Me loved the place in general and would stay again!

The location and how comfortable it was

We stayed for 19 nights but there was no cleaning throughout our stay.

How friendly the staff were and always willing to assit me with any issues that directly have anything to do with my stay. Example - Now knowing what cab. I lost my cell in a cab and the staff fold them.

No fault of the hotel but I had to stay in my hotel room due to a tornado. However, the staff ensured that I had extra blankets, gave me instructions on how to be safe and provide me with a flashlight.

Splendid.

This location was very convenient for working at Kadena AB. In-Room laundry and kitchen appliances were exceptional options. Many choices for dining within walking distance. All rooms had a great view of the harbor.

Check-in was somewhat frustrating after a long day of traveling. Perhaps you could put a bullseye on the video button that says "Start Here!"

Fantastic! will definitely stay again

Fantastic! very clean, comfortable beds, great Wi-Fi, walking distance to American Village, extremely nice owners and very helpful. couldn’t ask for a better place to stay.

TV could be a little larger and if you have a van and park late at night there are only 6 parking spots outside and you have to park a block away and pay 400 yen a night. it only happened once in 3 weeks though. there are several spots underneath the building to park for smaller cars.

Overall, this condo is my favorite place.

Staffs were very kind and attentive, the room was very clean, perfect location, ocean view, all the amenities you need for a long stay are available, free car parking and reasonable pricing, what can we ask more?

The sofa bed wasn’t the best.

Superb

I liked the size of the room and the free parking below.

The bed was not anything special, it was not very comfortable. Checking in was also rather wierd and slightly troublesome without the help of the front desk staff.

The check in system is so cool. I could check in by myself . And 24 hours costumer service worked when I got the Kyle problem at the night.

Excellent space A/C worked amazing also a beautiful view of the ocean and boats coming an going

The view, service, the things that came with the room although it didn’t have an iron but that was okay. I am very pleased I can’t wait to book another stay.

Everything was perfect, maybe a couple more channels on the tv but that it no problem.
