weinig licht.

Amazing stay,we are booked to return in November

Loved that when we arrived,although it was 3+ hours before check in,a room was ready for us.Staff were so helpful and friendly in all areas of the hotel and provided excellent customer service.

The only slight negative was that our room had a frosted window due to the view and we couldn’t open the window..

Schönes Hotel, günstig gelegen mit nettem Personal.

Alles Top, Zimmer angenehm und klimatisiert. Bequemes Bett, zentrale aber dennoch ruhige Lage. Gutes Frühstück Buffett nettes Personal.

Uitstekende plek om te overnachten tijdens een stedentrip.

Zelden zo'n aardige en behulpzame receptioniste getroffen (Engelstalig) als in dit hotel. Alles gericht op service en gast naar de zin maken. Chapeau! Behoorlijk groot zwembad, ruime douches. (Sauna's alleen open op afspraak.) Vernieuwde gym. Prettige lobby/café. Ruime kamer met goede badkamer (mooie inloopdouche). Prima bed. Voortreffelijk ontbijt. Locatie prima: tussen Van Abbe Museum en DAF-museum.

In mijn kamer in het 'oude' gedeelte trilde de hele kamer als bij een mini-aardbeving omdat er om de paar minuten buiten een lijnbus over een hobbel rijdt. 's Nachts gelukkig niet. Minibar leeg. Ramen kunnen nergens open. (Wel goede airco/verwarming.) Keuken mag wel wat flexibeler zijn voor het cafégedeelte. Teleurstellend. Maakte uit een gesprek van drie dames in het zwembad op dat het open is voor niet-hotelgasten. Curieus. En ik heb daar in andere hotels hele slechte ervaringen mee gehad: de hele tijd kinderen die in het zwembad springen en keten, zodat van baantjes trekken niets terecht komt. Gelukkig zwom ik hier op een rustig tijdstip.

Genoten, goed ontbijt, heerlijk bed maar slechte douche

Bed kamer 237 was top vrienden zat op een kamer 3e etage daar was het bed klein zeiden ze.

Douchen in kamer 237 is niks als je 2.03 bent. Je kunt er dan niet eens douchen dat was wel echt een minpunt. Daarentegen hadden vrienden van ons op de 3e etags een goede douche met kabine. Wij moesten in het bad douchen. Dit was erg krap

Fine for the price but in no way above expectations or exceptional.

Good location, the rooms were clean and good price. One of the few hotels in Eindhoven with a pool. Breakfast was nice and the lady working super sweet. You’re allowed to bring it up to the room which was nice.

The room was much smaller than photos suggested and so dark forget about doing any make up. Even the bathroom was super dark. Pool closed 15-18 which is pretty much when we would have liked to use it. Check in is at 15 and most people eat dinner or go out in the evening so this was quite weird. Also changing rooms and showers by the pool weren’t that fresh.

Все сподобалась.

Було б чудово, якби можна було відкривати вікна на провітрювання. В нас був мансардний поверх і вікна не відкривалися.

Would stay again!

Staff were very helpful and friendly. We got an early check in which was much appreciated as we were travelling from early. Breakfast was also nice. There was a good selection and it was fresh. Lobby area is lovely, as is the games room.

The shower area at the pool is dangerously slippy, patrons should be warned so as to ensure they have suitable footwear. Loud music both nights could be heard in our room in the evening, the first night until 10:30ish and the 2nd until at least 11:30. I’m not sure if it was from inside the hotel or a premises outside. Could be worth keeping in mind when placing families in the room, as we had a tired toddler to settle to sleep.

Pas le meilleur mais pas le pire

Ça reste « correct » pour le rapport qualité prix même si j’ai déjà vu mieux pour moins cher et la situation par rapport au centre ville est assez conséquente lorsque vous êtes à pied.

Chambre spacieuse mais ne correspond absolument pas aux photos sur le site booking. Pratiquement aucune décoration, une vue sur le parking, la climatisation des années rétro avec un bruit inimaginable. Check put a 12h mais la porte de ma chambre fut ouverte 2 ou 3 fois vers 11h pour me demander sûrement gentiment de bien vouloir quitter les lieux.

Fantastisch hotel voor shop-bezoek aan Eindhoven.

Het ontbijt was heel lekker en uitgebreid, mooie ontbijtruimte en heel vriendelijk personeel. De kamer was groot voor 2 personen. Heel excellente bedden en bedtextiel. Koffie/thee en koelkast waren heel leuk.. Geen lawaaihinder. Parkeermogelijkheid bij het hotel. Alles was voorzien wat we wensten!

De afstand tot de winkels mocht voor ons nog iets dichter zijn.

Its was ok. Breakfast was good and there were good facilities.

The room I was in wasn't very clean, the mattress was uncomfortable, and the room smelt of mould. The parking was expensive too. Overall, I expected a lot more from this hotel - quite disappointed.

Front desk not responsive

The location

Towels and bed linens weren't changed for three days. Trash wasn't taken out of the room as well. The room had a bad smell even before I checked in. I spoke to a person at the front desk, promised to change the towels but nothing happened. I regret choosing this property and I don't recommend it based on my experience.

Exceptional

I have stayed here earlier as well and everytime the experience has been fantastic.I stayed in business suite and the room size was very good. Swimming pool was very clean and kids enjoyed the pool along with sauna. It's quite close to restaurants and shopping district. It's approx 10mins walkable from Central train station. Quite good location.

I haven't tried the in-house restaurant so won't be able to comment.

Hotel was not worth the money.

It had an indoor pool, sauna and gym. Sheets and quilt cover were very nice. Room came with dressing gown and huge slippers.

The floor in my room squeaked with every step. The 2 single beds were very hard. Pillows were lumpy and flat. Bath tub with shower was skinny and high, so it was not comfortable to stand in, and hard to get out of. Breakfast was just ok.

Bad

1. The hotel prints wrong invoice i.e. wrong address of the guest, when asked they cannot change or modifiy, which is totally not acceptable 2. There was sudden knock at the door in late night, when asked at reception they say it was a mistake. 3. There was no water suddenly one morning, when asked reception they asked to use different bathroom, if the issue was know, they could have informed us earlier.

I liked almost everything. The staff was nice and upgrated us to a room with a view after the first night. Great location

Since there is a swimming pool it would be nice to offer a robe for the quest. The first in the new room I noticed that the sheets on my bed had several coffee stains. I notified the staff who said they would change it right a way but the next morning I noticed they where still the there. So the second time complayning they changed it. surroundings in front of the hotel had sigarette stubs lying around.

the cleaning in the room was not the best lots of dust and the bathroom would need little refreshing and door from bathroom needs changing as they looked bit run down ,was bit disappointed with my window view as we had some wall right on front not great very friendly staff and helpful staff
